I wore this dress for a bridal shower. It was perfect! I did have to use double-sided tape as recommended by the reviews to help the lace stay in place along the top.

The sizing runs large, so I'd size down especially if you're less curvy. The size 2 was especially larger in the chest, but the 0 would have fit perfectly. Pair it with nude heels and light jewelry.

Dress was too large overall but used only for pictures so we were able to make it work. I ordered a size 2 and should have requested a size 0. The lace is so feminine and champagne color exactly what I wanted for the shoot. If I had been wearing it to an event I would have needed to use fashion tape to hold the lace in place because it kept turning inside the dress.

I ordered this before and thought the 6 was a little roomy so I ordered the 4 for backup and ended up going with the 4. Double sided tape is a must and if you are small on top, I recommend a push-up bra. It helps with the fabric gaping open. The back of the dress also has some fly away fabric but I just tucked them inside. I got so many complements. It was very appropriate for our wedding rehearsal and dinner. I loved it!

Beautiful dress - perfect for graduation

The dress does run a little large, but because I am busty (36 DDD) I could wear it without a bra. There was cleavage but it still looked incredibly classy. Perfect for my graduation from law school and I almost bought the dress.

The four fit better on the bust but was a little too snug around the bottom. I worse the six because it fit better on the bottom but was looser up too. Overall it was comfortable and very elegant.

This dress was perfect! I wore it to my wedding shower. It was comfortable and moved well. It was a bit big, so I would size down to be safe. Also, the lace around the chest definitely needed some double sided tape to keep it it's it place, but it worked like a charm. = )

This dress was beautiful. However, I wish it fit better. I recommend going a size smaller. The dress in general was slightly big, but I was able to manage. However, the sleeves we're very long so I had to pin them and the length is a lot longer than pictured. I expected it to be longer as I am 5'1" but it was longer than I expected. I rented this for my bridal shower and unfortunately it was too big. It's a beautiful dress but I would recommend sizing down because the top part fit me a little large, and I'm usually between a 2 and a 4. It was also a bit longer on me than it was on the model because I'm only 5'1. The detailing and the lace is very pretty, and it's low cut and shows a little bit of cleavage to make it the perfect amount of sexy too.

This dress was SO pretty on the model. I rented it for my engagement photos. When I tried it on, it was too large--the sleeves kept slipping off my shoulders and it went several inches below the knee. Also, the dress is more taupe than it appears on the model! I'd definitely recommend sizing down for this dress! Hopefully others have had better experiences with it :)

I loved this dress! I used fashion tape to tape up the front of the dress like a lot of the other reviewers suggested, and I'm glad I did. Other than that it was perfect. I got so many compliments and it was perfect for my bridal shower.

This was my first experience with rent the runway and I loved it. I rented this dress for my rehearsal dinner and loved it. I did not want to send it back! I am usually a pretty true 6, but the 4 in this was still even a little big on me. It is a good length, especially for a church wedding. The front lace pieces fit a little weird on me (not sure if it was because it was too big), but i tucked them in and no one noticed.

This is the second time I've rented this dress and it did not disappoint. I'm pear shaped so the top was a little loose while the bottom fit perfectly but it wasn't too bad. The dress has a little give so if you're worried about sizing it's pretty forgiving. The lace at the top is pretty floppy (as others reviewers have noted) but I managed to get through the night without double sided tape. Sexy and class at the same time. Love this dress!

Wore this to a sit-down luncheon bridal shower. Wore size 6, I am 5'9" and 155 lbs, this size was a little snug in the hips at first but the fabric relaxed over the course of the day. Perfectly comfortable. Lace cutouts were a little bit floppy, and did not always lie flat. I would rent this dress again!

This dress is stunning! The lace is beautiful and the fit was almost perfect! It seemed to run a little larger in the bust for me, but nothing a little bit of fashion tape couldn't help. I wore this gorgeous dress for my city hall wedding in San Francisco. I had a more formal dress for the formal ceremony that was taking place a week later, but still wanted to look and feel wonderful at city hall. Mission accomplished. This dress was incredible. After several moments of panic and some emails back and forth with the (outstanding) customer service team, I was sent this dress in the size smaller than I normally wear, plus two other back-up dresses. Phew! And there was really no need to panic, as this dress was PERFECT! Yes, it runs large. Yes, it's quite busty. Yes, it's the easiest, most comfortable, most flattering dress I've ever put on. I'd rate it 6/5 stars if I could. Thank you, RTR, for helping me have the most amazing wedding day ever!

