I loved this dress so much! It was perfect for a work cocktail party. It was extremely comfortable and had a good amount of stretch in the fabric. I wore stick on bra cups due to the back being low. I also used fabric tape to keep the sleeves in just the right place on my shoulders for a night of dancing. We had dinner and then danced for a few hours. I never once felt uncomfortable in this dress!

I kept feeling like the shoulders were falling down all night, but they stayed put. This dress fit perfectly, hugging in all the right places. The length was perfect for my short 5’3” height. Great stretch and comfort to the material, which made climbing stairs and sitting very easy. Would definitely rent again.

I loved the fit of the dress when looking straight-on in the mirror, but unfortunately, it showcased my stomach too much. It's possible that it could look better with shapewear and some creative bow-tying, but I ultimately wouldn't be comfortable so decided not to wear.

Fit perfectly, true to size. Doesn't need a bra or stick ons. Forgiving and flattering in the stomach with the tied belt. Comfortable stretch in the thighs.

This dress can cover a lot of events- just change the accessories. The fabric falls nicely on the body, it has a little give for ease of movement and I received a ton of compliments. I have a hard time finding dresses, I have a rowers body- broad shoulders and narrow hips and this dress was perfect!

I really liked the heavier weight of the fabric and the lining. Made this fit well. The details were simple but enough to add a bit of feminine feel. The cut of the chest and back were right to feel flattering but not overexposed. I'm super curvy on the bottom and it worked well top and bottom.

Great quality dress, nice fabric. The back was my favorite part but hard to figure out the tie wrap thing. It was my backup choice and I really loved my first pick so I didn't wear it but will keep it in mind for another event. It's a little low cut (not too much) and the back is beautiful. Normally an 8 and the Medium fit perfectly.

I didn't end up wearing this for two reasons. 1. It fit but it was a little snugger than I would have liked for this particular occasion. (It was really tight around my backside) 2. I didn't have the right bra to pull this off. You will need to use cups for this one since regular bras come up too high across your back for the low cut back this dress has. If you are considering renting it, you definitely should. It simple yet, the back of the dress is what makes it so stunning.

A little snug, and the neckline needed regular adjusting. Also, the low back made finding the right bra a challenge. Overall, it was a nice silhouette, and I received many compliments.

Just a little too blah

It was tight in all the wrong places for me.

The dress has a lot to offer. It’s too tight in the stomach/hips, which I could live with by wearing tights or SPANX. But the bust is unfathomably small. The seam that should be below the bust is at nipple height. This is absurd for a size L (no offense to the small chested size L ladies). The back is really nice because it shows off back cleavage, without going lower than a bra strap. But I cannot wear this because of the chest issue.

Returned and didn't wear

Truly not a great LBD. You can find better. The cross wrap piece is too high on the chest and overall fit is off. Skip this.

I have a large chest and could not get the dress zipped. RTR was able to get me a replacement of something else before my event, so everything still worked out.

I loved the cut and fit of this dress. The one limitation was the off-the-shoulder sleeves. They made it so that I wasn't able to fully lift my arms over my head while out on the dance floor.

Wore this for a wedding I was an attendant in- the bride wanted simple black dress and it was perfect!!! Great fabric, great length, great fit- very comfortable! First formal event 8 weeks postpartum and was wonderful to have a great dress!

The dress didn't fit right. I think it's better for a person with a long torso.

As others have said, there is a weird line across the breasts that makes no sense- I imagine if i were smaller chested, or if it were less fitted on the bottom maybe it would have hung differently, but no matter how I pulled it, there is a seam going right across each breast. Bizarre. Never worn.
