I really stepped out of my norm with this dress just because of its print. but I loved it! the cut of it and the fabric really help to hug your body in the very best way. I especially loved the back of it. although it wasn't very low, it added so much to have a cut out back. the dress actually ended up being too short for me when I put heels on, so I actually added a little tulle skirt underneath to add a little frill and body, and a little length. overall stellar dress

Not sure if it's the silhouette, or the pattern, (probably both!) but this dress is a stunner. This was worn to opening night at the opera, and not even 10 feet away from the car I was already receiving compliments--which just kept coming throughout the night. It was perfect for the occasion--formal, but not too fancy. At 5'7", the "long" size rose just above the floor with medium-height heels. I had felt body-concious being pregnant and bloated, so I sized up instead of down with my backup. My concerns were unnecessary however, as the fabric is stretchy and designed to hug and hide imperfections. So, as other reviewers have recommended, size down!! My usual size fit just fine but was slightly roomy. Very comfortable--would definitely rent again!

This dress was perfect for my formal gala at work. I received so many compliments. The dress fit perfectly, which is hard to come by when renting a dress. The length was perfect for someone that is short and the spandex fit of the material was comfortable all night long. By far, my favorite dress I've rented on RTR. I wanted to keep it!

I definitely made a fashion statement in this dress! It was comfortable, it hugged all my curves perfectly and I felt so beautiful in it. Lots of compliments all day long. I rented this for a ballroom dance formal event so a lot of dancing was done. The length was just right for me. It was about an inch off the floor while wearing 3 inch heels so I wasn't tripping on it while Waltzing across the dance floor!!

I wished it would've been slightly longer but I'm a perfectionist. It fit great, I got so many compliments and I was comfortable along with feeling beautiful. I could've gotten away with a 2 but it may have been too long. I have a fairly curvy body (big butt) so the zipper in the back was slightly loose to me but not noticeable to others. A great dress, a great event, I will definitely rent again!!

This dress would have been perfect in a Long but it worked. It fit well and was very comfortable and received many compliments as well. Normally a size 10 I ordered the 12 to be sure there was ample room for my bust. I will definitely be utilizing RTR again and have told many friends about this wonderful service.

The fit was perfect - form fitting without being too tight. Long sleeves were amazing in January and the print is unique enough to elicit lots of compliments. It was perfect.

This dress was perfect for my boyfriend's medical school ball. It is made of thick stretchy material. So comfortable and hugs your body perfectly. I wore spanx because then dress does fit snug. I could wear regular bra. I am very petite, but the length on me was perfect.

Slimming and comfortable this dress is worth repeating. The floral print was stunning and was a wonderful detail for an outdoor wedding.

I agree with other reviews that it is short. I am 5'3" and wore a low heel so that worked. I would have like it to be a bit longer. BUT, it was beautiful, unique, and comfortable. The V back made it sexy and interesting without being too revealing. The material and longer sleeves made it perfect for an indoor/outdoor event on the water in San Diego in late March. I received SO many compliments for it's classic simplicity and original print. I felt very beautiful and comfortable the entire night.

Glad I picked a 4R, I would have loved a 4L but that was minute. Definitely shows off curves which was a plus for my semi-petite frame. The dress was everything I imagined and a great look to allow me stand out a gala where I received a reward! Til this day I m still getting compliments about this dress, so many to the point I wish I would find an event to order it again!

My sizing varies depending the cut of the dress. Normally I wear a 2 in gowns and I went according to the reviews to chose my size. Due to a lot of talk about the spandex material I chose 2L/4L . The 2L was a comfortable fit and a little loose under the arm, but I believe a 0L would've been Perfect. Any hoot I rocked this #ErinFetherston piece ;)

This dress was stunning! It fit perfectly and I received so many compliments. I'm 5'4" and about 140 pounds and I rented a 4R and 6R. They both fit about the same, but the 6R was slightly looser in the waist and had a longer arm length. I wore the 4R but I probably could have gone with a 4L because I could only wear 1-2 inch heels. If you want to wear dazzling shoes, I would recommend going with a Long instead of Regular. No matter the length, I still felt amazing in this dress!! And it doesn't wrinkle, so you don't need to worry about steaming it before your big night! I took it out of the box and put it right on.

