I rented this for work but felt that the neckline was a bit low cut for me. Also, the flounce of the skirt made it feel a but shorter than it actually was. I returned it but I would consider ordering it again for a spring wedding or event.

Cute and well-made. The polka dots add interest, but don't come off too cutesy. Hit just above my knee. Not too much cleavage for me since I'm small-busted. The back is sheer, but didn't seem too scandalous for my office, especially w a flesh-colored bra.

I wore this dress to an exhibit opening and it was perfect. Very flattering shape, and I loved the way the skirt moved when I walked. I was hoping to be able to go without tights, but it was too cold, so I layered up with a leather jacket, tights and boots. The dress has a sheer back, and since this was a work event, the jacket covered that (although it was lovely). Overall, a classic staple piece that can be work many ways. I would buy this!

I really liked this dress! I rented for work, but I also went out for drinks with friends that night and got lots of compliments at the bar too. It's very simple and classic with the polka dots. But the fit was really nice and flattering, and the material looks good in person. So I think that's why it stands out a bit. My only complaint is that the material has zero stretch, and was very tight in the shoulders. It doesn't look like it, but I literally couldn't lift my arms above my head, so I couldn't zip or unzip it on my own! I zipped as far as I could then threw a jacket over it until I got to work and had my friend zip me. :)

I sized up here. Usually I wear a 6, but I rented an 8 and that was a good idea. The dress fits perfectly and feels really good on. Perfect for fancy or casual at work.

Out of all the professional pieces I've rented, this was by far my favorite. The dress is extremely flattering for work. This flow is gorgeous and the cut in front is conservative. I do recommend wearing a long necklace with the dress because of how the V neck is sewn.The sleeves are 3/4 length and can't be pushed up. The back is the most stunning detail. It is see-through but I wore a black bra. You were able to see the black strap in the back, but I felt like it was subtle enough to still wear to professionally.

This dress was so cute, fun and comfortable. I wore it to my birthday party and received a lot of compliments. The sleeves fit well, not too snug, and the dress was a great length and fit. I loved this dress so much I actually ended up buying it from the designer.

Such a fun shape and pattern on this Erin Erin Fetherston dress! Running true to size, we recommend order up for backup because the fabric has no stretch. I wore one size larger than normal, and it was a bit loose. There is enough room in the bust area for various cup sizes. With a sheer back, the piece works best without a bra. It is tight at the natural waist. The skirt is flattering for curvy body types, but those with larger hips may consider ordering up because there is no stretch in the fabric. The sheer three-quarter length sleeves are meant to hit below the elbows, but they fit like long sleeves on my petite frame. At 5'1", the flirty skirt hits above my knees. This dress can be worn to a party or to work. Pair with sleek black heels and gold earrings.

This dress is super faltering and comfortable. Wore to work on a Friday and went to a birthday party after. It made me feel both professional and feminine. Highlighted my curves in all the right ways and is the perfect length. I especially love the cut at the bottom of the skirt. Would be an awesome dress to dance in with the way it's softy pleated at the bottom. Perfect for twirling.

Wore this dress to work then on a date. A bit shorter on a tall girl (almost 6'0") but worked well for the casual office with opaque tights and leather jacket. There is no stretch in this dress, which is great for the silhouette (so flattering!) but I am a bit broader in the shoulder area so it was a bit tight there. But overall LOVEd this dress.

This dress was very cute and I received many more compliments on it than I expected because this isn't my typical style. The only reason I have it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the neckline was so low I had to wear a cami underneath to keep the dress appropriate on someone who doesn't have a large chest. Otherwise the dress was great! Quality fabric that doesn't wrinkle easily, the cut of the skirt has pleats, and the dress was easy to wear. *side note- if you work out and have Thicker shoulders, the dress restricts arm movement some.

One of my favorite "everyday" looks off RTR! Sad I didn't get a better picture in it. This dress can take you from day to night in a snap. Hemline hit a little above the knee and the neckline was a little bit plunge-y, depending on your chest size, so you could wear a black cami underneath. Speaking of which, the front is full coverage but the back is very sheer (from the waist up). I just let my bra show through the back, but a cami could also cover that up for you. Love the fit and flare silhouette and lightweight fabric, too. Super flattering and fun!

I thought this dress was an everyday, work dress, but it's actually cuter than that! It'd be good for a family event or church event. It is a little low cut though, so beware there may be cleavage.

I wore this dress for work. It's cute and flirty, I liked the fit overall but the arms and waist was a little tight. You'll need a nude bra because the back is see through, or black works too. I loved the feel of the fabric and cut. I would rent again but maybe a size up for comfort.

