The dress that I reserved became unavailable so a stylist chose this as a replacement. It was for a formal gala and this dress is not something I would choose to wear to a formal event, but it was really flattering to my full figure, so I dressed it up with jewelry and wore it. It was very comfortable. I would rent it again for other events

Worked well. Unfortunately when I decided to order (2 days prior to the event), there was such slim pickings, I was only able to receive 1 dress (no backup) of the style I chose. I was pretty sure it was going to be too big as I would typically wear a 14/16 & only the 18 was available. I have ticked the "true to size" box as I am confident if I had gotten my correct size, it would have been perfect. The sleeves were a big baggy (again, due to being too big for me, not a fault of the dress) therefore I opted to tuck the sleeves under and went with a 3/4 length look. Many compliments & very comfortable.

This dress was great for the look I wanted for my bridal brunch (not quite a bridal shower and not quite a bachelorette party). It fit great everywhere except the waist (it was too big) which I expected because of my hourglass shape. Overall I felt really sexy and had a great time in this dress.

I'd say that the dress fits true to size but also very stretchy. If you wanted a more fitted look definitely size down. The only problem I had with this dress was it being so long for my height. I'm 5'2 and the dress ended at the middle on my knees. I was hoping it would be a little above my knees but overall still happy with the outcome!

I wore this for a work event and received a lot of compliments! I liked the long sleeves, since the event was in the spring. I’m pretty short (5’1”) and the length hit below the knee on me, instead of above like in the picture. But I think it actually made me look a little taller! It is fairly form-fitting, so I wore the next size up for comfort.

This is a pretty dress. I received a lot of comments saying it was pretty. The fabric has a ribbed look which makes the dress fabric look thick but it isn't. I liked the way the 16 fit (perfect at the top and fitted around the hips and butt) but instead I wore the 18 because I was wearing the dress to church so it was a little big at the top.

Handkerchief fold hemline was noted by others throughout the day. Not a perfect fit for me, but a good dress that probably works well on many. It had the little points at the hip seam that bother me a little on dresses. I liked the thick texture of the fabric. Did find myself pulling it down, repeatedly, as work is a bit conservative, but I was able to feel like I was getting away with it. I tried with Spanx, but in the end, it looked better without pinching and rolling under layers. I'm newly wearing this size, so I can't speak to whether this is normal fit for size.

I am 5'7. 210 lbs and a true size 14. I am a 38C and have pretty broad shoulders and large arms - definitely an apple shape. I ordered this in the 14W and 16W and the 14W fit perfectly. The dress has a great stretch to it! I wore spanx underneath just to smooth out the look but didn't necessarily have to. The 16W was too big in the hips and the 14W gave more shape. There was a small hole in the bottom seam when the dress arrived but i wore it anyway - I would definitely rent this again!

The fabric is nice and thick and was a great quality. The fabric is ribbed and makes it look expensive. It had a stretchiness where I needed it. The length was perfect. The assymetrical detail on the skirt was elegant. Highly recommend!

The fit is nice and comfy. Fit my body like a glove. Worked well with spanx. Understated, but interesting at the same time.

This dress goes perfectly with strappy heels... it is simple yet elegant and should be dressed up with a fabulous necklace and bracelet. Classy and heavy quality material. The only suggestion I have is: be sure to wear shapewear because this dress is form fitting and WILL show your belly if you have one. Enjoy!

I thought this was going to be a basic black dress but once I put it on, I realize that the quality is really great and that I have no black dress that looks this nice; totally worth it.

The dress isn't lined, which would have been a plus.

This dress has a good amount of stretch and was really flattering. It has a classic vibe with an edgy twist, because of the assymetrical hemline. I liked it so much I ended up buying it! :-)

Beautiful ribbed fabric elevates this and makes it feel really special. More body con than I thought it would be, so be aware of that!

It was true to fit. The fabric was very forgiving. I wore spanx but I dont think you have too beacause the fabric has so much elasticity in it. I would buy this dress!!

This dress is so comfortable and elegant. I actually will buy this dress because I loved it so much. It was the perfect length all over. Definitely my favorite lbd so far.

The length makes this so appropriate for the office, while the hem adds just the right enough of spunk to make it unique.

Dress was flattering and comfortable, but ran tight in the hips and butt. I didn't feel like wearing spanx all night, so decided against the dress.

the dress is very comfortable and has a classy feel. Be mindful of the fact that is highlights the curves, which can be good or bad. I am short, and the length was appropriate for me.
