It runs a little small on the chest area. After reading the reviews I ordered the medium. I had a hard time to zip it but after you wear for a while it stretches up. I loved so much that ended up purchasing.

Loved this dress for a black tie wedding. Hadn't intended on wearing for that but black fabric has a sparkle and I loved how it fit. Didn't wear bra and was very hard to zip but got a ton of compliments.

I absolutely was going to make this dress work! I did read the reviews which are accurate on the tight top, but with some help I was able to get the zipper closed! The dress needs to be positioned properly. My mom pulled it together at the top of the zipper and my husband zipped it up! Group effort! Still tight but the dress was a hit on Valentine's Day!

There are very good reasons for the mixed reviews so I will dive in. Material This is a comfortable knit but there is little to no stretch. The black, red and magenta panels are slightly sparkly - not full on disco but noticeable. Cut This dress runs small and the bodice is cut very narrowly. I am a 2-4 (D-cup) and I ordered a size 6 that was tight enough to hold the girls in place without a bra. The straps run long but are workable. I will rent again but the mixed reviews are accurate.

I typically ignore recommendations to size up haha. I rented 5 things for this baby shower I attended, 3 were too big, one fit just right, and this one I could not zip up! I have no boobies! Great quality material, although the sparkles surprised me.

This dress is heavy and that makes it feel like it is sort of hanging off you. I didn't wear it for my event, but the colors were pretty.

If you have broad shoulders, a larger than average ribcage, athletic upper body and/or big bust, definitely size up a lot. I am usually a 4 or 6 in dresses with broad shoulders / muscular / 34B. I would normally order a small but went for the medium based on other reviews, and the torso was still way too small around...I could barely zip it up all the way and definitely couldn't move or breathe. Didn't wear, unfortunately, as it's really pretty and fun.

Make sure to size up at least one size. I am usually a medium but this dress wouldn’t even zip a little bit. Still a gorgeous dress

Fit in mid section but so big in the straps it was gaping.

This dress is absolutely lovely and sized completely wrong. The waist to chest zipper had no chance of closing. Apparently you cannot have ribs and wear this dress. I sized up and it looked like I was trying to put on toddler clothes. I am fit with slight curves on a medium size frame.

I ordered a large (my normal size) however there was about a good 6 inches between zipper sides and I was far from able to zipper it closed

This dress looked stunning and I loved the colors, however I wasn't able to wear it. I normally wear a dress size 8 yet the size large was too small. The bodice was also a bit oddly shaped.

You'd think with a knit fabric that it'd have some stretch, but it has no stretch in the waist and bust. I was about 4 inches from getting this to zip. Yes, it has a zipper on the side (proof it has no stretch). It looked so pretty on the hangar. Shame. Could not wear.

Weird cut on the chest that made my boobs look misshapen. I could not wear it.

I ordered a medium after reading the reviews. It has a side zipper. I was a good 3-4 inches away from being able to zip it. I weigh 125 at 5'5. Fit more like a zero. Someone of my size should not require a large. Nice thick material. Looks stretchy, but is not. I loved it, but I'm not willing to chance ordering the same thing in a Large. Wasted rental. I do not recommend this dress!

But that was not the issue for me as i could zip it up after so major pulling and tugging. it was the fact that it was so low once it was pulled up. the reason is there is a band that go across and for your boobs not to look squished looking you have to put the band under and then boom very low and unattractive. other wise the dress is great material and pretty. but it was a bust and i didnt get to wear it

Super small in the chest!

All the reviews said this ran small. So I sized up two sizes. It's still was very tight and then bigger in the chest area. Overall not a great fit.

I squarely fit size 0-2 but omg this dress barely even fit over my head! Such a shame because it's so cute otherwise. Make sure to size up!

This dress is cute but it runs extremely small in the chest/waist which are my smaller features. Would size up 1 to 2 sizes. Would be a fun dress for a winery day or on beach vacation

I have never been a Medium in anything in my life and the Small didn't fit. I could just barely zip it but even so it wasn't flattering at all. Strange fit on the top. Wanted to like this and material is high quality but hard to believe this looks good on anyone but a runway model. Couldn't wear it and had to scramble to find something else.

Size up a lot. Too small to wear.
