Wore this a few times - dinner, work reception and to do a presentation. It does have some crystals but they're subtle and only in a small portion of the spike pieces - so while not automatically 'dressy,' it is definitely a bold piece. In terms of pairing, I preferred how it looked resting over fabric on a higher necked top versus bare skin. Also looked good with v neck blouse where it framed the neckline like a decorated collar.

I love this collar. It is well built, attractive and unusual. It fits my personal interest in art and being a bit different than everyone else. I have had a variety of reactions to it, all of which I have enjoyed. Some appreciated it immediately for its artistic qualities (when I was at an opening of an art exhibit), others remarked how beautiful it was (at a fine restaurant), some asked if it was broken. (this made me laugh in delight at the response). I don't really expect people to like everything I wear. I want them to think about it. So, that is exactly the reason I like this. It gets different responses from people, that reveal to me how they think about things. It is a great conversation piece. Don't wear it for something really active, it might fall off.

It was a great necklace to spruce up a simple black dress. I had to adjust it every once -in-a-while when dancing but nothing too tedious.

Wow, this was super cool. The open look was edgy without being gaudy. It was sent as a Mystery Bling piece I would have never chosen it on my own but was very impressed and glad I got it.

This is subtle but still noticeable, and made an admittedly boring work outfit look special. Tons of compliments! The look is different, but the delicate nature of the "fringe" makes it totally wearable. Very lightweight. Only complaint is due to the hinge in the back it likes to slide down your neck and can end up with the ends sitting rather wide. I like it best higher up my neck, but it could be hard to keep that way if you are moving around a lot.

I got soooo many compliments. It's very pretty. The unique design pops even though the piece is simplistic. Not heavy. Easy to take on and off. Radiates off the neck. You need to rent this necklace

It was so pretty on, I had to adjust a bit based on my movements for the night and how it laid with the outfit I chose but no big deal!

This was my "mystery bling" for a dress rental; unfortunately my dress choice was changed at the last minute, and so this necklace didn't match the dress I ended up wearing. However, it is a beautiful piece of jewellery, really light and delicate! I was very sad I didn't get to wear it.

I got so many compliments! Dainty enough, and very unique without being " too much "!

This was a second pick after the earrings I originally wanted were damaged and could not be sent to me. I would never have spent the money to rent a necklace, but this one is so unique and comfortable I would again! I got a ton of compliments on it. Added just enough 'edge' to my outfit. I would probably order it again for a plunging neckline dress or outfit.

It's a very pretty piece but it moves around a lot. You need to wear this if you're standing or sitting and not much else. Dancing? FORGET ABOUT IT!

This is a beautiful necklace, but if you do not have a slimmer neck it will not stay in place. I ended up not wearing it to my event.
