This dress has a little stretch to give room for sitting, eating, etc. I wore a strapless bra and it worked perfectly! I highly recommend for a winter gala or formal affair. I got a ton on complements in a room full of beautiful gowns!

I was so happy this dress was available for my work holiday party. It was a little snug around my upper arms/shoulder area but I had a friend help adjust it and it fit perfectly. I rented a Large. It was a little short so I had to keep pulling it down while walking but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me. Beautiful dress, true to size, and definitely worth it.

The sleeves are a bit tight but otherwise true to size. Was pretty short and I’m only 5’5” so if you’re on the taller side, this dress isn’t for you. Very comfortable.

The back up size was not available so I felt a little nervous about the xs with some of the reviews, but I felt it ran very true to size. This was for my husband's work Christmas party, and I received a ton of compliments from the much younger, trendy crowd. I didn't need to wear a bra, and I felt that even though the dress is fitted, it was comfortable. I felt the need to tug it down a little bit, but not so much that it made me uncomfortable. Rent it! You'll love it.

This dress runs really small- I wear size small 95% of the time, and a medium fit tightly. I love the V back if this dress...it's lined so the sequins aren't scratchy or uncomfortable at all. Very festive for the holidays.

I ordered the S and XS as a backup. I ended up going with the XS even though it was a bit short (both in length and the sleeves). The fit was better overall and how the pattern fell while wearing the XS was more flattering. The material was thick, form-fitting, and highly flattering - perfect for an unusually cool night and comfortable to dance in. This dress is definitely more dark berry pink then red in color.

I wore the size small but had the medium for backup. I usually wear size 4-6 in dresses. I loved the back of this dress!!! I didn't need to wear a bra (small chested anyway), but the quality of the material made it so I didn't even have to worry! I had so many compliments and would rent it again in a heartbeat. I did also wear spanx shorts underneath, but had to keep hiking them up so they didn't show underneath.

Love the dress! I hope the two different pics help, at least for me the two sizes fit very different. I think they both fit me, but i was going for the sexier version for Valentines Day so I wore the small. They were both comfortable, the small clearly much shorter but also more form fitting which I preferred. I chose to wear a strapless bra for more support, but didnt have to, although in the medium size it was looser in the chest, so wasnt flattering without a bra. I am 34b/c about 130 and 5'4". It is slightly low in the back so the bra strap had to be pulled down a little lower than normal. It did not scratch me at all, but did ride up when I sat down. I am a big fan of this designer as you always stand out in the dresses. Fiance's favorite dress out of about 50 now and he wants me to rent it again for his birthday!

I rented this dress for my dad's surprise 70th birthday party and it was a HIT! I was a bit skeptical because im 5'6.5 but love wearing high heels and thought it was going to be short, but it was the right lenght! Based on the previews reviews I thought it was going to be riding up while I danced all night but that wasn't the case. I wore size medium and it hugged my body perfectly! I recommend this dress 100%.

Wore this for my boyfriends post-holiday work party & felt magical! The theme was casino and the dress code was a bit mixed but it was definitely a conversation piece. If the S was available I may have gotten that instead of the XS only for the length -- but to be fair RTR has this exact dress in a longer length too that wasn't available for my dates. I can see why this dress is so popular! Curve loving, back showing, yet very forgiving. The sequins were so well done I didn’t have to worry about itchy pokes the whole night. I also didnt even bother to wear a bra. This dress was a 10/10. Easy, classy, fun!

This dress was amazing!!! Was worried that the M would be too tight and the L was sold out. The M worked out perfectly! It has alot of stretch and is pretty forgiving. Was also worried about my fat rolls under my bra area but the back of this dress is perfect to hide them. The lining is pretty thick so it doesnt ride up. Im 5'6" and it hits mid thigh. Its very shimmery and eye catching under any light. This dress with truly make you the hit at the party!!!! Im considering buying it in black.

I lovvvvved this dress. I wore it to celebrate my 30th bday in Vegas and felt so sexy in it. Chose to wear it on a cool night where we were hitting up lounges more than club so I was never overheated. I easily could have gone bra-less with it as it is very fitted and will hold the girls in, but I happen to own a special strapless/backless bra that went perfectly with the dress. My only minor complaint was that the neckline is high and occasionally itchy due to sequins. But I would buy this dress in a heartbeat.

This dress definitely ran small as I typically wear a large (or sometimes a medium) in this style of dress. I didn't even try the large on after holding it up. Thankfully the XL fit just fine although the sleeves were slightly short on me. I did like that the inside was lined well and the sequins were not scratchy at all.

I have an athletic build so I ordered the medium and the large as my backup size. The medium fit very snug but was too short. The material is stretchy so it was going to be riding up all night. The large fit like a glove! The material is thick enough and tight enough to go braless. I got compliments all night long!

It was just stretchy enough to dance in but structured enough to fit really well. Arms were a little tight at the biceps but that’s typical for me. Great quality and process was so easy.

Rented this dress for a roaring 20s gala and it was perfect! I rented a small and a medium, and ended up going with the small, although I didn't notice too much of a difference between the sizes. The weight of the dress was perfect and the sequins weren't itchy at all.

True to size. I’m 5’0, athletic build, and it fit nicely. At only 5’0, it wasn’t too short but may be on the short-side for someone taller.

I wore this for a Broadway opening night and it was seriously perfect. The open back was just enough that I was still able to wear a normal bra under it, but I do recommend wearing a backless bra or something because I was constantly worried about my strap showing. Other than that, the dress is flattering and flawless. I am 5'0, 38C, 145 lbs and I wore the large. I could have worn the medium, but I didn't want to be self conscious so opted for the bigger size. Stop reading this and get it!!
