The fit was stunning. I felt very confident and beautiful in this dress. It was a bit short for church so I used my scarf to cover my legs while seated. but otherwise I thought the length was perfect for my short 5'2 frame.

It fit like a glove, it was incredibly comfortable and really wish I could keep for future events.

Loved this dress, but it runs really small. I ordered the 4 and had to wear the back up size and it was still a bit tighter then I like.

Out of four dresses I rented, three fit great with the suggested RTR sizing. This one was way off. It actually fit my daughter, who is a size 6. But even then, it was so short that you could never bend forward without providing a peep show. I love the material and the look of the dress, just not on me.

Lovely dress for a fundraising gala. Stretchy and flattering with the lace, but does run small, so be sure to size up. The length is a little short, but looks great with nude heels and helps elongate petite legs.

This dress was sooo glamorous and flattering, a totally showstopper. Surprisingly comfortable too! Definitely size up. I'm usually a 2/4 but even the 4 was pretty snug. If I rented again I'd prob go for the 6!

I've never received more compliments on a dress in my life. This was so flattering on my legs and arms and allowed me to be comfortable even in early spring/winter. It is definitely short, so only rent this if you're comfortable showing off your legs! I would definitely rent this again.

I absolutely loved this dress. The dress definitely runs small. The 4 was too tight and short but the 6 fit great. It was so comfortable to wear and bonus is that you can wear a normal bra with it! Great length without being too short. I wish I could have kept it!

True to size, fabric and lace are high quality, great to dance in. I could wear a regular bra. Only downside is navy was so dark it photographs black. Would order again!

I love this dress and look forward to renting it again, maybe in another color next time. I ordered a size 4 & 6. The 6 was a little big especially in the back and the 4 was a little snug on my hips but it fit way better than the 6. So I ended up renting the 4. The dress has double zippers. I was worried if it would unzip from the bottom while walking or sitting and it didn't. It was like it only had one zip. It does become short (like any other dress) when you sit but it depends on what your comfortable with. I received plenty of compliments throughout the night. Definitely a great dress to rent.

Ordered the 10 and 12. Wore the 12 for the length- it's VERY short- otherwise could've worn the 10 or 12. Great dress, would rent again.

This dress was by far one of my favorite rentals and I wish I could have kept it! The dress ran true to size, fit well, lace wasn't itchy at all, and the color was beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

This fits great! Its a little short when sitting down (and I am very short) so I cannot imagine it would be appropriate for anyone tall. However, I felt comfortable dancing in it. The lace at the neckline was a little bit itchy but manageable. The zipper is cool in that in completely unzips from either direction!

This dress has some elastic give, which was exactly why I got it over a few other very pretty lace options I looked at. I wanted to be able to dance and not be uncomfortable knowing I was going to wear it from 1 pm- 11 pm, eating and dancing. Pros: elastic give; straight cut that was flattering; beautiful lace detail across the neckline, sleeve and bottom edge, with solid, lacy body; V-detail in the back; can wear regular bra (yay!!); good length. Any shorter would be an issue. Cons: Ran small in my book. I am consistently a size 0 in RTR (and have even worn a 0P) and other brands; I wear a size 25 jeans typically and am 107 lbs. So I ordered a 0 and 2 for the back up. The 0 was laughably tight. The 2 was a skin tight option and a hair short--perfect if it was a bachelorette party or if I was in Vegas. I called RTR and they sent the size 4 complimentary plus shipping to my hotel I was at, and it was PERFECT. Fit like a dream and was there when I arrived, having flown across the country. Would defs recommend, just verify size you want.

This dress is amazing. The color is absolutely gorgeous, and it fit like a glove. I'm typically a 2 or 4 in dresses like this, but only the 4 was available so that's what I ordered. Luckily, it fit perfectly. Super comfortable too. I felt great in this dress all night and got lots of compliments. Worn this time to my boyfriend's company holiday party, but would be great for many types of events or weddings. Classy yet sexy. Would definitely rent again. Another RTR win!

I wore this dress for a wedding anniversary in late December. I could have easily fit the 10, but felt too self conscious about extra curves and bulges. The layer under the lace in the body was warm and soft, buy not too stretchy. Overall, I loved how classy the dress looked.

I'm glad I chose this as my backup because this dress is GORGEOUS. I received so many compliments at my work holiday party!

