This shirt is precious! Can wear with jeans or a skirt. Very flattering and easy material so it breathes.

This is an amazing shirt. Got a ton of compliments on my look at work (I am a trainer and stand in front of associates all day). Downfalls (all my ironing was for not) - wrinkles like crazy and white collar is a makeup magnet. Otherwise loved it!

Really loved how beautifully this shirt hung on the body. Very chic, and looks great with skinny jeans for a trendy -chic but casual look. I'll warn that the fabric is very thin and wrinkles very, very easily. Also, because of the cut, I found it nearly impossible to find a bra that wouldn't show under your arms, so test this out before packing this top for a work trip (my mistake).

Wouldn't recommend if you're planning on wearing to the office.

Nice loose fit, the white portion is slightly sheer but not too sheer for work. Perfect top to wear for work on hot days! Runs true to size unlike their dresses which I feel run slightly small. I'm 5'11 and about 138 lbs for reference. Medium bust. If I was bustier, I would maybe go up a size just to give my underarms a little extra room so it doesn't get too snug.

Fit was great. This is nothing spectacular but a perfect basic when you feel like wearing something new. I wore it to a Knicks game with jeans and high boots and it was perfect.

Material is thin and white part is slightly sheer but this shirt is so stylish! I wore it to work and out on the weekend!

I loved this. I wore it 3 times while I had it - on stage (more casual), for a charity event (more professional), and out on the town (partying). Everyone loved it and it completely works for every setting!!

The white part of the shirt is a little more flowy and loose than the picture shows, but that was fine by me. Very comfortable.

The bottom is a bit sheer, but flows really nicely. Wore it with a black strapless bra, it was a bit tricky to pair it with a bra considering the cut of the arms.

This is a beautiful top. I wore it to a daytime work party and it caught the attention of many. Nice material and very clean. I ordered the medium size because I was borderline on the measurements. There was plenty of room throughout so I could have used a small. I got away with it being a little big for me because I wore a cute cardigan. If you're in doubt I would size down.

I needed an extra small and chose a small so the top was big on me.

I should have known to size up since I usually wear a 4 in this brand (rather than a 2 or 0). The top gaped a little in the arms because it was kind of snug in the bust. It probably would have been fine for someone smaller chested, so be sure to size up if you are larger (I wore a S but should have ordered the M). it also wrinkles easily so beware if you're planning to travel with it.

I thought this top was cute and fun. I expected the fabric to be a little thicker... I don't know what they used but it's a very flowy fabric - doesn't make it better or worse, just different from what I expected.

I wore this both to a brunch and on a date with leather pants and heeled booties and found it very cute. Nothing spectacular but a great top for daily or work wear.

Loved this top! I wore to a concert and a client meeting! It is hard to find a bra though that does not show. I went for a strapless in the end. I tried a racer back, and it worked for wearing it to the concert. The white part is very sheer- so for the meeting I ended up wearing a cardigan over it in order to wear a tank underneath. I got a lot of compliments and really loved the shape and fit over all.

Great top for work!

I got this shirt as part of RTR Unlimited and it was great for work! the arm cutouts are a little large, so you might get some side-bra, so i wore a blazer over it. Very soft and light, great for spring!

I love Eliz and James and rented this just to wear for work/everyday. It's super cute and I enjoyed it...time to send it back so I can rent something else =)

The bottom portion is sheer, wasn't expecting that, so it's a sexy librarian piece for sure. If showing your naval at your workplace is frowned upon, you should save this for the weekend.

Pretty and flattering top, very easily wrinkled and the one I received looked a little worn out. But I liked it, wore it twice while I had it.

It's cute, I recommend renting it. However I think it runs small and fits a bit oddly. Two specifics are: 1) it was like a mock turtleneck on me as far as how high the collar went. 2) it really inverted on me and fit almost like a halter top. I would have had to wear a halter or strapless bra if I cared about bra straps, but since I just wore it to work I wore a black blazer over it instead.
