I thought this dress was great for work. I loved the 3/4 length sleeves. They werent too tight and just hit in the perfect spot. The dress was super comfortable. If i had planned better i would have had sheer hose or a sheet jet black hose. I wore a fun shoe with it to give the outfit some pizzaz but i did feel a little morbid with my opaque tights. But- i dont mind morbid ;). I would rent this again for sure :)

Dress material is soft and comfortable for all day, hits at knee (5'7) so work appropriate- love the feminine tie- I have thicker arms so it was nice that they fit!! Doesn't wrinkle- Great dress for travel!

Sweet & Simple! The thing I loved most about this dress is how it accentuates my waist. This dress shows off your hourglass shape without looking like a huge tee shirt. The bow in the front makes the dress pop enough without needing a necklace. In most dresses I am usually a 12 but having a bust of 40DDD, sizing up for your backup is highly recommended. This dress is perfect for a day at the office and an evening out to dinner!

This has a flattering fit (even with my huge stomach).

Rented for a rehearsal dinner I attended, but would totally wear to work. Perfect fit with the stretchy waist and flowy skirt. The arms were only slightly tight, but never restricted my movement because the fabric has a little give. Only concern was that I'm not sure I tied the bow correctly. LOVE and will likely rent again!

Great for hourglass figures

Length was perfect and fit was spot on! I ended up with this dress as an emergency back up when one of my other dresses didnt fit. This dress was basically a settle as none of my other likes were in stock but I'm so glad I ended up saying yes because I loved this dress! It was SO flattering and classy looking. The bow was a bit tricky to do myself but my husband made it look great!

There is a little elastic around the waist that cinches in ever so slightly, but creates shape. I would definitely order this dress again if the occasion was right.

I wore this to work and I got so many compliments! It was comfortable too.

I wore this dress twice in the week I had it: 1) wedding dress rehearsal 2) work I love how you can dress it up with some heels and red lips and dress it down for work with some flats and a belt. It's extremely flattering in all the right places. I used a safety pin to avoid my large breasts from accidentally popping out midday.

Buttons on bodice secured dress nicely and did not open like most other button ups that I've tried. The belt along the waist was also stretchy and provided a nice flare that provided a nice hourglass silhouette.

Loved it. I bought it . Very comfy and covers everything. A little big but I like flowy.

Everything fit well. I am very well endowed (40DDD) and I thought for sure I would have to go up in size just because but the 16W worked perfectly.

Ordered this for a date night with the hubs. I'm a size 16 but RTR didn't have a 16W for the weekend I needed it so I went with an 18W. It was a little baggy on me but I paired it with a brown belt and tall brown boots. I felt gorgeous, trendy, and more importantly comfortable, no need to pull at the dress throughout the night. I'd rent again for sure.

the dress has a lot of great details -- sleeves were good length, skirt was good length; even though I have a big chest and usually dresses with that type of front do not look good on me, this dress did look good in the chest area.

The waist is room, so I will pair with a belt to give it some added style. Great dress for these colder months. Conservative without being boring.

Too bad, especially in the chest. I am a full C cup and was swimming it it. I found the neck tie part to make me look like I was just a floating head.
