This was my first experience with RTR. The order went very smoothly. The free size sent with the requested size had a stain in the underarm/chest area (which I informed the RTR team), luckily I wore the size 2. The dress fit awesome and was so beautiful! Only complaint I have is that the dress kept unzipping. I was dancing all night and I constantly had to have someone zip me up.

I got this dress in the two different colors to see which I would like better for a wedding, and the blush dress was a little too light for a wedding. I also got the dress in two different sizes and I wish the coral came in a size 2 because I would have worn that one instead, but the size 4 was still great and I could wear a bra. (If you have larger breasts, I recommend a size up if you want to wear a bra.) I just like the tighter dress for the slits so there was no bulging or unnecessary gapping. It is made of really good material with a little bit of a stretch so I could still dance the night away at the wedding.

This dress fit perfectly. I usually wear a 0-2 in dresses, but saw that many reviews said this dress runs small. I went with a 4 and am so glad I did! It fit perfectly, and I received several compliments on it.

Wore this for a rehearsal dinner. Due to the cutout back i did end up pairing it during the dinner portion with a black blazer. I added an edgy rtr necklace for a more glam look. The fit is true to size and is super comphy! highly recommend for anything day or night!

The dress is definitely tight but surprisingly comfortable due to the stretch in the fabric. I am only 5 ft tall so the length was a bit long but overall, great dress!

Okay, they other reviewers warned correctly that if you have hips, your backup size needs to be sized up. I'm usually a 4/6 in dresses but ordered a 6 and an 8. I ended up wearing the 6 and here's why: while it was tight across the hips and I was initially scared to wear it, it fit my bust and shoulders perfectly. The 8 fit my hips more comfortably, but was way too loose on the top. It looked very ill-fitting. So I decided on the 6 and I'm glad; it loosened up over the course of the night and was pretty comfortable. The color of the dress is much brighter than it looks in the picture on RTR. The cutouts were sexy and I got compliments all night long. I loved it and would rent it again.

Loved everything about this dress. The color was so bright and the material was thick! This is my boyfriends favorite dress I have ever rented! I felt so beautiful that night. The dress comes to the knees, and is snug all the way down, so I wouldn't recommend it for dancing.

The dress was amazing. Listen to everyone when they say the legs are extremely tight. It took me a little getting used to when I was walking in my heels with the really tight skirt and it is definitely not a dress for dancing. I absolutely loved the way it fit and it was the perfect length. I was nervous it was going to be too long but it didn't ride up at all and was very comfortable. It is a thick material but even my seamless underwear showed through the back so be careful what you wear under it! My bust is a little small so the cut outs in the back fit awkward depending on the way I was standing but the overall fit was great.

The dress is pretty tight but the material is on the thicker side so it hugs very nicely. I am a 34D so it squeezed my chest a bit. I had to take it off to use the restroom because it's too tight to slide up. The zipper is also difficult to zip all the way up by yourself. In spite of this, I still love the dress and would absolutely love to own it. The color, the fit, the cut.. Love it all!

I LOVE this dress! The color is the perfect bright coral, and I love the cutouts on the side. I was able to wear a strapless bra without it showing through the cutouts. I received compliments all night on it! The dress is very tight, but it stretches. It's very VERY tight in the back though. I was able to fit in the 4, but it fit everywhere except my booty, so I ended up wearing a 6. Even the 6 was really tight in the booty too, but I felt like I would have busted the seams in the 4! I'm short so the 6 kind of bunched up around my torso, and hit closer to my knees than the 4. There was definitely no way I could have danced or moved much in the dress, so I only wore the dress to dinner and a show in Vegas. Regardless, I would definitely rent this dress again.

THIS IS BY FAR MY FAVORITE DRESS! The fit was fantastic- fitted all the way down but perfect fabric so it held you all in. The length was great too because it was such a fitted dress it was nice to have it a little longer than usual. The cut outs in the back are perfect. Loved Loved Loved! Will rent again and again!

I rented this for an island destination wedding with casual cocktail attire. It was PERFECT! The color is brighter than it appears in the photograph. My husband described it as "day glow" (but not in a negative way!) It was great for the summery, tropical weather. The cutouts were fantastic - not in unflattering places yet gave the dress an on-trend update from a traditional sheath. The front cuts in quite a bit, so I didn't wear any type of bra, strapless or regular, just silicone pasties. It worked for me just fine because the 0 was tight and thick enough through the bust so that I felt supported. The only slight negative was that the bottom was pretty tight to walk or climb stairs in. But, that's the price you have to pay for the sleek fit of the dress, which is generally (honestly) comfortable and stretchy! I rented the 2 as my backup size and felt it was almost as tight at the bottom as the 0 but just slightly roomier in the bust area, which did not suit my needs.

