The small is a true size 2 or size 25 waist. If you are a 4-6 I recommend sizing up because there is no stretch. I am also 5’2 and it was very short. I wouldn’t wear without tights underneath.

Thought this skirt was so fun and on trend. Love a bubble hem. There is no stretch in the waistband though and it is quite short, so just be mindful

Definitely size up in this! I ordered a small at first and it had to hit me super high waisted. The medium fit perfect in length and hit my waist at a mid rise which I prefer.

Super versatile, it's probably one of the items I've worn the most. I would've bought it but even after the sale I found it expensive. Note for my tall girlies: don't bend. It's a bit short on the butt, but if you don't bend down or sit somewhere where you're exposed, it's not a problem.

Super short, but super fun! Double layer thick material so it didn’t blow up with wind. I love this skirt. If this style was going to suck around I would have purchased it, but bubble hem seems to come and go. While it’s here rent it for a great GNO outfit!

There's no stretch in the waistband, it was a bit of a struggle to zip. Best to go up 1 size.

I'm only 5'0" and really loved the length on this skirt!! **warning, it IS really short** but the balloon structure really complements the look. I thought it was a little too tight around the waist. Nonethelest, so cute! I almost bought this, but I couldn't convince myself - might just rent again!
