Stunning dress for a spring wedding in Chicago. It was a little snug but was able to not wear a bra from compression. I would size up if you're in between.

Stunning dress, especially for the holidays! As someone who's self-conscious about their "belly pooch," I was surprised by & in love with the way this fit. It was figure-hugging yet it skimmed over all the right places. The length and fabric gave it a vintage feel. The back is also gorgeous with a low cowl, though you can't wear a standard bra with it. Overall, would highly recommend renting this!

I wore this for a fall wedding in northern Michigan and it was perfect! It’s definitely a “just right” fit, but fit my athletic build wonderfully (I am typically a size 12 in dresses, and the XL was great). Not much stretch or give in the fabric, but not in an uncomfortable way. I received compliments all night, and may even consider buying it from RTR to keep in my closet for a future event!

Such a gorgeous cut on the back, form fitting, and the materials look luxurious. The small fit me just right and I’m a 4. Am only 5’0” and with standard ~3 inch heels it was a good length.

This dress was perfect for a black tie wedding at an art museum! The open back was amazing and got lots of compliments. It is not stretchy material so sitting was a little uncomfy at first but that is the only complaint.

I got so many compliments even from strangers on the street! The best part was you don't need a bra!

Fit was TTS, but there isn't a ton of give in the fabric and hips. I loved it.

Worked beautifully on my pear shape. The dress has a thick material, so gives a beautiful silhouette. The open back is beautiful, and like others have mentioned, a bra is not needed. I did not fill out the chest area as much as I would have liked (34/D) but it wasn’t loose either. The hips were tight but I did not have trouble sitting. I received many compliments!

This dress was a show stopper for an early December wedding. It fit like a glove, the floral colors were vibrant and in a velvet material, the open back was tasteful and not too much, and the length was perfect! I’m 5’3, 116lbs, petite in chest. I wore black suede 2 inch heels, pop of red lip and a gold diamond ball earrings. I could dance and sit, but this is not a stretchy material, so there was some limitation. Hugs the body in all the right places. Highly recommend.

It is very form fitting and snug around the rump so don't expect to be able to climb in to a high truck or courtesy shuttle! Length was perfect for a two inch heel. The back drape is absolutely gorgeous.

Wore to a black tie holiday-themed wedding and received many compliments! Might be better for someone with a shorter torso but was TTS for me and easy to move around in. The mermaid bottom and open back also really added to the dress.

this was the final choice for a black tie wedding. ended up stying with a red velvet belt from amazon. very comfortable and easy to wear all night!

Rented this for a formal gala. Gorgeous fabric, fit was great. Loved the open back. Length was good with a smallish heel. I’m around 106 lbs and there was def enough wiggle room in the XS but not too loose that it looked off.

I ordered a size up and am glad I did - it was comfortable, stylish, and the velvet feels super nice.

that didn’t require much jewelry as the dress itself was gorgeous. The dress photos very well highlighting the red and gold velvet Has a low back, so not likely to wear a bra with it unless you have one of those fancy skims ones that has the low back

This dress was so perfect for a BTO fall wedding. The details of the flowers were beautiful and the draping of the dress in the back was amazing. The side zipper was a bit challenging and it is a bit snug in the thighs if you’re trying to drop it low while dancing, but otherwise highly recommend!

So pretty and the back makes the dress! I’m usually a size 6 and the small was a tad too snug but the medium was too big, so I ended up wearing the small. The dress has very little give so if you’ll be doing a lot of sitting prob not the best one but I was mostly standing so it was okay. It’s gorgeous though!

Fit well but a bit tight in the thighs even though I do not have a lot of curves there haha. No stretch.

I am 5’7” 140 lbs and this medium size fit me perfectly! Tons of compliments! The back is the eye catcher. ☺️

I LOVED wearing this dress as the mother of the groom. I got SO many compliments on it, I think it was perfect for this Fall wedding in Colorado. The fit was perfect for me. One thing to be aware of is the zipper is a little difficult at the seam, but it zipped on just fine when it was time. Highly recommended, just beautiful!

This dress is so pretty and unique. I ended up need to size down to a 0, because the shoulders and waist were a little too loose. The back is so pretty and the pattern is so elegant. I was worried it was going to be too long, but the length was perfect with a 2 inch heel. Swapped for the xs and the fit was much better. So so pretty!

The most perfect dress for being a guest at a formal, black tie wedding. The brides grandmother even asked me if she could have it. I didn’t get any good pictures of the back, but it was such a key point of the dress. Would wear again 10/10

This was perfect for a formal military dinner I attended with my husband. I'm on the tall side, so I wished it was about 2 inches longer, but for average height folks it should be just right, and not too long for someone more petite to wear with taller heels. It was comfortable to sit in for the dinner, and not too restrictive.

Wore this dress to a black tie awards dinner and it was great for the winter! I ordered the small and medium and chose the medium because it fit well on my hips. However, the bust was a little bit too big. Other than that, material was great and absolutely loved the back. Was a hit!

The draping in the back is beautiful! I wore a necklace that draped on my back and the look came together exactly how I hoped.

I wanted a velvet dress for a winter gala I was attending that still had structure and this dress fit the bill. I wish I’d gotten a picture of the back because it deserves its own moment. The colors are gorgeous and catch the light beautifully and the drape in the back is perfect for hiding snacks. Just Kidding! There’s a slight mermaid cut that I don’t notice that makes moving in the dress really easy even though it’s very firm fitting and there is NO stretch to the fabric. The only negative is the seam running across the bodice was pretty tight on my ribs and made zipping the dress a bit stressful. Again, zero stretch/give to the dress but once it was zipped up it fit like a glove. There’s no way I could have zipped it up on my own though. So happy it worked out because it’s exactly what I wanted for the event. I would say this fits true to size. I had plenty of room in the bust, probably due to the open back. I’m about the same measurements in hips and waist so I had a little extra room in the hips so it might be a little snug on someone who is more pear shaped.

The red and green velvet florals were perfect for a December wedding! I got so many compliments and this dress was simply gorgeous.

Dress fit like a glove, perfect with low back shapewear. It was comfortable to wear all night for a company holiday gala. I got compliments on it all night. The length was perfect with some kitten heels just dusted the ground and the open back was beautiful. It was passed well enough where I didn’t need to wear a bra.

Beyond good. Hugs your body in all the right places, but you might now be able to sit there’s no stretch! The colors & fabric are so high quality and luxe, perfect for holiday events.

Loved this dress - I ordered the next size up to try it for an incoming wedding. I couldn't zip it all the way up because it was too tight on my hips.

I've been looking for a dress for my husbands 40th birthday party, and I think this is the one! It's been increasingly difficult to find something that isn't mostly polyester or polymer, but this is I think 100% viscose (poly liner). Like other reviews mentioned, not much stretch, but the small fit my frame well. 5'4, 135lb, 28G+ chest. I am able to sort of scoop my chest into place in this, but will probably wear boob tape for better support at the past. Def can't wear a bra with the open back, but from someone who can NEVER go braless, I think most people will feel supported and confident without bra in this dress.

Choose a size according to your hips/waist! Size up if between sizes, there is no stretch to this dress. It was so cute, especially the back and my waist but it just wasn't the dress I chose.