Its tighter than I thought around the thighs and made walking a challenge, but was otherwise it fit exactly how think.

Rented this dress for a Spring wedding. Wore the size 2 and was the perfect fit. Loved the bright pink color. It was brighter than I expected in person but looked great.

I cannot tell you how amazing I felt in this dress! I wore this for a daytime wedding on a cruise ship. The color was vibrant and the picture just doesn't do it justice! The number of compliments I received was incredible! I felt the dress hugged in all the right places! It does run small so rent a size up. Other than that, the only downfall was that I had to return it! lol Rent this dress, you won't regret it!

It fit true to size, I am typically a 4 or 6 but a 4 was perfect. I wore this for my birthday in Vegas and it fit like a glove. The color was even prettier in person, it was like a pink/salmon.

I did NOT want to return this dress!! So many compliments that I just loved it. It was definitely tight so I had to go with my true size and I couldn't wear a bra. Having stopped nursing a few months back I was worried about no bra. But the fabric was so comfortable and well made that I didn't need one. If you are getting in and out of a car it's a little tight but soooooo worth it! Would love to wear this again!!!

This dress was a hit! It was such a stunner. It turned heads all night. I loved the color and the cut outs were hot while the length kept it conservative for a wedding. I enjoyed wearing this dress! I rented the 0 and 2, thinking I may need to size up but decided the 0 fit better and even stretched a little by the end of the night. I can't wait to rent from this designer again!

I am usually a size 6, but sometimes I size up for my hips. This dress I definately had to size up but it fit amazing. Absolutely loved this dress and received tons of compliments.

This dress is pretty and flattering. I received many compliments at the wedding I wore it to. It is however, TIGHT in the hips and butt. It doesn't look tight, but it was difficult to bend down or get out of the car because of the cut and there is no stretch to the fabric. I give this dress 5 stars for looks and 2.5 stars for comfort!

I was being brave renting a dress for my son's wedding but I was going to use it as a last resort. Well, being that I hate to shop, I didn't find another dress and was relying on the dress I rented. The day I was to receive it, I was contacted by renttherunway representative and told that the dress was ruined and not available. The rep was wonderful when I told him my situation and he ended up sending me several dresses overnight. This happened to be one of them. I received it the day before the wedding and it was absolutely perfect for me. It could not have worked out any better than it did.....and I thank the representative who was so wonderful. I feel bad I don't remember his name.....sorry about that.

I decided to rent this and another Elizabeth and James for a few fun nights we had planned in Vegas while my mom was here for a visit (I'm a local). I wore this the night we saw 'O' at the Bellagio. I mean this in the absolute least conceited way possible, but EVERYONE was staring as we walked through the casino... this dress is unbelievably classy and sexy at the same time. I have rented more than 10 RTRs now, and I think this is likely the one that got the most compliments (this or the Nha Khanh Noir Timeless Love gown). I find this brand to run small (as have other reviewers), so I wore the 2 in both E&J dresses I rented for the weekend in lieu of my normal 0. Be careful with bras, mine kept sliding down and into the cutouts (as you can probably see in the pictures). Two thumbs up!

I wore this for my birthday. It was a cute tight dress but still comfortable enough to move around. The cute cutouts are are just enough and the cut of the back is perfect. The color is much more vibrant in person. I would rent it again!

Fits small ... Normally I'm a 0 (pre baby) and now am a 2, 8 weeks postpartum. This dress made me feel awesome, cut outs were placed perfectly. I suspect when I lose the rest of baby weight I'll be down to a 2. Doubt the 0 would ever fit though, so saying this runs small. Didn't wear a bra. Fabric is tight and thick enough that it holds you in without needing one. Wore to an after party at a wedding. Rose gold accessories. Downside was couldn't wear spanx because of the cutouts... But the 4 fit so well I didn't really need to. Definitely renting again for upcoming Vegas trip!

I wore this dress for my unknown surprise birthday dinner. This may be my favorite rental thus far. I want to own this dress and necklace. The color and style are timeless in my opinion. It does run extremely small (tight). I ordered the 2 and 4 based on previous reviews and glad that I went two sizes up from typical size. The 4 fit perfectly and allowed for a little wiggle room.

This dress was even better than I expected! The color was beautiful, the fabric was thick, and it fit beautifully. The cut outs in the side were edgy and sexy but because the dress is longer it is still appropriate for most occasions. I felt like a million bucks in it and my little arrow tattoo could even be seen in the cutout. I have curves and I can be self conscious in tighter dresses but I was proud of my booty in this one! I would love to own it <3
