I wore this to a Christmas party and could not be happier with how it fit and how I felt in it. It fit true to size, was slimming at the waist, and was comfortable enough to dance in all night. I received compliments from everyone and would recommend this dress to anyone!

I wouldn't have given this dress a second look online, but a RTR stylist recommended it to be and I fell in love. The color was deep and gorgeous and it fit so well. I am very tall so often struggle finding short dresses that don't reveal all but this was the perfect length to still show some leg. I wore it to a wedding and was very comfortable all night.

This dress was just perfect - I received so many compliments on it. The color is rich and beautiful. The fit is perfect for gals with hour glass figures. I'm a 34 E, and this dress was super flattering - fitted in the waist but enough room in the bust. Just loved wearing it... The size is pretty true to regular sizes. I normally wear an 8 (sometimes a 10 if the bust is too tight). An 8 fit me just right but definitely very fitted.

This dress was perfect! It looks better on, than in the stock photos. The seam in the middle, on the top of the dress is not as dramatic as it looks in the picture on the model. Simple and easy to dress up or down. I wore navy blue shoes and a navy and gold statement necklace. I am usually a size larger on the lower half of my body, so this dress worked great for that! The dress holds its shape really well and hides any bumps or imperfections. It doesn't really stretch though, so make sure to get that free back-up just in case you are between sizes! Overall, I would definitely recommend this dress!

I love the side pockets. I had my baby with me so this dress was functional with pockets to stash a rubberband and lipstick. It fit like a dream. I am usually a size 10 but given I had a baby not long ago, I ordered a size up and it was perfect. The other reviews were spot on. Plus, it fit well in the bust area. I am also nursing so my bra size is in flux but for a few hours this dress was just fine. I couldn't wear a nursing bra with it because they cut too high on the sides. A regular bra was just fine.

The fit is true to size. It flared more than I anticipated but it was still a flattering shape. The armpits were cut a little low so just be careful of the bra you wear so it does not show. Gorgeous color and material! Wore with chunky necklace and nude heels.

This is the perfect lady-like dress! Simple, yet elegant, in a stunning color. The simplicity of the lines is offset by the beautiful, rich color. Fabric is good quality and the cut and fit are close to perfect. I am between sizes , but usually wear a size 8. I wore the size ten because it fit better through the waist and torso. This made the skirt a little fuller than I would like, but it was just fine. I was comfortable and wore simple jewelry and shoes. Turned out to be a chilly day, so a pashmina looked great with the dress. The dress looks very plain in the photos, but it is beautiful on - many compliments.

This wasn't the original dress I had ordered, but due to some issues, RTR sent this one as a replacement. It ended up working out great. The shape is very flattering and the color is nice. I received a ton of compliments. The only down side is that it is a little plain. You definitely have to add some statement jewelry. Also, it has pockets!!

Loved the color of this dress. The fit was still a bit tight, even in the 10, especially around my stomach. I wish the 12 had been available but I was at the Chicago location and they only have so many sizes. I adored having pockets and the material was very high-quality. I got tons of compliments.

tight in the waist, so i felt like i had to 'suck it in' most of the time. fit great up top, though if i had been much bigger in the bust, it would have been too tight across the chest.

Really like the color. The length was good for work but note it has a slight sheen to it so if that's something you save for events, this wouldn't be a good work dress for you. I would say this fit a little tighter than normal but not enough to make it unwearable or necessarily go up a size.

Not my favorite dress. The color was much darker than I imagined and it was lacking in detail and looked rather plain. Came off much darker for an early June wedding than I was hoping. It was also very plain from the front, and would have worked better with a fun chunky necklace or something. Overall a well made, flattering dress, just not what I pictured when I ordered.

Rented this for my husband's work event. This was not my favorite RTR dress. There is absolutely no give in the fabric and it was tight in the waist while sitting for dinner. If I went up a size I think it would have been too big under the arms. The color is very pretty and the pockets are handy. Wouldn't rent this one again, though.

But please make sure and get a size up as your backup! The middle around your rib cage is very form fitting and can be an issue if you try and go too small. If I could do it again, I would wear a 6. But as a whole this dress was a success!

I have issues finding a great fit in clothing, because I small, high waist and a DD bust. That being said, this dress was SO COMFORTABLE and fit really well on me! I rented for a wedding and didn't have to worry about adjusting anything all night. I rented a 0 and a 2 and both fit, but the 2 was much more comfortable. I know if I wore the 0 it would have become too tight across the chest while dancing. The material and color were beautiful and formal enough for a wedding, while still being fun and a nice pop of color. I tend to wear black so this beautiful deep, somewhat shimmery green was a great departure! I wish this dress was still available through RTR because I wanted to rent it again for another wedding! Chic, fun, classy and comfy.

This dress was stunning. The fabric is so rich and such a gorgeous color. The structure of the dress was very flattering. I wore it to a fairly formal Christmas dinner and felt perfect.

This dress is a bit formal for work, but I wore it anyway. The color is gorgeous in person, and the fit is very comfortable. I'd say it's true to size with room to move -- definitely didn't feel tight at all. I'm 5'6" and the length was perfect - hit just above the knee.

I loved this dress. First - it was really comfortable and bonus feature - POCKETS! Second - The color is really pretty and a nice change from wearing black to a formal-ish affair. I wore it to a day wedding. My stylist suggested I pair the dress with the Slate and Willow Pink Cascading Stone Necklace and it really dressed up the dress. I received a lot of compliments on the dress and necklace. Very happy with my rental.

This dress was the best fitting one I have ever rented and the color is just gorgeous. I'm 5'0" and it hit just above the knees. Loved that you can wear a regular bra with it. I wear a 32 D and the top was definitely snug but comfortable. It's pretty snug in the waist too with very little give, probably best for hourglass body types.

Great dress! As other reviewers have noted, this dress has little to no stretch in the bust area so I ended up wearing the 10 instead of the 8 (I'm 36DD; 5'6"; hourglass/athletic). The dress looks great in photos, and I paired it with a big statement necklace to dress it up even more. I had this dress shipped to the Georgetown DC RTR store for pick-up, which was really convenient and a very smooth process!

I wore this dress to a fundraiser party for my job so I wanted to look festive but still respectable. I loved this dress...from the pockets, the subtle shine of the fabric, the gold zipper down the back. Loved it. It was very comfortable. A bit tight around the ribcage and I am not busty at all so I think if you have a large bust, this might not be the dress for you. Overall, great dress for me. Wish I had another reason to rent it!

The fit was perfect but the waist on 4 was tight so I had to use the 6.