I typically wear between a 4-6, this was slightly tight in the shoulders for a 6, but didn't cause too much of an issue. It was also then a little loose fitting around the waist. Overall cute dress and enjoyed wearing it to work.

loved this dress- moved easily and was a ladylike print but with an added flirt appeal with the hem on the bottom and the lower cut neckline. only negative was that for girls with wider hips (thank you Cuban heritage) it can fall a little awkward there- but nothing a cute blazer can't fix. ps- I apologize for my picture in advance.

This is a great little "throw on and go" style. My favorite part about this dress - the sleeves aren't too tight! I don't know about any other girls, but my arms are muscular/larger than most others, and I have a hard time finding dresses with no stretch that have sleeves large enough to be comfortable. Anyone else who's in the same boat, this is a winner. The hem hits at about my knees and the sleeves are about 3/4 lengths. The dress is made of a light weight chiffon type fabric, featuring a petite polka dot and godet skirt. This works well with all body types, even a small baby bump. The dress runs true to size, but size up for your backup. Also, you can wear a standard bra with this look, but it should be nude, because the back of the dress is a little bit sheer.

Fit everywhere else but I couldn't lift my arms! Also I thought it would be more forgiving in the tummy area but isn't very flared.

This dress was beautifully put together and will hang nicely on a pear shape. However the shoulders were slightly tight and raising my arms was a little difficult. I sit behind a desk for work, but if you're planning to wear for an event where you'll be more active I would recommend sizing up. Very flattering fit!

The dress was very cute and flowed nicely. It was extremely tight in the upper arms though, and I felt like if I moved my arms too much it might rip. Still a great dress but same review as everyone else in regards to the fit.

It's a bit short for work, but not inappropriately so. It was perfect for my purpose, which was to be classy at work and then fun later on a date - goes from "day to night" well. The slip under the skirt is a bit short and tends to ride up a bit between the thighs when walking, but it's not that much of a problem. There is no give/stretch and raising my arms was a bit tough. The back is sheer, but not super noticeable. I wore it with a brightly colored bra and you could barely see the color through it. Super cute and I got compliments all day.

I loved this dress but if I order it again I would get a 12 it was just a little too snug in the chest so if I wasn't careful I got the dreaded boob shelf when i raised my arms. Also it is sheer on the back so you will see a bra nude and navy still showed through so I ended up wearing a sticky bra.

I am between 5'3'' and 5'4'' 128-130 lbs .. I decided to wear the 4 as the 2 was tight in the arms as others have said. It's not the actual arms that are tight it's more of the seam at the shoulder that would prevent you from moving lol. I had a long drive so I didn't want to even attempt that. I wore a thin black belt at my high waist and it looked very cute. Wore with black pumps. I rec'd tons of compliments and was very comfortable throughout a very long (12+ hour) day.

Still contemplating purchasing this dress, since it's absolutely beautiful (very flattering on the waist). Neckline is sexy while still being professional (very rare) and the length and skirt is perfect. However, you will have limited arm motion so keep that in mind! Hard to lift up my arms or throw something in the backseat.

Great dress

I got this dress as a back up because the dress I wanted wasn't available in my back up size. I wasn't wowed by this dress looking at the pictures but was really pleasantly surprised when it arrived. It was much more flattering than I had anticipated. The skirt has a fun flirty little cut to it that makes it look less matronly than it appears in some of the stock photos. I wore the 8. The back up 10 was too big.

I love this dress, it was so light and fun. I wore a size 4, the fit is loose but elegant. The neck line is a bit deep for work so I wore a black tank top underneath. Also the back is see through but it's subtle enough you can away with it.

I absolutely loved this dress! It did run a little small and was tight around the armpit area but I was able to manage throughout the day. It was the perfect length and bonus- I didn't have to wear a bra! I have a large bust and was surprised how it fit so well in that area.

Wore this for a graduation ceremony and party, and thought it was incredibly comfortable and flattering. Would rent again. Size down if you have a smaller chest and arms, for me the 8 worked perfectly because my chest could hold up the lower neckline.

I rented this dress so many times as an unlimited item that I finally just decided to buy it! It's really great for any occasion - I wore it to work with flats and a tank underneath (it can be a little revealing if you have a larger bust), I wore it with wedges in the summer to drinks, I've worn it in colder weather with tights -it's extremely versatile. Dress it up with a blazer or dress down with a denim/leather jacket. It runs true to size but is a little tight in the shoulders so it's pretty tough to zip/unzip yourself, but I figured it out :)
