Comfortable and flattering. I could have squeezed into a 4, but a 6 was more comfy. Very flattering cleavage, not too low. Able to wear a regular strapless bra (should have done black, it peaks out every once in a while). Great dress! Great price. Fun night. Got compliments from all my friends.

I am glad I got the 2nd size it worked better that the original.

Like the others say, I think this dress runs really small! I usually wear a 0-2, and I wore a 4 in this. I'm glad I listened to the advice of the other gals and ordered up! The dress stayed up wonderfully and was super comfortable. I wore the dress for New Year's Eve, and it was just perfect. A little bit of sparkle, but not overwhelming, and the skirt was just the right amount of flowy and wonderful! I would definitely recommend, in fact I may rent it again for an upcoming wedding!

I wore this dress to a formal wedding and was very comfortable dancing in it all evening. It's not too short and tastefully cut on the top. It has a built in under wire, which is nice, but I did end up wearing a strapless bra too - C's would fill it out a bit better. The design is silver and blue threads, very pretty. The zipper was very easy to close. It is an exposed zipper though (not everyone likes that). I usually wear a size 10 pants and a 6 top so dresses can be tough; this dress was a perfect fit all around!

I wore this to a winter wedding and it was a fabulous dress! It is loose in the bust, even with some padding I had slipping issues. Besides that, it was perfect. Excellent for dancing and still an appropriate formal wedding length.

Dress is gorgeous. Zipper is tricky around the middle which does run a little tight. Although I didn't mind bc I didn't have to keep pulling my dress up all night.

The top of the dress is tight so get sizes based on your bust.

this dress was so cute! great for fall with the metallic paisley detailing on the fabric. The bodice is super structured- I didn't need a bra with it. I found it to run a bit snug- I'm normally a 0 and wore the 2 and found it to be very comfortable- make sure to size up for backup! loved the length too, not too short and not awkwardly long. I'd pair this with a great silver necklace!

This was probably one of THE most comfortable dresses I've worn in a long time. I wore a regular strapless bra to add a little more fullness b/c I'm not very big up top but it was still tight enough in the waist to not slip down at all. For those of us that carry our fullness on the bottom half, it has plenty of room and it is short but appropriate for a semi-formal event. Loved it :-)

I ordered my normal size (6) and with the help of other reviews I ordered one size up. I ended up wearing the 8. They both fit but the bust area was too small on the 6. I'm a 34DD. The 8 was perfect. (If I didn't order the 8, the 6 would've worked if necessary but this was a black tie optional NYE wedding and I didn't want to stand out.) I have tons of silver shoes but none worked with this outfit because of the different color silver/blue tone in it, so I wore black strappy sandals and a chunky pearl bracelet. Overall I am really happy with the dress and how it fit. First RTR experience and have already suggested it to other people!

Had a very long night... The top was tight under the girls but as the night progressed the top dropped- could have been dangerous! I did not need a bra, but I would have liked more support through the evening- as in life - gravity wins

I ended up not wearing this dress. I rented another similar dress and went with that one instead. I rented the 4 and the 6 because i figured it would be baggy on the bottom and smaller sizes would work. The 4 was TOO small but the 6 fit great. I have wider hips so I was afraid the loose baggy bottom made them look even bigger. I would rent this dress again though- really pretty color (has silver in it).

Top is tight so I didn't need to pull it up all night. Chest runs big, but overall it fit well. Good length.

Fit was great! I am a petite 5'2" and I usually wear a size 0 which is what I ended up wearing. I have been browsing the rent the runway site for a while and finally had an excuse to use it. I will definitely rent again. I wish this site had been around 10+ years ago when we were going to weddings a few times a month :)

I wore this for a date out with my boyfriend and enjoyed wearing the dress. I didn't love it but it was fun to wear once. The fabric was rough due to the design. Also, I feel like it might have been a little young for me. I would imagine this dress to be more appropriate for a girl in her early 20s.

