Obsessed with this dress. The strings in the back are really long but you can tie them in so many different ways for a unique look. I just tied mine at the top so that it was basically completely backless. The dress wasn't too short either and it looked perfect with a statement necklace and tan wedges!

There were no issues with fit. I would advise to take your time in tying up the back as it is a little complicated, but it only adds to the beauty of the dress! It is pretty short, it was a true mini on me; you also need to wear a NuBra with it because the back is completely open.

I had a work event that was going to be outside during the summer. This dress was perfect as it was light and comfortable. I paired it with a cardigan in case it got cold.

I ordered a size down per the reviews of other renters. The straps we're unusually long as many others have commented, but since I purchased the dress I snipped them and retied them to a better length. I like that the straps are adjustable-- you can criss cross them around your back, loop it around the front, or tie it like a halter. I went with the halter option because I liked it being backless. It was such a great look-- I got lots of compliments! The underlining sticks out a bit but I actually liked the contrasting colors at the hem. I would definitely recommend it!

PROS: It fits tight in the bust (which I liked) and it hit me mid thigh (I'm 5'4"). This is what I was looking for when I saw the dress online. CONS: The straps are very hard to figure out and I did not wear a bra with this dress. I had to have a girl friend come over to tie the straps for me and tight! because if the strap came undone, it was going to be a whole new kind of party, topless! lol Overall, satisfied with the dress.

I wanted something fun and flirty that would stand out for my birthday party. This dress was great, it arrived right on time, and I felt great the night of my party. I recieved many compliments on the dress.

I wore this dress for my dance recital and it was 75 degrees, but the dress is so lightweight that I was a little cold. I loved the pattern and the open back, but the fit around the bust was a little awkward. I wish I could have worn the extra small, as it fit better, but someone cut the strings before me so it was way too short to lie.

Very thin material, but soft and gorgeous. Great for the summer.

I wore this dress to a music festival and it was cool and comfortable in the heat. I was not able to wear a bra due to the design of the dress which is not advisable but I admit jealousy to the ladies who are able to to pull that off. The fit of the dress was sexy but my only complaint is that the drawstring that holds everything together at the next was super long and kept getting wrapped up in my legs as I danced. Perhaps I didn't tie it correctly.

This dress was unfortunately very unflattering. I ordered an XS and a S. There was a lot of fabric, but it didn't hang on my body quite right. I have athletic arms and shoulders and small boobs, and it made me look bulky and weird. Very thin pretty fabric. I didn't keep this dress on for very long, but the ties kept slipping. It absolutely would not have worked for a night of dancing. RTR was of course fabulous and sent me another dress. 5 stars for RTR!

The fit is loose so I would order what you normally wear. I did not end up wearing this because the overall look was not that cute. The chest fit awkwardly and the tie-up back just looked like an extra long shoelace. Just not my style.

I got this dress for a bachlorette party in early August. We were down the shore and this was an excellent dress for a night out in the middle of the summer. I found the back to be quite complicated. It's definately not something you can put on by yourself. It was nice that you had options on how to tie it but in order for the top to stay up (and keep the girls in check) I found you really had to do some sort of criss-cross/halter style. Also, it needs to be tied pretty tight which unfortunately can create some back fat. It was a very delicate balance. The rest of the dress was flowy and fit well. It was pretty short on me but that was okay since I wore it for a bachlorette party. Some of the reviews advised on ordering a smaller size for your back up. So I order the small as my back up which was in no way going to fit me. The medium was a close call. I generally wear medium when I order dresses sized this way so I was surprised that the medium was just barely right.
