I rented this for a cruise to use as a pool/beach bag and loved it. It can hold a ton and looks super stylish. I could fit towels, sunscreen, sunglasses, snacks, a book, etc in here no problem. Contrary to another reviewers hypothesis the weave does not trap sand. I took this to the beach three times and there is not one grain of sand anywhere in the weave. I also disagree with the complaints about the straps. The design of the straps allows you to wear this bag two ways. It’s one long connected strap so you can divide it into half so you have what looks like two straps to make the bag shorter if you are carrying less bulky items. Or if the bag is full you can wear it as one long strap so it’s more comfortable to carry. That way it will hang longer and all your items won’t be crammed under your arm. I show it both ways in my pics so you can see. It’s really a thoughtful design. I’m going to purchase to use as a beach bag. Love this!

This bag is huge but I loved it! I was going on a winter trip to Florida and wanted a travel bag with some flare. The woven/wicker look is so cool and I got several compliments. The color is a true red and it literally holds everything. The construction is great and it stands up nicely if you have to set it down on the floor or want to stack in on top of your suitcase. My only complaint would be that there isn't any sort of smaller zipper compartment but overall that didn't really bother me. Would highly recommend!

Used for my sons football game! Matched the team perfectly & fit my dslr camera, snacks, etc...

The quality of the bag is nice and the color is bright and rich. The bag is just much larger than I had anticipated! Fun to take for a spin for a week anyway. Would work well as a vacation bag

It's a gorgeous, high quality tote. It works very well as everyday use running around the town or beach bag. It comfortably fits at least 3-4 beach towels and of course other essentials. There are no inside small pockets. Straps are just long enough to carry on your shoulder and are very comfortable. Color, very sophisticated red, is beautiful but it's subdued enough it'll go with any color outfit. My only cons are it's stiff (maybe because I received the one NWT and has not been broken in) and a tad too heavy for my taste especially if you are planning to carry a lot of stuff for a long period. I was going to use it when I travel but I'm going to opt for cloth tote by E&J instead. Otherwise it's s gorgeous perfect summer tote!!

I loved the weave! Due to the design of the straps, I found this tote a little obnoxious to use because they were always in the way when I needed to put larger items in the bag. When empty, if I carried it on my shoulder, the dirty/more-worn bottom surface would fold outwards which didn't look good. I still think this is a fun bag but for me I need something that works with a more fast-paced commuter lifestyle, and I wouldn't file this in that category. I think if you mostly drive around and plan on using this bag casually, and only need to carry it to/fro on your arm, that would be ideal. Note that there are two different red tones between the straps and the weave.

Eh not really a fan.

The bag itself is beautiful, the woven leather is immaculate. It's very roomy. However, the straps are connected, so if you're planning to be using it on the go and going in and out of it for your wallet etc. it will be challenging, when you remove one strap from your shoulder the weight of the bag pulls it down towards your waist, making it very cumbersome. I wouldn't recommend bringing it to the beach either as the weaving would probably trap sand. It would be a perfect weekend/overnight bag that you just pack, unpack and forget about.
