This is an incredible dress. It reminds me of something Katniss would have worn - it has a phoenix pattern and flashes red when you twirl. This dress couldn't have fit better if it were tailor-made for me. It was perfectly true to size through the bust and waist (the skirt is A-line, so there would be extra room there if needed). The fabric is silk, and feels smooth and luxurious. I want to keep this one!

This dress is a 10! It's memorable, classic and high quality. I wear wear between a 4 and 6. I have zero hips and waist and this made it look like I did. This is a dress I would own. I love DVF.

This dress is just perfect if you want something fun & different. I wore it to Hamilton & on a different day to a jazz bar. My husband couldn't get over how perfect it was for the bar, but wouldn't be something you could wear too often. I told him that's why renting is so awesome! It does wrinkle easily & they are hard to get out.

I rented this dress for a conference. It was gorgeous. I received many compliments. It runs very true to size. I tried it with spanx, but preferred it without. It is very flattering and the skirt is SO fun!

This was a great fit, I am long waisted and it was perfect. The fabric is gorgeous and the panels are individual pieces sewn together, so impressive. You will want to twirl the entire time you wear it!

I wore this dress at least four times while I had it at home and almost bought it except it wasn't in perfect condition. The silk laid beautifully the fabric and patterns were lovely. since I have hips i usually can't wear pleats but this great drop waist made it possible very flattering

I rented this dress for work and loved it so much that I kept it for a few weeks- it also worked for a family birthday dinner and an anniversary dinner. It's a gorgeous fabric and the skirt is fun! If it wasn't such a unique pattern I would purchase it- I can't justify the cost though! Will definitely rent again! 10/10 recommend

I rented this for a rehearsal dinner and loved the fit! Gorgeous knife pleats and it really flows. It does run slightly long. I'm 5 6 and it did a little longer than I usually wear but I think this look would like weird short. Fits true to size otherwise.

This dress is absolutely gorgeous. It is very romantic and classy. I wore this to work the red carpet for a movie premiere and it was perfect. It is silk, so there is no stretch, but this dress is true to size. If you're debating getting this, just get it because the pleated bottom will give you the twirl boost to feel fancy.

I loved this dress!! I wore it to a full day of meetings and it was so comfortable and elegant. I loved the fabric and the pop of the red on the bottom. I would consider buying this although it is definitely bright and memorable so I wouldn't wear it to work again.

The fit and length are perfect for work (conservative but flirty swing), and I must compliment the designer on sizing the arm holes just right - often they are gaping and show some bra. But obviously it's the unique pattern of phoenixes with the interspersing red pleats that catch your eye. Definitely recommend, and I'll rent it again.

There are Macaws on this dress! Thin and very comfortable. I live in Hawaii, so the material was great for 80 degree weather. No stretch, but was a perfect fit. I don't like my dresses tight, so I could pinch a little extra material around my ribs and stomach.

This dress is lovely. I wore it to work and paired it with a cropped jacket but it would work well for a range of nicer but still casual events. It's silk so there's no give to the fabric so I sized up because I didn't want a super tight fit for work. The pleating is very feminine and adds just the right amount of flair but still appropriate for work. I loved everything about this dress and it's gonna be a struggle not to purchase it. I would say to pass on this dress if you're shorter than 5'7"; this dress needs height. If you have hips this dress also doesn't flatter; I had to add some shapewear to make it lay right. Regardless this is a whimsical lovely dress worth a whirl!

Wore this to my wedding rehearsal dinner. I kept my fingers crossed for a month hoping that it would be available, and thankfully it was. The dress was very delicate and effortless. The only drawback is that the pleats were wrinkled, but the skirt is so flowy that you'll never notice.

I rented this dress because I needed something to make the transition from daytime (business professional office) to night time (friend's birthday at a nice restaurant). This gorgeous DVF was perfect - my boyfriend could not stop raving about it :) I was worried at first bc of reading other reviews on the fit, but it turned out to be great on my small frame. I'm 5'1" so the length was more ankle than midi (see photo), but the waist hit me at the right spot and the pleats were gorgeous. The fabric is lightweight and perfect for a nice fall day. Those with larger chests may want to size up - the 0 fit my A-cup chest well.

This dress was fun to rent and wear once. Very pretty but not flattering to my shape. It is very slim fitting from the hips and up so size up if you are chesty or hold weight in your midsection.

This dress is really cute and memorable. That said, my arm tights, slip (to prevent static), and statement belt were all key components to the final look. I loved the dress and will wear again before returning.

I brought this on vacation with us to Israel, and it was really gorgeous! My only concern is that it wrinkles easily, which you can see from the photo (minus one star). The skirt is fabulous, and it was so perfect for swing dancing. For reference, my measurements are 34-25-37 and this fit really well.

I am usually not a fan of pleats but this was cute because of the bright red detail.

Wore this to work and got several compliments. It's still winter weather here in NYC and I'll not that the fabric is thin and light so definitely a better summer dress, but with tights and a cardigan it was fine.

Great dress, wore to work and then date night/Happy Hour. My only complaint was that the fabric seemed very thin. Was expecting higher quality

The dress in unique but somehow just looked okay in person. The red and black pleats don't look as sophisticated unfortunately. The material is nice though!

This dress is a stunning design but the silk is not good. It's very tight in the chest and probably best for smaller chests and thin builds. It is not lined and is a little sheer. It gets static cling and wrinkles fast. I'm so glad I did not buy this.

So the pop of red in the folds and the pattern are gorgeous. The cons. It fit on bottom but was very baggy on the top, so much so that I had to wear a cami for the 3 inch slices of armpit showing. Rather than accentuate the waist, it flops over it like a flapper dress but even less flattering. The material is thin and you can feel the seams.

The pattern and colors are great and the pleated skirt is fun. The fit is not very flattering -- the drop waist panel has some stitching that makes it not lay flat giving a bumpy/bulky look to my midsection. Not a great look!

The pattern is beautiful and the material is a beautiful draped silk. I was crossing my fingers that I would love it but after looking in the mirror I knew it wasn't for me. I have a smaller waist and hips and it was terribly unflattering. The placement of the pleating will accentuate the good and true pleats will flare out creating a strange and unflattering shape. I really didn't want to post this unflattering picture but thought I should to show what the dress looks like if you have hips!