I wore this for a sorority formal, attending as an alumna., and it was perfect for the occasion - not overly formal like a gown would be, but not inappropriately short or tight. The metallic design is definitely more blue than any pictures really show, which was a nice surprise. However, it's not my favorite dress or even something that I could really say that I loved. I'm a little small busted, and the top (while padded) did not fit well, so I had to wear my best push-up bra as well as fasten the top of the dress against it so that it wouldn't bubble open at the top. The rest of the structure was perfectly fit against my torso and accentuated my waist nicely, and I did really like how smoothly the skirt flowed when I danced. I think this dress would be perfect for anyone with a larger bust size than a small C.

I rented both a 6 and 8. They both fit but I thought the 8 had a little more breathing room. I used some fashion tape at the top of the 8 though to make sure there was no slippage, and I was able to dance the night away! Like most of the other reviews stated, this is a great short dress for a woman with above average height. The flowy skirt is incredibly flattering for wider hips -- you get a flared look without accentuating any of the wrong assets. Received tons of compliments. I am so pleased with Rent the Runway.

The bodice fits a little tight so recommend going a size up to have room to breathe. Fabric is soft, one of my favorite RTR dresses!

Perfect dress for NYE! Not over the top and fit well. Snug on top (who would want it loose?) and I wore strapless bra with it no problem. Would wear it again!

The fit of this dress was true to size. I am normally between a 6 and 8 and wore the 8 comfortably. The paisley print on the dress is very detailed and has an almost silky feel to it. It was a really fun and cute dress to wear. I can't say that there were really any cons to this dress.

This was my first RTR dress and overall, I couldn't be happier. This dress has a really flattering shape and I think it would look good on most body types. The other reviewers were correct...I would definitely go up a size, but other than that the fit was great. I am typically a size 6 so I ended up wearing the 8. I got several complements on it over the course of the evening and I felt great in it, too.

I should have gotten the six, but with some fashion tape is was an easy fix. It was an incredibly attractive dress and hid problem areas well.

I really liked this dress. It was pretty and flowy and the silver pattern in the overlap had some blue in it which was fun. However, it was TIGHT to put on. I made the mistake of getting the smaller size as my back up. Don't make my mistake, size up on your back up. I figured the dress might loosen up over the course of the night. It did not. I really do recommend this dress because it was really pretty and definitely stay up and in place all night. Jjust make sure to size accordingly.

I wanted something for NYE that was a little bit glitzy but not overly sparkly. This dress had just the right amount of shimmer! I rented a size 2 and a size 4 and could have worn either one. The hook on the 4 was missing so I opted to wear the size 2. I had to go bra-less so that it would fit, but it still worked and was comfortable! Another great experience with RTR!

This dress was an extra, so I didnt wear it, but I tried it on and it fit well. I wanted something with a little more sparkle. This dress is understated and classic.

I am 5'3, usually a 6-8 in most dresses, hourglass, pretty average in the bust (a larger C). This fit perfectly and held me in all night, no sliding down! a smidge small in the rib cage, which I appreciate in strapless dresses. Came right above the knee on me, so not terribly long, but it could've been a tad shorter. Such is the life of the short girl! If you're taller than 5'3, it will fall more like the model.

I'm normally a 0-2 and neither fit. My chest is a 32 DDD and there was no way that material would zip up with that size of a chest - suggestion if your bigger chested - go up a few sizes

This dress was great, and gave me lots of cleavage but that was because the top was WAY TOO SMALL. Slightly frustrating because the 6 would have fit otherwise...

The dress ran very small and I unfortunately was not even comfortable in my backup dress size, which is typically loose on me. The dress in the picture and description of the dress also shows and notes that it is strapless but it actually is not. The dress has very thin straps that could easily be tucked into the dress, but definitely not removable.

No room in the bust.

This dress was not forgiving in the bust even when I went up a size. Truly for women with an A or B cup.