I am 5' tall and obviously curvy. I wear a 36I bra and this dress was pretty much made for me. It was actually an inch or so off the ground. I wore shape wear with it and felt like it really accentuated my body, while hiding flaws. The sleeves were a bit long so I rolled them under for a bracelet length sleeve. No one ever even noticed. If you are shaped like me at all, I would highly recommend this gown!

i love this dress! i rented this for a work gala, and it was a hit! i paired it with my ever-awesome j.crew valentina black patent pumps and forever 21 minaudieré. i added a pair of minimal crystal ear cuffs, red lipstick and POW! i'd rent this 100 times! *pro-tip: no undies needed! i did wear a soma black, seamless bra, though.

Read reviews for taller people to get the long.. I'm a tad over 5'5".. Definitely would have rather had the long(it just wasn't available at the time. Just used flats and it still worked out for me. Very comfortable and different with the print.

The sleeves and length make this dress perfect for the winter outdoor/indoor garden wedding I attended. The long was not available, so I rented the 0 regular and it was about ankle length with my 3" heels (I'm 5'6"). I knew it was going to be short and I was ok with that, however the sleeves were also a bit short. I wore a regular bra and the "bike short" type Spanx. Because of the conservative coverage, this dress it all about the pattern! The dress is very stretchy so it will adjust to many different body types. I have a slim, straight up and down figure and the dress was pretty flattering, but I can imagine it would be especially flattering on someone with more hips and curves.

I wore this gown to a black tie (optional) Valentine's Day wedding in Manhattan. I adore the print and the fit was perfect for my petite-yet-curvy figure. I was skeptical about the fabric appearing cheap at first since it is so stretchy, but it worked quite well. I paired it with a pearl necklace and 2" black heels.

This dress was my first choice, but the back up size wasn't available so I also received an alternate dress also. Thankfully, the ordered size of 12R fit perfectly and I didn't need the back up. This dress was absolutely stunning. It was VERY comfortable (it's a stretchy type scuba material). I received numerous compliments. My experience for RTR was very positive. Their customer service center is excellent and timely. I will definitely rent from them again.

Fits perfectly. Do not wear extremely tall shoes as you don't want to show them. I wore a pair of Louboutins 100mm high that don't overtake the dress. Pair of earrings and a beautiful clutch will do.

I wore this dress to a masquerade event and absolutely loved it! Definitely order the long length if you're tall - I wore flats to compensate for the short length of the regular. The sleeves were on the shorter side & hit me about an inch or so above my wrist bone , it didn't bother me, but would've preferred them to be longer. On the plus side - you can wear a regular bra. It is a beautiful dress and I'm sure you'll receive lots of compliments because it is so unique!

I loved this dress! Only thing is, I'm 5'6" and I wish I would have ordered the long. The regular length did not hit the floor, it landed just above my ankles. Also - where the zipper ends at the bottom by your butt - it sticks out a little. But nothing kept me from having a great time and loving the dress!

I received so many compliments, this dress was perfect for a winter black tie event. After reading the reviews, I was concerned that it might be too short, but the 4R was perfect, even with 4" heels. I tried the 2R back up size, and it was too small in the length of the arms and the shoulders. More importantly, I was comfortable and was able to wear a regular bra so I didn't have to readjust or fidget with a strapless. The long sleeves and length were a bonus so I wasn't self conscious about my arms/legs, but the fit was of this dress was both flattering and elegant. As other reviewers noted, the print is not as vibrant in person as on the website, but the dress still stood out in its style and dark floral print. Small complaint--the hem of the dress looked a bit worn, probably from being previously dragged on the floor, but was unnoticable when I had it on.

