I realize the sparkly, oversized cardigan isn't for everyone, but I loved it so much I kept it. It is heavy and warm; looks great with skinny jeans, ankle boots, and a t-shirt; makes me feel like an 80 year old man but fancy--basically my trifecta. If you want a simple cardigan, this isn't for you. It's really substantial, and definitely runs big. If you are petite, it will probably swallow you. But if you like oversized things and surprising contrasts, meet your new best friend.

Wore this all day sat and a bit dressier later that eve. Adored!! Someone commented that you Can't wear a coat with it. I wore it without in about 45 degree weather and was fine outside and inside. A must rent !

My style is "tomboy chic" and I live for anything masculine with a fem twist. This is it. This is perfect. Warmer than my usual pea coat, mad comfortable and Sparkly to boot. I'm very narrow on top and wider on bottom so it balances me out in a natural way.

This is a super warm, super large, wonderfully sparkly Grandpa sweater. I wish I could have bought it. NOT fitted, not shapely, perfectly spectacular.

Definitely runs large and is very warm, as most ladies have mentioned. I used it as a coat on top of a flannel shirt, added gloves and scarf and was good to go in about 40 degree weather, walking around outside for a few hours. Loved everything about it. Lots of compliments.

For a trip to Seattle I wanted something warm and a bit eccentric and this fit the bill. I wore a XS yet I am usually a small or medium and fit was perfect. If you are 5'4" or under, between 130-150 lbs, I think the XS will be perfect for you. If you are both short and less than 130 I think this will just drown you out. I can't imagine how much bigger the small would be!! It is very warm and heavy- you can and should wear sparkles anytime, not just for going out. It was a fun piece to wear with excellent quality and detail.

The sweater was stunning, but it just didn't fit right. It was super bulky too, which meant it was hard to wear a winter coat over it. Would not rent again.

The color and sparkle are so cute but IT'S SO THICK! It weighs 4 pounds! I have a bigger upper body, and I did not need to add all that bulk to my top half. When I took it off, it was like I took a whole person off my body. I do love the grandpa styling. I would pair this with platform booties and leggings - only if you have petite shoulders. If you have broad shoulders, you will look like Gronk. In pads.

I was hesitant to rent a sweater with sequins but it turned out great! I'm 6 months pregnant and I could easily button the two buttons over my belly. The sweater was very warm, made with high quality, thick material and was a lovely shade of dark navy. Wore it with denim for a Friendsgiving. Would recommend!

If you're looking for a fitted cardigan, then this is not for you. It is supposed to be oversized. Also, the fact that it's a grandpa sweater with sparkles is so unexpected, but also what makes it great. It is pretty heavy and more like a coat than a sweater, so I wore it in lieu of a coat during temperature in the 50s in NYC. You may be able to get away with wearing it in the high 40s, too, if there's no wind.

I ordered a size down (M instead of L) based on other reviews. This sweater was amazing. It's a sparkly grandpa sweater. Wore it a few times - 1st with an Iron Maiden T, black skinny jeans and block heeled black boots to go to a concert - got complemented on the entire outfit from the bartender there. Then I wore it with a graphic tee and same black jeans and boots to work (I work in a pretty relaxed office). Construction is lovely, it is def heavy, it is warm. Used as my coat a few days where it was chilly but not like 32 degrees freezing. Great sweater.

I loved this sweater -- it's meant to be oversized, but if you want a better fit go down a size. It's high quality and HEAVY. Now, heavy would be a great thing if I was living in Chicago and it was snowing outside, but I live in Houston, and I don't think there's ever a time I'd be able to wear it without sweating. Make sure you wear on a cold day!

This was warmer than most coats. Super thick. Runs a bit large. But in more of a one size fits all way. The sequins are pretty but not overpowering. Versatile. I wore it to work over a dress and to the airport with leggings and uggs.

I rented this for an exhibit opening at a small art gallery in DC. Per reviews, I chose to size down from my usual small and I'm glad I did! It is oversized by nature but was perfect in an XS, fitting my shoulders well and covering my bottom. I wore it with slim ponte pants and booties, as pictured on the model. This is a very well made, substantial piece! It is fully lined so it maintains it's structure and it is very WARM. It could be used as a light jacket on a cool day. I received compliments galore and would highly recommend this piece to add a little fun to your rotation this winter and spring!

Wore it with Virginia Cutout dress - James and Madison. Worked perfectly. I am 5'10'm and wear 4 inch heels and proportions worked great. I could see it overpowering otherwise.

I didn't notice that this jacket is covered in sequins when I ordered it, which made it a bit flashier than I expected. Overall it's very warm and comfortable and definitely runs big. Order down a size or two.

I ordered this coat to wear generally during the holidays. I live in a cold climate in the mountains. It is very pretty and very high quality. It runs large. I typically wear somewhere between a medium and a large. I got the large and it is a bit too big.

This was a great sweater! Disclaimer: It is not for the weak! If you suffer for fashion (sequins), than this sweater is great. If you can't handle a little itchy or have sensitive skin, this could be too itchy/uncomfortable. You also must size down! I usually wear a S/M in cardigan-style sweaters, the XS was still big, but in a good way! Super heavy, warm, and sparkly! The menswear style paired with the sequins is a perfect mix! Paired with a white button-down, ankle pants, and loafer gives the outfit a great feminine and fun touch! It is more of a statement piece than a cozy sweater to relax in. Although big, heavy and warm, the sequins can take away from the comfort. I would definitely rent again! I'd give it 5 stars, but the sizing and itchiness (although it didn't really bother me) warranted a lost star.

I love the sequin, it does not snag on the material. Feels like a hug as it is warm and a little on the heavy side due to the fabric. the lining inside is satin i believe. Very luxurious even with the laid back look

This sweater is neat, but I was drowning in it, so I couldn't wear it. It's already a little odd, so being so big, it just looked ridiculous. I'm a solid medium in tops, and I'm not a small girl, so if you think you're a medium, size down once or probably twice. I'm going to try again with the XS. The medium is more like a size 12-14.

I like oversized, but this was very bulky and heavy on top of being oversized. I was not tall enough to pull it off. It is very, very warm, and probably only really good as outerwear.

This is very sequin-y. I had a hard time finding the right usecase to wear this in March because it wasn't warm enough to be a jacket but it was too warm to wear under a jacket.

massively huge. didn't wear it. bottom of garment a little bit stretched out from wear. probably best for stylish larger size gals who are tall.

This sweater is hugely oversized. Order one size down. I thought this was super cute but too big. It also smelled of perfume. First time that has happed with one of my rentals.
