I've never found an item from this brand that actually fits my curves, and I thought that maybe this could break my streak, but unfortunately not. I'm 5'3 and this would have been impossible to wear out. I put tights under it too, but I still couldn't lift my arms in it, without showing my butt. This dress also had a lot of extra material in the stomach, making it look worse. And overall confusing rental for me, perhaps any pear. It looks great on other body types though!

I love embellishments! This dress was simple enough for work and transitioned well for an event. So comfortable to move around in all day. Size M fit perfectly on a curvy/busty size 8. I was impressed that it flattered my figure as much as it did given the sheath cut. Hate to send it back!

Rented for work and ended up wearing again for Sunday brunch. Runs large but very comfortable and easy to wear. Fabric is heavy so not for the summer months. It's a little boxy but fitted well for my 5. 1' height. Loved it, totally would rent again

This shift dress was so cute. The little grommets gave it a little edge to an otherwise simple black shift. The small fit me perfectly, so I think size down to get it to be a bit fitted. I would definitely rent again.

Material was heavy and wonderfully made (did not have to worry about wrinkles or the dress sticking to my hose). I felt like this is a dress that Taylor Swift would love. I paired the dress with black hose, black suede heels, and red lips. The silver detailing was perfect for NYE (as lots of the party props were silver, gold, and black). I wish I could have kept this one! It was super comfy!

This is a perfect dress. It's roomy in all of the right ways. The grommets all over add some flair. It is a great option for shorter girls.

I love this dress - I'm barely 5'3" but it was still a mini - with a boxy cut like this it needs to be or it might look dowdy. Definitely runs large - I got a small and had more than enough room to spare. Wore it to an all day work party-type event - this was super comfortable and felt appropriate yet still cool. Only drawback is it's so distinctive I don't think I could wear very often - but I still want to keep it!!

This dress is super versatile. I wore it to work, date night, drinks with friends and a baby shower! Since shifts tend to be a little bigger, I sized down for this one and loved how it fit. Definitely recommend it!

I rented this for a casual work function (that turned into drinks at a bier haus) (pictured). The dress itself is incredibly flattering, the material is very heavy, and if I could get again… I would definitely size down. The medium, being as big as it was, wasn't quite the look that I was hoping for. The detailing (grommets, etc.) absolutely makes the dress stand out and fun. Not a show stopper but fun for a casual evening out.

I loved the dress and thought it fit well, but I never would have chosen and XS for myself normally. I am more a S/M size 4, but the XS fit well and didn't pull anywhere either.

Very cute - love how the grommets are sprinkled randomly around the dress with the concentration at the bottom. Innocent cut that doesn't cling and has full t-shirt length sleeves but with a short hemline and metal to give it edge. I wore this with tights and harness bootie to echo the hardware trend, but it doesn't need much in the way of accessories. Found this true to size, with plenty of room to move. Cut is on the short side (slightly above mid-thigh on my and I am 5'6"ish) so be prepared. Fabric was thicker and stiffer than I expected; this dress does not cling or drape, but rather stands away from the body a bit so whatever your thickest area is will be the overall width of your body. Worked ok for me, but certainly didn't highlight any curves!

This dress is amazing. Unfortunately the zipper is Super delicate and it kept coming unzipped. I ended up getting a second one shipped to me and even that one was super delicate. I'm ending up taking it to the tailor to get the zipper redone. It's worth it.

Nice material, perfect cut for a body shape that is not so perfect. True to size but slightly on the roomy side. I'm petite size 8, the M fits well. I did try the S as well but it is a bit tight. I was a bit afraid the gunmetal all over will be too shiny/dressy. it is not the case at all, you can either dress up or down with a change of shoes/accessories.

I loved the style of this dress and wore it with a leather jacket over it. Unfortunately, I thought it was a little too short. The shoulders were a little restrictive for me, because I'm on the taller side, and if I lifted my arms all the way up the dress showed all. However, I loved it too much to now wear it. Probably not an ideal dress for very tall women though.

I absolutely LOVED this dress. It was a bit short, but since I'm only 5'4" it looked fine with tights under it. It was super comfortable and felt effortlessly chic. After reading other reviews I sized down and got the small (I normally would have went with a medium) and it fit almost perfectly! If I rent it again I will probably go up to the medium just to have a looser, more relaxed fit.

What a fun dress to wear from work to a broadway! Absolutely fit me perfectly, being a large bust. It was a little short, but nothing crazy. Grommets give a fun alternative to the typical black shift. Great quality, ended up purchasing! Will wear this over and over again from Winter into Spring and again in the Fall.

I originally order this dress not looking at the detail, and though that it had small polka dots on it. The dress actually has small metal holes sewn into the fabric, making it have a tres chic rocker vibe. I got so many compliments, was a definite step up from my everyday wardrobe! Note - because of the metal holes it is a little heavy, but not SO heavy it bugs you.

I read the reviews before I selected it so I was able to get the correct size. Elizabeth and James runs small in my experience but this dress ran bigger. It fit me perfectly and it is a great luxe version of the classic LBD. This dress goes from work to night effortlessly. Lots of compliments

I adored this dress and wish I could own it. It's edgy so you can definitely dress it up or down depending on where you are going. I wore it to work with flats and then to a dinner date afterward with a wedged heel. One of my favorite pieces I've worn so far.

At 5'7" this was the kind of short that's not too short, but definitely short enough that you need to be REALLY careful standing up and sitting down. It's boxy, but sexy. Loved it.

I'm 32 and never have I found my go to LBD. THIS dress is it! It fits me and my personality! Even with my curves it works gloriously and the grommets give it just enough edge. For work I wear it with a nice coat, for weekends my moto jacket, and it works for both!

The dress is a little short -- definitely not appropriate for work without black sheer or opaque tights underneath. But otherwise, it fits beautifully!
