This is a pretty top that unfortunately ran super small (I rented a 4 and probably need an 8). I am tall 5'10 and have a 34D chest. If you are petite all around, it may fit true to size but not on broad shoulders and big boobs.

The v-neck is lower cut than it looks because the blouse is a snug, flat-chested fit and there is no possibility for corrective overlap.
