Buttons were a little loose in the bust. I had to be careful that the buttons did not come loose through out the day.

This dress was such a delightful surprise! I ordered 2 sizes up as I usually do with DVF, but this one was actually true to size... and was rather large on me... however, with a small belt cinched at the waist, the silhouette was absolutely dreamy! I wore this everywhere for a few weeks, from berry picking on a farm in 90+ degree heat, to work, to running errands around town. Everywhere I went I felt comfortable (breathable, lightweight silk FTW) and #vintagefancy. Can't wait to rent again. P.S. I can't emphasize enough how much a slim belt will do for this dress, esp if you have an hourglass figure.

I'm pretty sure a dude at work saw my entire belly button. The buttons on this popped open quite a bit, and I really should have worn a slip. That being said, this dress is AMAZING. Probably not everyone's style, but it flows great, flatters the tummy tire, light enough for hot summer days, and looks good with or without belt. I loved the blousing effect in the back you get even without a belt. The sleeves are tight, but it didn't bother me too much and I have pretty big (but entirely gooey) guns.

Fits well very traditional style floral midi dress popular in the 90s. Fabric is nice and flows. Has a good cut to snug in at the waist then flares out. I liked it would rent again.

This is a very comfy dress and gives me 50s vibes. I did have to secure a few openings with fashion tape and the neckline because it’s just that open and flowy—but a great dress.

This was a very pretty everyday dress, perfect for spring or summer as the material is very thin. The entire front has buttons, however, creating gaps between the buttons making it not ideal for work

This dress was lovely - I sized up and belted it for a more polished look. The top felt like it gaped between the buttons so I layered a cami underneath to be safe - otherwise would have given it 5 stars for effortless elegance.

I'm usually between a size 2 and 4 and this size 2 fit perfectly in the arms and was loose elsewhere but that is the style of the dress. It is not form fitting. It's a casual, conservative dress. It's a beautiful fabric and I really enjoyed wearing it. But don't expect any compliments - it's not that flattering and the print is nothing special.

Cute dress, would rent again. Def need a belt and some cute shoes to dress it up. Fit was true to size. I wore a slip from another dress underneath which def helped with it being a button down dress.

Nice flowy fabric. I'm a true size 4 and the size 4 was a little loose in the body. The arms have a band around the bottom that was tight but not uncomfortable. The cut was just right for work.

This ran surprisingly large for a DVF. I looked downright dowdy!

This is truly a tragically 90s dress. Every part of it was deeply unflattering. But it's perfect if you're looking fir a costume to play Elaine from Seinfeld.

Wore this to work with a thin braided black belt. I don't recall any compliments, but I felt polished and it was very comfortable. The fabric is light, and the buttons open a bit at the bottom to show a bit of leg in a conservative way. Would probably keep this if the price was right.

I wanted to love this dress, but found the buttons around the bust to not stay shut or be in the right positioning. I’m in my 2nd trimester and that may have something to do with it, but otherwise it was really beautiful and light for spring

I ordered this dress as a multipurpose outfit for outings and office. It was comfortable and easy to wear, however the top few buttons kept coming undone (and I only wear a B cup). The gap between buttons would also at times widen to show my skin underneath, so it required adjustments every now and then. Because of the button issues I decided not to wear it to my work in case there was a mishap.

It was flowy and I liked wearing it. I did not receive any compliments but I liked it anyways.

I usually wear a 12 or 14 in DVF, 10-12 in most designers, and this was very large on me, all over. Size down in this.

The cut was great. However the fabric was not really my thing (too geometric) and the cinched arms super constricting/unflattering on my body type. Didn't wear out of my house.

Really love pretty much every dress from DVF this one was a definite winner. The lent was just right I wore heels and the material is lightweight but also a little flowy. It was as perfect for the office but could definitely be cute for an event.

The dress was a hit! So many compliments at work and happy hour. Comfy in ac and in the hot weather outside. Only needed 1 safety pin to secure between the top two buttons. Would rent again and buy (if the price went down lol).

This looks great with or without a belt. Have worn it to work 3 or 4 times already.

Wore this to my business casual office and made it a little more professional (and defined) with a black belt. LOVED it - although my mom told me it looked like it was from the 70s and my boss told me it was from the 40s. I think they were both compliments. ;) One word of warning - it isn't lined, and I dealt with crazy static cling all day because of the weight of the silk.

Being cooler weather I dressed this down with sneakers and a jacket. Super beautiful fabric and flowy. I would wear this more in the summer. Being 5'2-5'3, it's more of a maxi dress, but I thought it worked well

It is long (midi) with a loose fit. It is very light and flowy and maybe chilly for winter months without tights and/or jacket.

Fun pattern flow and feel. It was loose on me, but liked the look. I had to wear a tank to avoid inappropriate cleavage. the buttons pulled a Little just from the weight of the dress.
