This dress is a great summer dress for a date, party or wedding.

I rented this dress for my bridal shower and could not be happier with my choice! I received nothing but compliments. There's no stretch, so broader shoulders may struggle. My one complaint, which I hadn't realized until half way through the party, is that there's a zipper on the bottom of the dress, which kept unzipping on its own.

Nice dress. Ran really small to size. Would recommend sizing up as a back up to ensure fit and a good time. The dress does not stretch at all. As the dress is Mini to Mid-thigh I would recommend all shapes.

The 6 was too tight so I got an 8. Beautiful dress otherwise

As other reviews mentioned, it was a bit tight under the armpit area. I am 5'7", 160lbs and could have gone with the 8 to be more fitted, but ultimately chose the 10 to have room to breathe. The color is so pretty and I got so many compliments all night. I would absolutely rent this dress again.

Ended up wearing a different dress to the wedding even though I liked this one - couldn't raise my arms above my head so wouldn't be good for dancing. It was also a little more body-con-y than I was going for

I took the larger size.. I usually wear and 8 -10 . I'm curvy.. But the 10 i couldn't zip up. I thought maybe I gained weight, but my other dresses i own still fit. It's tight but elegant and makes you look great.. perfect length for short women.. I did notice on the 12 the lining was flipping up around the neck a little. Other than that, it was fine. the other thing I noticed about this dress is the way your stomach looks in photos.. I don't have a protruding middile but i guess it's so light colotred and tight any shadows below the belly will accentuate your stomach.. I can see that online in the other photos.. i still didn't mind. the dress is so pretty and i got a lot of compliments.

It was a gorgeous dress! It was tight and I couldn't really put my arms up and down easily so I opted to wear this to the rehearsal dinner instead of the wedding. I would have been more comfortable in the size 2 if it was available.

The dress was so perfect and appropriate for this occasion, everyone was so obsessed with the dress, they couldn't tell I was on IV fluids 12 hours prior! Worn with nude pointed toe pumps.

I rented this for my 15 year old and she looked stunning! It was classy and very appropriate...she got compliments all night! The lace has absolutely no give to it so I would recommend going a size up!

Got tons of compliments!!! No issues with fit for me and opted to NOT wear spanx type underwear and felt comfy. Reviews did say tightness around arms, was a little in the armpit like the seam was too low but danced all night without problem. Would recommend and rent again!!

I am 5'10" and the length was perfect. Slightly snug across the shoulders but otherwise perfect.

Wore for a Christmas party. The color was a perfect light blue/lavender and so comfortable. The fabric is delicate and like new. I'm 5'6" and the length was long enough to feel comfortable for an entire night. I can't imagine someone with a larger chest being true to size in this dress.

Usually I am somewhere between a 2 and 4, but I know this designer runs small so I went for the 4 and thought it was perfect! It was loose enough to move freely but snug enough to show curves. At first I was worried about looking too matronly but the low back and the nude underlay help so much! Would love to rent this again.

My daughter wore this to homecoming. She got several compliments, and looked gorgeous (I know I'm biased). She normally wears an 8 or 10, and we ordered the 10. It was a tiny bit tight, but definitely loosened up once zipped. She looked beautiful...age appropriate without being trashy. The length was great, as well. She is 5'11", so we often struggle with mini dresses… But this was perfect.

I wore this dress for a semi-formal (first time I heard the term "Dressy Casual") outdoor wedding in Napa Valley. The wedding was unseasonably warm, so I was a bit hot until the sun started to drop. Fortunately I didn't have to wait long. It was a gorgeous dress and I was comfortable when the weather hit around mid 70s, until I started dancing. I also have broad shoulders, so the fit was a bit tight and I had to size up. This dress is pretty versatile and can be dressed up or dressed down. I wore strappy sandals so I didn't feel too dressy. It feels slighly heavy so I wouldn't suggest this dress for a summer outdoor wedding - it's much better suited for when the temperature is around 60-78 degrees F.

Beautiful fit and so luxurious I loved this dress so much! It was so perfect for a spring event in Florida. I'd totally wear again!

I loved this dress! Other reviewers were right when they said it doesn't stretch, but it was still comfortable overall. You may need to size up for it to fit the arms and don't think you'll be able to reach overhead comfortably. I got plenty of compliments so it was definitely worth it!

This dress is beautiful and made me feel great. I am usually in between a 0-2 and the 2 fit perfectly. The 0 was a little tight in the shoulders, so if you are in between sizes, I would recommend going for the larger one.

Beautiful dress. The size 4 fit but was a bit snug in the shoulders - I felt more comfortable in the 6. The lace was lovely and the dress felt like it was of great quality.

I wore this dress for Easter Sunday at church and absolutely loved it!! This is actually my 3rd time to rent this same style/designer only in different colors. I adored this lilac color because it had a beige underlay unlike the other colors in this same style. The lace is very intricate which I loved. For some reason this dress seemed to be a little bit longer which I actually liked since I wore it to church. I wore the 2(I'm 5'3, 115lbs). Don't hesitate to rent this! You won't regret it!

I loved this dress! I wore it to a wedding and I felt absolutely beautiful. The color is lovely and the little scalloping on the collar of the dress adds a subtle touch. I would definitely size up for your backup - I run as a 4 pretty consistently, and the 4 fit perfectly without a bra, but had I needed to wear a bra, I would definitely have needed the 6. I would definitely recommend this dress!

I feel that the dress ran a bit large, but didn't have a back up, so I had to wear the one I rented. Loved the lace. It was perfect.

This fit me really well for the most part, but the top around the shoulders/arms was mildly restrictive.

I wore this to my friends wedding, it was absolutely gorgeous and fit like a glove. I received a lot of compliments and overall very happy I chose this dress. I was worried it would be too tight but the size 8 fit so perfectly. The dress has a zipper running down the entire back with zips at the top and bottom -- which really made it easy to run to the ladies room. You just have to zip up the bottom zipper, which is wayyyy better than undoing the entire dress. So that was a really cool feature :) The slip underneath was really nice too, I wore black spanx underneath my dress and you could not see the black at all. You literally can't go wrong wearing a Diane Von Furstanberg dress! Highly recommend!

I wore this to a wedding in October on a farm. You can't see them in the picture, but I wore booties since everything was outdoors in the grass. I got SO many compliments on the dress. It was comfortable and beautiful. My only watch out is similar to what others have noted -- it's a bit tight at the top of the sleeves near the armpits. If you're going to do a lot of hugging, be ready to always be the low arms in the hug because you aren't lifting them up much higher than your shoulders :) Other than that, great! Would rent again.

The color of this dress is absolutely phenomenal! I wore this dress to a wedding and received compliments on it all night! It was very comfortable to dance in as well. It was a very tight dress and HAD to wear Spanx under it ( first time I've ever had to do that). Others should definitely size up if they have a bit of curve to their body, particularly in the bust area. Overall it was a wonderful dress.

This dress fit well. Although it was lace it was stretchy and had a lovely nude slip that was also stretchy and comfortable. I turned heads while feeling very pretty and very elegant. The zipper was metal and took two people to work. It zipped down instead of up and would get the inner slip caught in it. All in all a GREAT summer dress for formal or casual events.

Lots of compliments would definitely rent it again. This was my first RTR experience and I am hooked!