This dress is unbelievably comfortable, but has no structure so be prepared with the right underwear and bra! This was a bit tight on the hips, but the size up didn't work a cleanly for the upper body and ended up a bit more loose than I had planned. Completely worth the wait and it's impossible not to feel beautiful in this dress.

I thought this dress fit great. It was a little floppy on the boob part, but nothing a little booby/double sided tape wouldnt fix. Loved it all in all. Sorry the vertical picture the color is lighter than normal (my sister in law put her thumb over the lense lol) still like how the pic came out tho. The horizontal photo is more true to color. Would def rent again, great for a wedding.

I rented this dress for my bridal shower and it was absolute perfection! It fit like a glove, and I felt beautiful in it :-) All you need is a strapless bra and a little fashion tape, and you're good to go!

Fits a bit larger go down a size!

The dress fits me perfectly and hits just below the knee for length. I highly recommend using double stick tape for the lace on the neckline in the front and on the back of the dress. Without tape, some of the lace pieces will droop down especially if you have a smaller bust.

This dress was amazing! I got so many complements on it in the short amount of time I wore it for engagement pictures. It fit pretty perfectly! I'm normally a size 4-6 (Small/Medium), and I sized up in this dress so it would not be so tight in the bust. The straps were a little big, but the overall fit was great! I originally ordered a size 4 since the size 6 wasn't available. RTR was so accommodating and added the size 6 to my order when it became available! Loved everything about my rental!

Rented this for formal family pictures. Fit perfectly! Plenty of room to move in my normally worn size 6. Was worried the color would wash me out, but that wasn't the case. My husband LOVED this. Just the right amount of class & sexy. You'll definitely need fashion tape for the fabric around the breast area to stay in place. Would definitely rent again.

This was one of three dresses I was sent for my shower and I didn't end up wearing this one just because I liked another better (with long sleeves...better for the winter). I felt a little overly sexy in this dress (considering it was for a shower), but it was my fiancé' top pick and I may consider it again for a different event. Definitely need the fashion tape!

This dress was perfect! I read a lot of comments about the color being nude/beige but the dresses I received were more off-white/cream. It was perfect for a fall event when it was 90 degrees outside! I wore it to a military ball and it was perfect; modest but sexy. I wore off-white heels and simple jewelry. The dress was giving but not too stretchy and I didn't feel restricted even after eating a three course meal. I wore the 2 but I usually wear size 4-6 so I put that it runs large. I'm 5'6'' and 140 lbs but I'm athletic with muscular shoulders and a bigger bum. The neckline was cut perfectly where it wasn't too unassuming but it didn't go too deep. The neckline and the back have little lace flaps that fall forward so I absolutely recommend using fashion tape to keep them down. I wore a regular bra with no problems of straps showing. This dress was a perfect rent and I would definitely recommend it!

I sized up and that made the dress very comfortable. The material is soft but I used fashion tape to lay the edges down which worked nicely. The arm holes were perfect for me, no gaping or tightness, just a perfect lay of fabric so that no arm fat or side boob was being squished or laid bare.

I wore this to a Gala and received numerous compliments. The dress fit me well and was a great length for a tall person like me. I did have to use double-sided tape to keep the neckline fabric folds where they should be but that turned out fine. I loved it!

Fit great- hits right at the waist for a flattering silhouette. I used fashion tape like a lot of reviews said to tame the neckline- the lace is a little flimsy and I was also worried about it being too revealing. It's definitely a nearly flesh colored material, so be careful if you're really pale (I was nerovus about being too washed out). The back is also cute with the v cut out... overall super cute dress, perfect for a bridal shower or small wedding ceremony. another RTR win!

I'm a boudoir and contemporary glamour portrait photographer, and I rent a dress for each client from RTR to wear as one of their outfits. My client in the photo loved this dress--she wore the size 6 (her average size) and it fit her perfectly, but she found the V in the front came lower than she would have liked.
