Love this form-fitting soft pink dress! Will be great for work - all seasons!

I wore this dress with a layered sweater on top for my bday brunch and it was a hit!! I loved it so much I bought it.

I love this dress. It fits me perfectly. I'm short (5'1) and size 0 goes down to my knee, which is appropriate for many occasions. The material is thick, high quality.

Such a pretty pink that made me feel feminine but grown up. I wouldn't have loved this on me without a blazer, though- the cut of the arms highlights that weird "armpit fat" area that's not cute, BUT, I couldn't have loved it more with a blazer! I vary between and 8 and a 10, and the 10 was definitely fitted.

I've always liked wearing Elizabeth and James and this dress did not disappoint. The material is semi-structured, has a little give, and is a beautiful dusty mauvey rose color. It has a slightly more dropped waist than other skater styles I have worn, so it's not as forgiving in the waist as I'm used to, especially with the lighter color. However the halter-like top is great for accentuating arms and shoulders. Fits like a true 6 and with an hourglass shape I find it most snug at the bust and tummy area. Good style for wider hips. Would definitely rent again.

Wore this to a summer wedding and got a lot of compliments. True to size, and the material was thicker than I was expecting. I loved it!

Wore this dress for work, styled with a blazer, but it could easily be worn for a variety of functions. The fit is flattering and hits at a good place just above the knee. It would be a good wedding guest dress for a summer wedding. Fabric is thicker, so it doesn't matter that the dress is unlined. Color is gorgeous!

This dress fits like a glove! I wore it for the entire working day and for a post-work event and it was fantastic. It is both figure-flattering on the torso and and flares at the hips, making THE perfect cut. It is tight (in a good way) at the waist and I added a thin belt for making results. I has to criss-cross the bra straps so not to show them on the shoulders. Rather then that, the dress looked tailor made for my body. I loved not only the cut, but also the color. The zipper was easy to close on my own. I will definitely rent this dress again!

I wore this to work twice. First as it is and then paired with a floral blouse high necklace and decent length make this dress appropriate for most occasions — especially the office. Gorgeous color and cut. I have tried Elizabeth and James dresses before and I never could fit into a Size 4, even as someone who is between 2 and 4. The only downsides are that it does wrinkle easily, especially around the waist, but it it not super noticeable. As a light dress any stains or imperfections show up very easily.

This is a really nice dress that fits great. It is slightly tight in the chest so if you are blessed in that area, you may need to size up.

It's a pretty dress but if you are sensitive about your stomach popping out - it will be uncomfortable.

Runs a little small. I'm usually an 8 but RTR only had the 10 available. The 8 most likely would have been too form fitting to wear to work.

Everything about this dress is perfect: structure, length, flare, fit, perfect dusty rose hue. It's classy, feminine, and understated sexy. I paired it with a light olive trench in rainy climate while traveling for business. When I got home I reordered same dress (needed cleaning) for baby shower following weekend. Will definitely order again or maybe even buy. Update: have since worn to the baby shower and it was a hit!

Comfortable, casual workwear

Nice dress, but I have a short torso with made this less than a perfect fit. It is a structured and thick material so it needs to lay just right on your chest. I am 5’4, 117lbs with a 30c cup.

I wanted to love this so much. Pink is my favorite color and fit and flare is usually the best shape for me. I am a 32D and the 4 was too tight. The neckline also was just not flattering--a bit too tapered at the neck so it made my shoulders look really broad, which they aren't. Didn't wear. Color is adorable!

i didn't like the ribbing/stitching

I love the color and I'm usually a size 6/8. This was small around the middle and chest and I have a small chest. Didn't get to wear it.

I've been the same size in almost every dress I've gotten on RtR so far, but this was too small (which may be a trend with this designer). It was small all over, but very small in the chest area - definitely not meant for women with a large bust or to be worn with a bra, as mine popped out on both sides; I don't think a larger size would have fixed the bra issue. It was a nice dress though, just wish it fit better.

I took my normal size, which was a little tighter than I felt was appropriate for work. Didn't end up wearing.

Dress fits well but it is not lined. I love the shape but without lining it shows every bump lump and wrinkle even with a slip.

This dress is a nice color and has a nice cut up top, but looks very weird in the torso area. It made me look fat even though my stomach is relatively flat. Would not recommend this dress to anyone who has curves. Definitely requires spanx either way.
