Although this dress is a little baggy, it works. I love the pattern, fabric and style. Great for work, everyday or a weekend brunch. So many compliments!

Pattern combo was fun to style with effortless headscarf and pointed Mary Jane flats.

The blocked pattern was a fun twist on the normal shirt dress. Very breathable and good quality fabric. Only con is that it wrinkles easily. Not form fitting, but true to size. If between sizes, I'd recommend sizing down.

typically iffy about shirt dresses but this was great as I got tons of compliments! great fit for size 16. minor gapping at the chest but small adjustments through the day were painless, maybe tape would be an all day solve! great length and can be worn under a leather jacket for cooler weather

I rented this for wine tasting in Michigan, and it was perfect! It's a really fun dress, and I got a lot of compliments on it. I will say that the slits felt a little high for work (I'm a high school teacher), so it didn't do double-duty in that way, but this was a distinctive and interesting piece to rent. It was also great quality.

Another awesome DVF dress! Very flattering and comfortable for a lot of occasions. Runs true to size for DVF. Here I paired it with a belt bag around the waist. Love the fun print and longer sleeves.

I freaking love this dress. It's the perfect mix of preppy and artsy. It runs really large. I wear a medium usually, ordered a small and it was still a little big. You definitely need to tie it and roll the sleeves. But it's SO cute and it has pockets!!! It does wrinkle easily. I bought it. It's my favorite dress of all time.

Like previous reviews, this does run large. However, I made it work and I loved it. The print was different and fun. The dress itself was comfy and easy to wear all during the work day. As a teacher, it was a great dress to wear. I was disappointed that the belt was not included. I had to wear some sort of belt so it wouldn't be so tent like. Without a belt it's not so cute. I did roll up the sleeves too but they were just massive on me. I'm 5'3 so it definitely was a tent on me but styling it correctly and making some tweaks, made it a great dress to wear.

After renting this on two separate occasions, I finally bought it. The dulling patterns are fantastic, and the baggy fit is actually quite flattering. In love with this dress!

The perfect dress for everyday or work! The patterns were very unique and made the dress pop! I felt it ran a bit big- so I recommend if you are in between sizes to size down. The fabric was lightweight which made the dress comfortable to wear all day long and easy to move in. I loved the length of both the sleeves and the dress itself; I am 5'3" and it hit my mid-calf. The bust fit normally and the waist was flattering with the use of the tie. Would definitely rent this again!

This is one of the best pieces I have rented from RTR. I am going to buy this because I am always looking for unique, classy pieces to add to my wardrobe. I got so many compliments the first day I wore it. This is a definite winner! It looks really good with the floral belt and I preferred to button it up all the way but it would look cute either way. I preferred my sleeves rolled up, but as you can see with the other photos, it looks amazing either way! Love LOVE LOVE!!!

It's an oversized fit, so the belt is a must. Goes well with any pair of shoes. Wore it with mules, and I will wear it again with tennis. Thinking of purchasing it...

I loved this dress from the moment I saw it online and it did not disappoint. I received tons of compliments on it. The fit is large but the belt showed off my figure and the slits at the bottom made it seem breezy. The fabric didn't wrinkle as much as I expected, but I did take an iron to it before wearing. I loved the variety in of patterns and deep pockets! This was a great way to mix up my wardrobe while keeping it casual.

I was saving this dress for some warmer weather, and it was the perfect way to usher in Spring! This shirt dress runs large, but the belt is a great style element - I ordered my usual size and didn't feel like I was swimming in it once I styled it properly. The belt is two sided, so you have the option of playing up either pattern. Overall, I would pin this as a more casual dress - super comfortable, and could work just as well with sneakers or mules. Could also see this being a hit in a tropical vacation setting!

I got so many compliments on this dress. The dress was shipped with out the belt but I still wore it anyway. It looked great for the office. DVF runs big usually so I decided on an extra small when I typically wear a 4.

Received a lot of compliments wearing this. I always love anything DVF. My only thought is that you really do need to iron it before you wear it. Not sure what happened in transit but there was no way I could wear this without ironing at myself.

PROS: I loved the colors and pattern mix on this dress. It really stands out. The fabric was also very cool and comfortable. CONS: But size down on this one. It is very puffy and if your size is too big it will bunch out around your butt. I loved the way the front looked, but it was very unflattering on my back side. However, I would rent again. I would just size down. BTW...I'm a 10/12 in dresses.

Yes, this dress is weird. But it's also extremely comfortable, unique, and just Man Repelling enough that all the women in your office will be complimenting you all day long. The sleeves are very long so I recommend rolling them up for a more flattering look.
