I got so many compliments on this dress I loved it but it absolutely runs small

Fit snug, but not tight.

This dress fits like a dream! It holds everything in. The only problem is it runs a size small. I am in between a size 4 and 6 (depending on the day and the dress) and I could just get the zipper up on an 8. If this dress wasn't photographed as much as it was, I would definitely be wearing this dress again.

This dress does run small as other reviewers said. I always wear a 0 or 2 and wore a 4 in this one. It was comfortable, classy and still sexy showing a bit of skin. I have a smaller bust and was able to comfortably wear a strapless bra.

I really liked this dress but I didn't wear it because the venue was outdoors and cold. This would be great in the summer. Very form fitting.

I can't say enough good things about this dress! It is *so* flattering-a highly classy cut with just the right amount of sexy with the bilateral cutouts. My husband was a *huge* fan, and I also received tons of compliments from other wedding guests! Will definitely be renting this one again!

Rented the size 6 for my 5th anniversary and loved it! You are not able to wear a bra, but the girls are secure in this dress! Beware the dress is very tight and form fitting. I found sitting and lifting my leg to get into an suv challenging. 5'4 137 lbs

The reviews are spot on when it says this dress runs small. I was hesitant to order so much larger than my normal 0/2 or 2/4 but I'm glad I trusted the RTR ladies before me. I ended up wearing a size 6!! It was a beautiful dress. Got a lot of compliments. Loved how it was conservative but the side slits gave it personality!

I'm usually a size 0 but they ran out of a size 2 so I ordered a size 4. Size 0 was SUPER tight, I felt like a sausage. I went with a size four which was fine (maybe a little long), but I think a size 2 would have been perfect. Still, it was a GREAT dress and it crushed the wedding. Definitely recommend it!

I can't say enough about this dress. Hands down, I wish I owned it! I read the reviews and went with larger sizes than I normally would and they were right. I'm typically a 4 and I ended up with the 8 since the 6 fit well up top but was a little too tight to be comfortable on the bottom. It has some stretch to it and overall is a simple but show stopper dress. No need for a bra, just used a few breast petals to cover up and I was good to go. Rent this dress!

Loved this dress! I definitely agree with other reviewers that these dresses run small, however I did end up wearing the size 2 (my backup was a size 4) because it fit me better lengthwise. The size 4 also fit and gave me room in the tummy area but it went significantly below my knees and just made it look awkwardly long on me. I have pretty small hips and basically no chest so I think that's why the smaller size fit so well. I could have worn it without a bra but went with a silicone bra for a more fitted look. Got tons of compliments! Loved the color as well. In general, I don't like to stand out in a crowd so I loved the muted purple/gray color...and it was perfect for a Florida Fall wedding. Would definitely rent again!

This dress was a hit - I received so many compliments on it, I lost count. It runs very small, I am usually a 4/6 and had to wear the 8 which was even pretty snug on me. Regardless it was very comfortable and fun to wear! Another RTR knockout!

The reviews are right...this one runs small! I was lucky that I don't have a large chest and the 8 fit great. Nice material that held me in. I felt great all night. I did wear a pair of spandex underwear to help!

Definitely runs small (wore a 6 and usually wear a 2) but otherwise it's perfection! Very flattering and forgiving with thick material. Cutouts are cute but classy. One of my favorite rentals!

I'm almost always a size 0 in dresses, but even the 2 in this one was TIGHT! I was nervous about my sides spilling out of the cutouts at first but it ended up being a non-issue. The fabric is great quality, but has next to zero give, FYI. Despite the dress being extremely body-forming, i could still dance and do all that fun stuff, and most importantly, i felt like a million bucks all night (maybe because of all the compliments!).

I loved this dress! At first, I felt like the hip area was too big so I tried to exchange for a smaller size (I sized up since everyone said to), but they didn't have the size available. The consultant did everything in her power to help me find a different dress, but I had my heart set on this one, so I kept it, and I'm so glad I did. Even though the hips were a little big, it was helpful for walking and dancing because this dress is very tight and does not have a lot of give. Walking up and down stairs was the most challenging. I felt amazing in this dress and got tons of compliments. I wore a Nubra which I'm so glad I did because it was freezing at one point. Highly recommend this dress!

Definitely size up for this brand. I'm a size 4 but wore the size 8. The 6 fit fine but I wanted some extra breathing room since I'd be sitting a lot. The dress has a little stretch and I felt amazing in it. This is one of my favorite rentals so far. I accessorized with a RTR necklace.

This dress was beautiful! I loved the love and style. I did size up to an 8 (normal size is a 2). The 6 fit, but since the wedding was the day after Thanksgiving I decided to give myself all the space I could. I highly recommend this rental!

Size up 1 or 2 sizes. I sized up 1 size and it was still super tight around my thighs/hips! I could have went up 2 sizes. Strapless bra fit under perfectly. Loved the color and cut outs. Gots lots of compliments. Paired with nude shoes and statement earrings.

Loved this dress! It was FREAKING TIGHT though! I usually wear an 8 and coukd have gone with a 12! Overall the dress was comfy and everyone loved it! No bra needed and made my booty look very bubbly... in a good way!

This dress is incredible. Its definitely form fitting and will make your curves pop. And it runs a couple sizes small! I followed everyone's advice and ended up using a size 10 (typically I'm closer to a 6 or 8). It was snug enough that I did not have to wear a bra and still felt like everything looked good! Before renting, I read that many reviews said to size up at least 2 dress sizes. Normally I'm a 6 so I rented a 10 and I'm so glad I did! The fit was great and the little peekaboo cut outs on the side were just the right touch of sexy.

Felt AMAZING in this dress, it hits in all the right places, and is a total power dress! It's an incredibly flattering cut and color, and good thick material that acts like spanx without the spanx. :) I ordered the 6 and the 8 and went with the 6. I'm normally a 0-2 in a dress that has some give in the hips, or a 4-6 in a really tight one. Like the other reviews said, this runs small! The 6 was very tight getting on, and I had slightly limited mobility (getting into a cab was fun!), but the tightness is the whole point of the dress and it looked amazing! My husband was like "Woah, let's buy this one." ;-)

This dress runs incredibly small and after trying on both sizes I ordered, neither fit. I called customer service at 6:45pm on a Thursday and by Friday afternoon, I had the correct size and was ready for the Saturday wedding. I can't say enough great things about the customer service, they were incredibly helpful. The cutouts were really fun and the color was great!

I wish I read the reviews more closely. I would normally be a 4, sometimes a 6. I got a 4 and 6. I so wish I had gotten an 8. I am a D and my boobs were totally smashed down. Would definitely wear again if it was the right size. It's a comfortable material, I had a drink spilt on me and it dried quickly with no stain. Just definitely size up!
