This by far has been one of my favorite dresses worn! This dress was very comfortable for a summer wedding. I received so many compliments on the beautiful color and fit. The only thing I will say is that it’s a bit on the shorter side, be careful being outside when windy ;)

I rented this dress for an end of May wedding reception at a yacht club. This dress is perfect for a wedding as it is classy yet very comfortable and easy to dance in. The fit hides all of your imperfections as well. I don't have much of a waist but this dress created the illusion of a waist for me. You definitely cannot wear a regular bra with this dress-- you'd be better off wearing a NuBra if possible. Rent this dress!!!

Fit was fantastic for my petite, athletic frame (very small chest, square body). The shape of it also gave me some "curves" by highlighting my shoulders and flaring at the skirt. I felt so pretty!

I love this dress! Such a unique neckline. I wore the 6, but realized I should've worn the 4 for it to be a bit tighter on my bust (didn't wear a bra). So many compliments, so comfortable, and so well made!

I always think that E&J runs slightly small. Since I vary between a 4/6 I decided to rent the 6 but after putting it on realized I could have gone with the 4 and been safe. You definitely need a strapless or nubra with this one based on the neckline. I wore this to a semi-casual outdoor party and it was a hit!

This dress is so nice, true to size but I have to say I had both sizes the 4 and the 6 and they fit exactly the same, even in the length . Also it was tight in the bust. But very comfortable and everyone loved it. I am obsessed with Rent the Runway!!

Rented this for my 13yo daughter and it fit perfectly. The material is soft and appropriate. Very classy and the soft baby blue looks stunning in every light.

I am typically a 4-6 and in order for this to fit properly I had to size up to a 10. Overall, the dress was super comfortable and wore with a strapless bra and spanx.

Perfect for the Derby. Ran true to size and even though I have a full chest, I had no issues with my normal size.

I rented this as a back up dress for my birthday that I didn't end up wearing, but wish I could have had another party to wear it! Fit absolutely perfectly. Gorgeous color to highlight a tan. A little shorter than I expected, so longer legged girls may find it a bit short. I will definitely be renting this one again.

This dress is gorgeous! I wore it to my boyfriend's graduation. It is the perfect length for a formal occasion - not too short. The dress fit like a glove and I felt very comfortable in it. I wore it with an adhesive strapless bra because the material seemed slightly too thin to go braless in. The color of the dress is much more blue in real life than it appears in photos. I received many compliments for the dress - strangers even stopped in the street to tell me how beautiful it looked. Would definitely rent again!

The original dress I ordered was not delivered but the back up size was and unfortunately was too big. To my surprise, a second dress was in the bag in both my size, a 0, and a backup size, a 2. The size 0 second dress was beautiful and fit great however was the palest pink and we were going to a wedding. RTR customer service is awesome! They were so understanding, helped me pick out this dress and overnighted the delivery to me just in time for the wedding!!!!

Loved the soft color & fit. Perfect for a warm outdoor Texas wedding in September! I'm 5' 7' , 130 lbs and the size 2 & size 4 both fit. I went with the 4 for the extra length though as the 2 was a little shorter than I was comfortable with.

This dress is absolutely adorable! Super sexy, but classy with the little skirt! Definitely a little short if you've got a butt! I like showing off the legs so it worked! All the reviews are correct with it running small so I ordered a 10 as my back up(usual 6-8).. and it was perfect!!!! so glad I did because I was pouring out of the 8. I'm muscular with a wide upper body and a 34 D. This dress might not work for larger chested woman! Thank god most of this designers dresses come in a 10 because this is my go to designer!

I absolutely loved this dress! I wore it to my nursing Pinning Ceremony. I am 5'4" , 115 lbs, and a 32 D and the size 2 fit perfectly. It was a little on the short side so I chose to wear 3 inch heels for the occasion. The racerback style was super flattering and made the classic fit and flare feel updated. The material was thick and draped perfectly. The powdery blue was even prettier in person. I received so many compliments and will definitely rent this dress again!

