runs a tad bit large but a great fit overall.

This dress is gorgeous but fits a little snug on top. I was thinking of wearing it to a work function but the way the sleeves lift, shows a little too much skin. Would recommend sizing up.

I word this to a DC event and it definitely stood out in a crowd. The color really POPS. This dress is totally fun and memorable especially because of how you unzip from the bottom to use the restroom. You also can’t really lift your arms. I’m going to be honest, it was TIGHT and I should have sized up but I had no time. All that said, I LOVED it and even wore it for date night.

This dress is gorgeous and fits perfectly. The chest has plenty of support and a bra is not required. Zipper in back is easy to alter the tightness in the legs.

The dress fit my body SO well! It was a level up from most business type dresses. It worked great for a work dinner event. I often have a problem with dresses being too tight around my hips, but this one hugged just right.

Fit perfectly! It took me a while to figure out that the zipper from the bottom unzips from the bottom so you can go pee cause the skirt is too narrow to life up! Lol

I got compliments on this dress, loved the shoulder pads and the neckline was unique. The dress was long enough for a fall wedding

It is slightly below the knee, which brings an interesting situation for walking. It is a full length zipper on both ends, so I unzipped it quite a bit to walk comfortably. I wore this for almost 12 hours for a work convention, and I did well with it. Ended up being a lil snug by the end of the day, but still the right size for me. Receiving compliments is always fun too :)

The green is dreamy on camera, however if you are needing to move a lot it may be a bit hard. The bottom of the dress is so narrow it pins your knees together. The sleeves go straight across your arms so you cant lift them above your head. But, if you are sitting on camera all day it's great. Also, the zipper does zip from the bottom and the top so you could create a slit to walk:)

I really liked the length and color. The fit was nice, a little big in the chest for me but not super fitted/tight. The zipper did keep catching my hair. The dress has a zipper that runs the length of the back so I did have to unzip the bottom slightly to make it easier to walk. Overall, I got tons of compliments on this dress throughout the night and felt confident and comfortable.

I ordered this for a Christmas tea. I got tons of compliments on the look of the dress. But I found it very uncomfortable. I wore the M back-up size - the small was tight in the tummy area. A few things made it not great - the loops used to keep it on the hanger kept working their way out of the dress no matter how I tried to stuff them in. And the zipper on the back (zips from both sides - looks great) came very dangerously unzipped from the bottom when I was chosen for an impromptu "dance" at the party.

The shoulder pads surprised me at first but I ended up loving them and got so many compliments, even from strangers!

Love love loved this dress! This is a beautiful green color. I was scared the sleeves were going to be too much, but it looked great. VERY fitted. I like tight dresses and I felt like I didn't move too much. It was a bit tight on the booty/thighs but if I'd worn spanx, it probably wouldn't been fine. It's also a little long so you need to take short strides. You'll get tons of compliments!

Such a cute dress, I'm glad I rented it, the photo online doesn't do it justice. It does have shoulder pads but they aren't uncomfortable or too boxy. I also had zero issue with the zipper like some other reviews mention. Size up and enjoy!

Classy, complements, covered. Rich shade, was especially great for holiday parties. The waist wasn't as fitted as I'd like but overall a hit, could wear to work events and still have some pizzazz.

I loved this dress. I sized up per everyone's recommendations. I would like to try the medium. The sleeves are amazing and the cut is perfect!

I'd originally got the large because people said it ran small but it was too big so I went back for the M, which would've been my original size recommended. I'm a 4/6 but tend to go for the 6 so that things aren't too tight. This M was slightly too big and I think I'd probably go for the Small next time. I'd say if you are between sizes, get both so that you can find what's just right. I LOVED the dress and got so many compliments, though. Will definitely rent again.

I love this dress! The color, the detail, the style...BUT it runs very small. I am usually a small or a medium and I had to squeeze into it. Also, unzip the bottom or you will be walking around like a penguin. It isn't the easiest dress to move around in. Overall I love the dress but glad to put on comfy clothes when I got home!

This is definitely a statement dress. After reading the comments I sized up but could have probably been just fine renting my normal size (L). It ran a bit long and was a bit too loose in the torso area but I cinched it with a silver skinny belt. I got compliments all day long. It was easy to wear in the office and looked very polished at an art show later that evening. Fabric wrinkles easily - that was a bit of a bummer.
