Runs big so I tied the belt tighter than the model picture. Overall awesome dress!

I rented this dress for a coed baby shower, more like a day party and it was perfect for the occasion. It was low 60's for weather and not raining. I wore it with black closed toe booties, but long over the knee boots would have been cute too. I rented a size 6 and a 10 for my back up because the 8 wasnt available. The 6 was perfect, but even that was slightly on the larger side. Well, maybe not larger but looser. I knew it was a loose shift dress, but the belt doesnt tighten as much as i would have wanted. It was fine though and i got a lot of compliments.

Beautiful, high quality dress that's flattering and just plain pretty. I wore it for an art opening event but plan to wear it again dressed down for work with boots and leggings. I imagine this silhouette would be attractive on many body types because of the drawstring waist that can be adjusted.

Short? Yes. Bright and soft and stunning and I want to live in this forever.

Fun dress but short. I'm 5'9" but I would not have worn it without leggings. Plus it's really flowy and could easily fly up. But easy to wear, comfortable, and flattering!

This dress got me several compliments and I felt really comfortable in it. It's on the short side and I'm 5'3 - the hem didnt go past mid thigh. The flowiness gives it swingy movement. The cinch around the waist allowes you to accentuate your midsection to your liking.

Beautifully cut and very flattering. I paired with boots tights and bold black earrings - loads of compliments and ridiculously comfortable and flattering. My baby son kept on untying the bow as I had it tied tighter but super classy. Wish I could buy it.

Cool print with awesome statement sleeves- really liked this one and got lots of compliments. Im too tall to wear it as a dress, so i wore with leather leggings. Nice tunic length for the tall ladies!

Wore this to a Mother's Day brunch. Endless compliments. It is brighter than I usually go for, but would definitely rent it again. Draped bodice and tie-up waist is extremely forgiving.

Loved this dress and considered buying it. Its easy to dress upnor down--I wore it wii black tights and booties for work, then with sandals for weekend stuff. As others have said, you have to cinch the waist, but shoulders and length fit well.

I loved this dress.. I normally NEVER wear red but this dress stands out! I wore with a jean jacket black tights and over the knee black boots! Compliments all day long! Will rent again!

The dress runs quite large and it took me a while to figure I could clinch it enough with the belt because the fabric is thin enough. With that, it is a very nice fit. Color is very bright, and skirt is definitely short, but because of the long sleeves and tight neck, it still feels elegant. I received lots of compliments as the pattern definitely attracts attention; it's also fun to wear. Fabric is pleasant to wear.

Beautiful red silk and a cute, flattering cut. Short but not super short and looked great with tights in winter. Considered buying this one. It's a great dress.

Pretty dress - runs large so size down

The waist cincher belt had to really be pulled tight to create a waist but it was a really cute dress I wore with black tights and booties for a holiday party.

Wore this multiple times over a couple weeks and got tons of compliments each day. Very blousy and could have definitely gone down a size, but sometimes very hard to tell with DVF and since this was clearly supposed to be flowy I think it was fine either way. Not super long skirt and prone to be a bit staticky (too short for any of the slips I own to go under, but might be worth considering). Very lightweight and barely wrinkled even with long drives or sitting down for most of the day.

The dress is as beautiful as it looks online. As you can see in the photo, the dress is not meant to not be tight. I am a short 0, so I am really glad someone else my size mentioned cinching the waist much tighter otherwise I would not have ordered it and missed this fabulous dress - she put a picture so you could see it does not ruin the look.

8 was too loose for me -- I'm 6/8. It was also on the short side.

This dress looks great in photos, but the color is a stunning in person. The silk is lovely, and the fit is flattering. One small caution is that the bell sleeves can get in the way of regular everyday tasks- I wore this for a party and offered to help with the food preparation. I had to be really mindful of the sleeves the whole time, and even moreso helping with dishes afterward. Even so, would definitely recommend this dress! Will rent again.

I received more compliments on this dress than any other I have rented. Old men, little girls, my entire staff! Everyone loved this dress. It's light and airy with beautiful movement. I am a 2 in DVF and this fit just as I hoped it would. It hit right at the mid thigh and was ample throughout. The drawstring waist kept it from being too billowing and provided the right amount of shape. I am definitely going to purchase this one!

A little short but really great colors.

I ordered bigger. I'm a new mom so was unsure of my size. My chest is rather large. This dress made me feel beautiful and sexy without feeling body conscious at all. The dress was loose, I just cinched the waist to my liking. Received many compliments and was COMFORTABLE. I loved the pockets! Only thing I will note is that the back wasn't open like it is in the main pic.

Great dress for a charity event but runs big.

The matieral is great. The print is so much fun. The cinch waist allows you to make the dress versatile. Can be short, would put leggings underneath.

The colors are very vibrant and the fabric is lovely. The dress has an intentionally very loose fit. There is a drawstring, but it seemed more fashion than function. I did not find the slit in the back to go as far down as shown on the model. If you are curvy, I recommend ordering your regular size and sizing down for backup. Narrow ladies should size down.

I wore this to a job interview with black booties, tights and a cardigan. I got the job! It is highly suceptible to static cling, however.

Most DVF runs small for me, but this dress was enormous so I couldn't wear it as I was swimming in it. Could have sized down two sizes for this one...

The color was too much, and not flattering to my skin tone. The cut was lovely.

The neckline on this dress is a bit high and I didn't find the fit to be particularly flattering on me. The belt hit me at an odd place on my waist. I think someone taller would look better in this.