I loved this dress. It was comfortable and easy to dance in. My only complaint is that the length was shorter than I would have liked (self-conscious about my thighs). I felt confident and pretty in it, which rarely happens anymore as a mom of 3 with a flabby tummy, deflated boobs, and inches of baby weight that’s never coming off. My husband’s response when he saw me in it: “Wow! How can I buy that for you?!”

This is a beautiful dress, that photographs well. I felt it fit true to size. However, it is a tad on the short side. I'm typically a 4, and this one fit me great but for this event I did't want it to be too short so I went with the 6. It is very form fitting so it still fit very well. It feels shorter on than it really is, maybe because from where the hems stops but then the lace come down another inch or so. It was very comfortable to be in all evening. I still didn't want to take it off by the end of the night nor send it back!

I had so many compliments on this dress. Yes, it was a little on the shorter side but still very classy and very flattering. The smaller size fit me perfect, it was comfortable and great for an outdoor Fall wedding in South Carolina!

It fit my daughter perfectly but alittle short if you have long legs. She usually wears a 0 or 2. Usually we need the bigger size due to length. We had a little issue with a tear that we missed when we original got it but she was still able to wear it. Next time we will check the item more thoroughly when they arrive. RTR was fabulous correcting the issue. We will definitely rent again.

This dress was absolutely darling! First of all, I want to give RTR a shout-out. They allowed me to pick a second back-up last minute. The original dress I wanted wasn't available, and at the time I didn't put too much thought into the back-up I first picked, thinking I wouldn't need it (whoops!). The original back-up dress was much too formal for a country-style wedding. So I did some quick browsing, and found this gem! I was a little self-conscious at first, as it isn't very forgiving in the tummy area. I did wear spanx in the beginning, but those did not last long, haha, I felt way too restricted. The dress is just so beautiful that you quickly learn to let go of the itty bitty flaws of yo-self, because you'll feel like a queen in this dress. I received many compliments. Being so short (5' 0"), it was really nice to have a dress that was actually kinda short on me (for once in my life). Not like "I'm goin' clubbin'" short, but just short enough to be sexy, hitting about mid-thigh. The lace detailing is beautiful. But I do agree with most of the other ladies on here... size up. I'm usually a size 4, but I went with a 6, and it seriously fit like a glove. The sleeves weren't too tight, and it zipped right up effortlessly. However, had I gone with a 4, it probably would have been a struggle to get in it, or I would have been uncomfortable all night. Again, this dress was wonderful, so far my favorite one from RTR, it was hard to give her back. You won't be disappointed in this one.

Order a size up!!! I ordered a four(4) because all of the dresses in my closet that fit are a 4. I was very glad to have the six(6) as a back up because that is the one I wore. The size 6 felt better and the zipper on the back laid flat. It runs small and the fabric doesn't have any give to it at all. It was a beautiful dress, perfect for the evening wedding we attended, and I received many, MANY compliments on it!

The fit was great! I was worried it might be too short, but it was actually perfect; hitting below my fingers (arms extended downward) by 2". For reference, I am small busted with curvy hips!

Tight fit

The perfect dress - fits perfectly, the long sleeves and dark lace are elegant, and the length is super sexy. I particularly love the lace neckline. I'd wear this dress to any and every wedding or formal event.

The dress hugs but I felt it comfortable. I wore the size 2 and not the 4 because the 2 'popped" and brought out many compliments!

Like the rest of the reviews said, the dress definitely runs small so size up one or two sizes depending on how form fitting you want the dress to be. That being said, I'm not sure I've ever gotten so many compliments on a dress in my life! It was super comfortable all night long and was not at all a problem to dance all night in! I'm really tempted to buy this dress!

I usually wear a 4-6 in dresses but this would have probably been most comfortable in an 8. I am curvy in the hips/rear so it seemed pretty tight at first. It seemed to loosen up a bit after a few mins of wearing it though. The length was great, I'm about 5'3 and it hit just a few inches above the knees. This dress was simple and classy. The lace was not itchy at all and the material under the lace was thick enough to keep everything concealed and smooth looking ;)

I usually wear a size M/6, but the 6 was too short and tight for a wedding. The 8 fit perfectly. The material was soft and stretchy so I was comfortable all night. Great quality!
