The color of this dress is so beautiful. I got a 6 because I have a large bust but I could have have done a 4. I would definitely recommend bra tape. I felt beautiful and thin in this dress and my fiancé actually proposed!

I wore this to 4 holiday parties and received compliments at each one. I felt like a present wrapped in a bow. I highly recommend this dress, not only is it warm and comfortable but it's stunning. The red is gorgeous.

This dress is work Christmas party perfection! I usually wear a boring black or red sheath dress, but this DVF red lace definitely made me feel festive. I am a 32C and needed fashion tape. Crucial! After taping myself in, the dress felt fantastic. I am usually a size 2 but the DVF 4 was perfect (sometimes I am a size 6 in DVF wrap jersey dresses). For reference, 5'6" and 130. I recommend this dress!

You have to be careful with wrapping so the ribbon lays nicely. The fabric is stunning and I felt fantastic!

I used double sided tape which worked perfectly! I felt fabulous all night!

I rented this dress for a fall wedding in ME. It ended up being unseasonably warm to start, but the dress was comfortable throughout the evening from the warmer temps til after the sunset and cooler temps came. I LOVED THIS DRESS! It was definitely outside my usual comfort zone for bold color and low cut neckline - I received many compliments and my husband loved it! I did pin one side of the dress to reassure dancing wouldn't lead to any embarrassing moments. I rented the 2 and 4 - I wore the 4 to give myself the extra comfort of eating and drinking throughout the night. I am also slightly busty and the 2 felt a bit revealing / tight.

I loved this dress! It was perfect for my 1 year anniversary date. It was a bit low cut, but I was able to wear a regular bra.

Dress fits very well! I really liked the weight of the dress, I never felt that it would blow in the wind exposing anything. The length of the sleeves was perfect and the hem fell just above my knee. I'm glad I read the other reviews as it made me get fashion tape, and this dress really needs it to ensure the correct amount of cleavage is shown and not more. I placed the tape on the cups of my bra and it worked like a charm! I would love to wear this dress again.

This was the perfect dress! It would be flattering on lots of body types and has a weighted lining so it doesn't feel too flimsy and hides "imperfections". I didn't have to wear any special undergarments and I didn't need to use fashion tape, as some other people said in the comments. Truly, I was very sad to send it back. I highly recommend it.

This dress was so comfortable! I almost always wear a 6 in dresses, and this fit perfectly. I have a large bust so I had to wrap the dress fairly tightly so I wasn't showing too much of my chest. The color got a lot of attention!

This dress was a huge success, I got compliments all night. It definitely showcased my ladies which is fine, I wanted to show a little cleavage. If you want a more modest dress this is not for you, it was also short (on me), I am 5'9" with 32GG bust for reference. I don't want to return it, I am a little heart broken that I have to. :-(

Loved this dress for a Breakfast with Santa event at the country club. It was so beautiful and made me feel like a sexy mama!

Pros - The material was soft and so comfortable. It was thick enough that it hid any skin bulges (no need for Spanx!). The sleeves were comfortable - not too tight at all and I could raise my arms without a problem. The dress was a tiny bit racy because of the deep V, but conservative otherwise and in a gorgeous color and fabric - perfect for wanting to feel sexy but still be appropriately dressed for a wedding or semi-formal event. Cons - since this is a true wrap dress, you do have to be careful if the wind blows too hard. Or you could wear a slip. The material is heavy enough, though, that I had no problems with it. I did also have to use fashion tape so I wouldn't show off my bra. I don't really see that as a big con, though - it was easy enough to do. Sizing - The dress fit true to size. It's a wrap dress, so it's very flattering and you can fudge on the sizing a little. I may have even been able to wear a 2. The length was perfect - it hit just above my knee. I am a 32A and the top was definitely too big/baggy. I wore my NuBra underneath my regular bra and that worked perfect in filling it out and giving me some cleavage.