I absolutely loved this dress! Wore it for my friend's black tie winter wedding and it couldn't have been more perfect. I opted to try both sizes 2R & 4R but ended up wearing the 4R since the 2R was quite short and a bit tighter. I am slim but this dress really hugs every hump and bump so I wore a slimming skirt slip under and it worked great. I would surely recommend this dress!

I wore this to an opera and the after party. I saw people doing double takes all night :-) So fun. The material is super stretchy and easy to wear. I am 5'1 and 115. I wore the 2R and it was perfect. The 0 fit almost the same but wasn't as long so I went with the 2. This is my 4th rental with RTR and I have yet to be disappointed!

Ii am 5'4", wore a 4 in silver strappy heel and the length was perfect. I did wear a bra without issue under the dress. The dress gets warm if you will be dancing a lot. Pefect fit.

I was afraid that being 5'1" would be to my disadvantage. But, the right shoe added the perfect height and the dress was a hit!

The material is stretch so I ended up in a 2L for it to be fitted everywhere, which was perfect. I was a little surprised to be in the 2, because I normally wear a 4. bust:35, waist:26 hips: 40. The only thing that was slightly annoying was a tiny bump at the bottom of the zipper, everything else was smooth and fitted.

Loved this dress, and received so many compliments. Fit perfectly, and so comfortable. i wore high heels so i did not drag on the floor. The wedding was a black tie affair, and this stood out the most besides the bride :)

This dress is a knockout. It is so flattering, comfortable and eye-catching. I wore it to a black-tie wedding in December, and it was perfect for the event. I got tons of compliments and felt like a movie star. The tightness of the dress is not AT ALL constricting... if anything, it was comfortable. I was able to wear a regular bra with it too, which was great. The length of the 0R was perfect, and I am 5'1" and wore 4 inch heels. So, I'd get the longer version if you are taller for sure. This is one dress I want to keep and not return. Definitely recommend this dress!

The size 0 fit like a glove. The fit of this dress is just as shown. It is tight, so it shows off your curves, but you are covered, so it's sexy, but not vulgar. I have a curvy shape, but am petite and slim and this was perfection. I wore a regular size and I had to buy a short heel which made for a comfortable night. If you want to wear a high heel, or you are tall, you will need a long.

This is my first time using rent the runway and I couldn't have had a better experience. I ordered two sizes (2L & 4L) and ended up selected the one that I would consider true to my size. The length was great, the sleeves came right to my wrists & the shoulders were well fitted. I would certainly recommend wearing a "control" type undergarment like bodycon since the dress is very fitted. I got so many great compliments and even had ladies I didn't know approach me to ask about the dress & where it was from. I would highly recommend this dress & certainly consider wearing it again.

I put this dress on and it made my figure ten times better then what it is! I think it's magical!! The colors aren't as bold as in the model picture, but it is still gorgeous. Classy yet very sexy. I'm 5'7" and wore 4" heels and the length was perfect. If you are taller be careful with high heels. I can't wait to wear it again one day!!

The neoprene fit hugs curves and the pattern was very flattering. It was not an overly tight fit so I still wore Spanx to even out curves. The dress runs big so I would size down for a backup, especially if you want it skin tight all over. It worked with a normal bra. The only complaint is that the length runs shorter than the recommendations. I never usually need a long length but this regular length hit my ankles even in flats. I would rent more dresses like this again, but since this is so unique I probably won't rent it again.

I wore this dress to a Christmas party with my husband. It was very beautiful, fit perfectly, and was amazingly comfortable. This was an "outside of the box" style for me and I am so happy I went with it! and I am I am 5'4 and had to wear a three inch heal, so if you are taller or have higher heeled shoes, I would suggest the long size.

This dress was incredibly comfortable! With the long sleeves it was perfect for a winter formal. Quality was great too! Very fitted. And the floral pattern was even more beautiful in person. I ended up wearing the 2L with 4 inches heels but probably could have gotten away with the Regular length. I felt amazing- Thank you RTR!!
