Must wear a shirt under this otherwise fun dress
If you are completely flat chested maybe, possibly you could wear this dress with no shirt under it. I'm a 34C and the dress was cut so it only covered the center of my chest. Not just a tiny bit of side-boob, but full on "half-boob". I put a black t-shirt under it, but then the lines were kinda weird. So I put a cardigan over. That solved the problem and I got a few complements on it. It's a fun dress. Lots of give and also hugs curves. But be prepared to deal with the weird incredibly narrow cut of the top and very long arm holes.