I don't know that I've ever worn a dress that got so many compliments. It is so tastefully sexy and beautifully understated. My husband and I went to a swanky event in DC and the dress shone against a sea of black clothes. I must have had at least 10 women tell me how beautiful the dress was and several men, too. The dress is a vibrant cherry red in person, and the fit is body skimming and extremely flattering (as you'd expect from Diane Von Furstenburg), especially for pear shapes like mine. The dress is lined in comfy jersey and the lace has a bit of give to it. I did use fashion tape on the bust to keep the top from moving around during the event, but I wore a regular bra and didn't need any spanx or special undergarments. I paired it with drop pearl earrings and nude heels and felt like a million bucks. Don't hesitate to rent if you want to get some attention!

Every woman can turn to Diane von Furstenberg for a classic wrap dress and this style is no exception! The lace material adds new dimension to this classic and the color is not to be missed. I love this! This can be worn with regular undergarments. Pair with a some nude heels and fun accessories for a great look.

Fits true. Flattering with beautiful drape to fabric. The lining under lace is very soft and has stretch. Decent weight to the fabric which helps cover and bulges or rolls! Beautiful dress, lots of compliments. Would be flattering to many body types.

Very low and very short. It was much more revealing than the model photo suggests. Having said that I felt really hot in it, would rent again.

The lace and color are gorgeous. The fit was a little off for me though. The keys to my success: the right bra and continually adjusting the dress in the beginning. I tried on diferent bras until one magically disappeared under the dress, and there was no more gaping. I also shifted and moved different parts of te dress until it was positioned perfectly. It stayed put after that. The torso portion didn't hit quite in the right place for me, so the ribbon wouldn't lay flat. I think the 8 would have helped but it wasn't available, so I may give it another shot.

Rented this for Christmas photos....but, it wasn't appropriate. Between the lace and the extra low neckline, there was something very lingerie-ish about the dress. There was waaay too much cleavage for any work or family event. It might have worked for a date, but other that I can't imagine wearing it outside.

I wore this to my friends rehearsal dinner and it definitely stood out in a great way. It was very comfortable but did require a safety pin to make the neckline less plunging. I'm between a 14 and 16 so the wrap was a little less than other women wearing the dress but worked.

I wore this to a holiday party, for which it was perfect. It is very comfortable, and the lace is not at all scratchy. The color is beautiful. There are always some issues with wrap dresses staying in place across the bust, so I used a little bit of fashion tape and that worked well. This dress does run small. I usually wear a 4, bit I felt the 6 had more fabric to overlap and looked better.

Sexy flattering comfortable little red dress. I have a feeling this dress would look great on anyone. It's a wrap dress so once you get that figured out it's great. The material is thick enough to provide good coverage. It's a gorgeous deep red color, with pop. The lace is beautiful. It's a good length even on long legs. The only critique is how deep the V is since it is a wrap. Don't bend over or you'll flash the world. Super fun, felt like a xmas present!

The color and fabric makes it stand out, I got compliments all night long. The dress is very comfortable, the lining is soft and warm (maybe too warm for dancing, but I was super comfortable at a dinner). The wrap style wasn't fussy, it all stayed in place without constant adjustments. There is little give in the fabric, so get a size up in case.

Very comfortable dress. I'm 5'7 and usually a 12. This 14 fit like a maybe slightly small 12. It's a true wrap and was a little shorter on me than on the model but I wasn't worried about gaping or flapping open.

A bold and bright color!

It's sexy but tasteful, and very flattering. The color is a gorgeous shade of red. The sash could have used ironing but I steamed it a bit before wearing. Kind of a lost cause though. Lots of compliments, wore to a play after work and it transitioned well. I changed into Chuck Taylors at one point and I think it still looked cute.

Very comfortable, just the right dress for a special evening out in the winter months.

This dress was beautiful on - I am normally a size 2 in DVF, but I'm happy that I went with the 4 because the V-neck is very low; the 4 gave me a little more fabric to use to tie over and cover up the neckline, so that I didn't have to use any tape! Beautiful dress for date night - a little low cut for work but would probably work with a camisole underneath!

Soft and comfy fabric. Fits nicely and looks great. I totally recommend this dress to sort and curvy women. I was able to use a baby-pin to cover the cleavage area.

The fit was perfect. Like everyone else the neckline was a little low, nothing a safety pin could not handle. The lining is thick so it did hide bumps and bulges so regular undergarments were fine. The only thing I had to do was steam the bottom when it arrived in the mail. Absolutely loved and wish I could own this one. No pockets.