Love the light blue/turquoise color, and a perfect dress for graduation. I had to be careful with the skirt when it got windy but it was super flattering (even after a late evening Italian dinner) and I got lots of compliments throughout our events!

Fit was so comfortable! Quality material but not hot at all. It was a bit loose around my waist but I have a child size waist with bigger hips/booty, so that's a common problem for me. Otherwise it fit perfect and was very flattering. I had so much fun dancing in it, I got tons of compliments, I wanted to keep it!

This dress is super comfortable thanks to the stretchy fabric. The fitted bodice and full skirt create the appearance of a very narrow waist. If you stand up straight and keep your shoulders back the neckline is flattering, but as soon as you slouch you'll see those pesky rolls near the outer armpit/upper front bra area.

This is a perfect spring/summer dress. I love how fun this dress is. It's tight fitting up top and loose and flowy through the bottom. Being bigger chested I did not wear a bra with it. I wore this dress to my sisters outside graduation on a hot 97 degree day. The material is on the thicker side, but it did show where I was sweating under my boobs. Slightly embarrassing. I would recommend wearing a bra with it if you're going to be in an outside environment.

This was such a pretty dress. I rented it for a rehearsal dinner in Miami. The cut is very flattering for hourglass shapes and really accentuates your waist. I loved the unique shape of the top. It is prettyyy short however, but it was no big deal for this event. Would rent again!

I rented this for a bachelorette party in Nashville and LOVED it. Fit was awesome and the sleeve/neckline was fun and different. The color popped as well. Super happy with this pick and got lots of compliments.

This dress was wonderful! The color is such a nice baby blue and the length is short enough to show some skin, yet still modest. The neckline is high, but not tight around the me know, it's a very soft fabric that's easy to move around in and keeps you cool. My one complaint is that it's a little tight around the bust, but overall a great experience and a great dress.

I ordered the 2 with a 4 as my backup size as I read from previous reviews that it runs small, and I am rather busty for a petite woman. However, I think I could have probably gone for the 0 as the 2 was a little loose but not visibly so. The dress is lined so it's a little on the thicker side, giving it some weight (no need to worry about gusts of wind) and it definitely looked formal enough for such a simple dress. Overall it was very comfortable, and I don't really have anything to complain about.

Dress definitely runs true to size. I have always rented Elizabeth and James dresses before so I had a feeling the 4 would be similar to their other dresses. I love this dress! The material was a little thicker, but not too bad for being in the sun at a horse race for most of the day. I didn't need to wear a bra either!

I ordered this dress in a 2 and a 4, as I was anxious about how it would fit based on all the reviews. I am normally a 0 or 2 depending on the brand. The night before my delivery I got an email that the 4 I was expecting wouldn't be coming with my order because it was returned damaged by the previous renter and was SO nervous. Turns out, the 2 fit perfectly! The cut was SO flattering; I loved the color. And the dress was SO COMFORTABLE. the dress is thick enough to hold you in place but has decent stretch, so after a couple drinks and a meal I didn't feel like it was too tight. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I'm very short, so didn't find length to be an issue (tho the skirt does fly up a little if you spin while dancing) ...and it did show some sweat after a night on the dance floor (at an outdoor wedding in August) I wish I could've kept this dress forever and I will definitely rent another Elizabeth& James dress soon!

I rented this dress for a rehearsal dinner that was half-inside and half-outside. I absolutely loved this dress and have tried to rent it a couple of afters my first time and it's always sold out in all sizes. The dress is a great color that is slightly out of the norm, but is not too in your face. The neckline and cuts around the arms are sooo flattering! The material is great for a outdoor summer event!

This dress is AMAZING! I cannot wait to rent again-- I wish I owned it! I am a petite person so I have problems finding a dress that fits my body in the right way... E&J never disappoints. The color was perfect for an early August wedding and the material is light enough to wear on even the hottest days. Being 5'1 the length was perfect, though I can see how this might be too short for someone taller. If you are a generally small person this dress will look fantastic on you!
