This dress was big on top for me, perfect in the hips. Classic pear shape issue. I would have worn it anyway but the fabric is kind of flimsy. Not true, lustrous black.

Light fabric, many compliments. Was told I must buy it. Great for work and after work too.

I took advice on here and went a size up - totally perfect! Love the simple yet cute details and it has pockets!

I really liked this one and will definitely be renting again. It's very sleek and professional for work - and soft and comfortable, too! I ordered up one size and it fit well but may have been on the slightly shorter side so for anyone tall I would recommend going up two sizes.

I didn't want to give up on this dress, so this is my third time ordering it. Cute black dress with pink stitching. When ordering my original size, and a size bigger, the dress was too short and tight in odd places. I would order 2 sizes up.

Nice cut and fabric stretches/gives. Pink stitching is a nice touch. A tad short on the hemline but otherwise a good bet for work to dress up or down . I also threw an animal print jacket over it and that jazzed it up.

Not kidding when they say "short." Definitely recommend ordering two sizes up if you're tall. Very cute with a fun sleeve underneath. I paired with this Gabby top also from RTR. Lots of compliments.

I loved this dress and got tons of compliments. The only negative was the stitching. It was really itchy after about 2 hours and I couldn't wait to get home and take it off. Otherwise, it's a cute and comfy work dress.

I am a 4 or 6, rented 8 and it was short and high in the waist. Would be perfect if the whole dress dropped an inch or two. Otherwise fun dress!

I'm 5'8" and usually wear DVF 8-10. I ordered the 10 because of the reviews saying it ran short. It's not just short I can't wear this to work, it's a mini skirt on me. I live in Florida and it's 80° here so leggings or tights are not an option.

This dress fit perfectly and was very cute and flattering. However, I found the fabric itchy and it honestly drove me crazy after only 5 minutes wear. Maybe as an option to go to an indoor, air conditioned event... but no way I could handle this dress for more than 2 hours.

I got this dress to wear to an auction but that auction was cancelled due to the pandemic. I really wanted a chance to wear this dress as it was super fun. I will definitely rent when things get back to normal.

Worn with a long sleeve shirt underneath, the six fit great. Had I not done that, the size dour would have been better. I tried on both at the store and really loved the fit of the four, but I knew it would be more comfortable wearing the six based on my plan for the long sleeve shirt.

On the model, this dress looks like a shift dress. It's definitely more fitted. I'm typically a 2/4 and I got a 4 and it fit snugly. Looked fine but I might have sized up to a 6 if that had been an option. Depends on how you want it to fit. Love the pink piping.

Work this cute dress to work and, based on the review of another renter, wore a blouse with statement sleeves underneath! The pink blouse with flowy arms matched the pink stitching in the dress and jazzed up the overall look. Dress is very comfortable - nice weight to the fabric with a nice stretch, but not too hot or restricting. I'm short and the dress hit slightly above my knees so I wore with flats. I ordered a size up but could have gone 2 sizes up with no issue. It was snug across the chest and a bigger size may have helped with the chest. On the model, it accentuates the waist, but for me, it looked a bit boxier, like a shift dress rather than a sheath dress style.

I normally wear a size 4P and have a short torso. This dress fit perfectly in all areas. On top of that, the fabric is very forgiving with a good amount of stretch. Pockets are +! The stitching is pink/red color so I coordinated with a pair of color blocked red/pink slides and it was perfect. Great for a work event but also not too boring b/c of the stitching so could have gone out afterwards in it.

This is a great dress - TTS. It's loose, but not boxy. I am 5'4 and the length was just appropriate for work. If you are taller this may be too short. The pink detail is subtle, yet gives it the perfect look. I don't think photos do this justice because I didn't 'heart' it online, but tried it on in the store and went home with it. I am between a 0/2 and a 2 fit perfectly.

I received several compliments. The stitching is pink, which wasn't obvious to me in photos. I could have sized down and it still would have fit. It's shorter than the photos would suggest (I'm 5'6 and it was at least a couple of inches above the knee.). Super forgiving fabric - slightly stretchy. Flattering cut, with no spanks required! :)

Fit perfectly and the stitching is flattering. It's lightweight so I wore it to the office with knee-high boots on a warmer day and leggings + jacket on a cooler one. Would definitely rent it again!

LOVED this dress for a conference. It was perfect for summertime as it is pretty light but good quality material. I would definitely buy it, but I have to wear pants to work every day.

I loved, loved, loved this dress, even if it was a touch on the short side for someone 40+. The stitch detailing (in bubble-gum pink) was awesome and highlighted my waist. I would have considered buying it if it weren't for the DVF price tag!

This was a great work dress. I saw this in person at the RTR store and was one the fence. Luckily I was able to try it on and it fit perfectly and looked cute! I would not have picked this if it weren't for the in person experience. Definitely give it a try!
