This dress fit like a glove. The small fit but with a large check you probably have to go up a size. I did and the medium was perfect. It was comfortable and I received a ton of compliments. Real classy dress

this fits TIGHT! i'd recommend sizing up. that said -- she is a total beauty. wore her to a black tie wedding and got so many compliments and felt glam all night. breathable and dancy!

This is probably the perfect, most versatile dress. I wore it to a spring wedding but the dusty blue would work for all seasons, IMO. I'm glad I got the medium long as a back-up size. I'm 5'8" but I think it was my humps that made the dress shorter than I expected from other reviews. The MR didn't quite touch the floor when I was barefoot. The dress is gorgeous. It has a nice weight and cut so that you feel held in without feeling like you'll pop a seam or that there's no room for your dinner. Flattering and not hot when you're dancing your face off. If you don't have a big chest, have some cutlets ready otherwise the seams pucker right at the nipple and it looks weird. If you do, the girls are going to be front and center; I'd tape them to avoid a slip. Note, I have a wide back and almost couldn't get it zipped alone. The liner was a good color and not too light for my skin. If you have big booty, it might not fit in the liner, which doesn't stretch. Listen to everyone and wear wedges because the liner only goes to mid-thigh so you'd almost certainly step in a lace hole and die while dancing. So those are the caveats but I loved this dress! I think it would look good on a lot of different bodies and I'd highly recommend it. I'd rent it again.

Albeit, a bit low cut, this dress is beautiful and form fitting. The blue lace is gorgeous and the gold trim in the lace gives it that extra shine. I got compliments all night! I'm about 5'5" and wore 3 in heels. That was perfect enough to walk in/fabric barely grazed the floor. Would rent again. Heck, Id buy this dress!

I am 5'7 130 pounds and have a pretty slim build. I wear 34A cup, + definitely on the smaller size. I did not quite fill out the bust so I bought a silicone stick on bra (2 separate cups) which kind of helped. If you have small breasts, the bust area will definitely look a little awkward from the front (it kind of depends on how you stand haha). However, the length was great with short heels (I wore 3 inch). It was just the right tightness on my torso which was very flattering. Overall I loved the dress :)

This dress is absolutely amazing. I wore it to a black tie wedding in Nashville'e July heat and it was perfect. It's not too heavy and the under layer is short so it was cool to wear. There is fine gold detailing on the dress which shines in photos. I had people coming up to me all night asking about the dress. Would definitely wear again. It was a little on the long side (I'm 5'3" and wore 4.5" heels and it was still a good two inches too long) but other then that a perfect dress.

As far as looks go - this dress is wonderful. It has a subtle gold shimmer to the embroidery that is hard to see in pictures, but gives the dress extra dimension & is just gorgeous. I wish it was a bit more flowy at the bottom, as it did not have much movement to it. Also, I ended up wearing the XS due to the length (the small was a bit too long & the straps were a little loose). However the XS didnt provide the best chest coverage for me (I am a 32-34C) so I felt a bit self-conscious/fearful that I might accidentally be exposed... Overall would recommned though!

I wore this dress in ML size for a wedding at a farm/barn and it was really appropriate. I'm It was really hot but I didn't feel that the dress made me feel warmer at all. The ML size is extremely long, I'm 5'6 and I was wearing really high heels with platforms and it was still long. Overall, the dress fits beautiful and I got tones of compliments. I matched it with nude shoes and clutch, and gold accessories.

i wore this to my prom in 2017 and havent reviewed it till now, it was pretty. looking back i wouldve worn something else but it was comfy and held everything in really well (i had big boobies at the time) not really stretchy but soft?

Fits perfectly I don’t have the best shape my belly is not that flat but this dress fits soo nice that you don’t feel uncomfortable.

The upscale-bohemian look was perfect for my friend's vineyard wedding. The lace has beautiful gold details, and the fit is flattering on anyone. I'm usually a small and did have to size up to a medium, though. Dress the Population dresses can be tight in the bodice. In my case, the issue was that my literal rib cage wouldn't fit into the small, even with my B cup breasts. The medium, however, fit like a dream.

It fit extremely well, was slimming, I got many compliments, and it was comfortable to wear! :)

Would have worn the XS but the lining was a little too tight for dancing. Went with the S and it was perfect! I’m 5’7 and wore heels and the long was the right length. Would recommend this dress for sure!

Overall, I felt BEAUTIFUL in this gown. The small technically fit but at age 33 and the mom of two I choose comfort first, always, and wore medium, which fit well. A teensy bit loose in the top - the dress is ideal for someone with pretty equal proportions top and bottom. The fabric is a little thicker than I expected for lace, but still hung nicely. As others have said, there's a gold detailing in the fabric that doesn't show well in photos but was gorgeous in person.

This is another dress I bought on final sale after I rented it in size small a while ago and was super disappointed to see that it wouldn't zip. I am a true size 4 US or 8 UK in most brands, so a small usually works well, but not this one. Also definitely not for a large chest! Everything else is pretty about this dress. Color is not muted and there is gold thread running through the lace FYI.

As others have mentioned, the dress is very long. I'm 5'4 and wore 6 inch heels to keep the dress from dragging. I also had to wear chunkier heels because my thinner heels kept getting caught in the lace. It also had more of a real undertones. Otherwise, it was very elegant looking and fit true to size.

This dress was beautiful and ideal as a wedding outfit. I would wear it again and again however it definitely ran small and I had terrible issues with the zipper getting stuck, thankfully finally got it past the troublesome spot and it fit like a glove, definitely does run slightly small. Am usually a 0-2/XS, very thankful the back up size was included!!

This dress ended up being too tight for me to wear to my event. It fit if I didn't want to walk....The hips were just so tight. If you are curvy this isn't the dress for you. Maybe more for ladies with tall, thin, straighter lines! It was very pretty but way more see-through than I wanted also. Just not for me. The other dress I picked was amazing though.

Needed a dress for a summer wedding and saw this one months ago. I've never rented before so was hesitant to try it. Finally pulled the trigger and thought I wouldn't be out too much if it didn't work. This dress was AMAZING! The previous reviews helped me determine which size was best. I got the large long and the large regular and ended up in the long. It was about an inch longer than the regular length, but overall the long dress was just in better condition. Received compliments all night!

I've rented this dress several times over the past two years. I adore it. I think it's my favorite rental. The last time I rented it, I decide to just buy it. The zipper can be tricky, but it's worth it. It's also worth sizing down. I run between a XS/S in dresses and I didn't think the S looked nearly as good on me. I barely fit into the XS, but it looks much better. Also, this dress is LONG. I'm 5'7, wearing heels in these pics and this is the regular.

I rented both medium and large...wore the large because the medium was a bit too tight in the hips. Loved this dress!

Runs a bit small. Not stretchy at all. But the dress is beautiful with gold linking. Got many compliments! I'm 5'4 with 3.5 heels. The length was perfect. Didn't drag. Overall really great !

Gorgeous dress! Received many compliments on it. My only issue was I was torn between the regular and long length, after reading all the reviews I could from women my height 5'6" I opted for the regular length.. I even wore a shorter two inch heel and the dress still looked short. So for all the 5'6" ladies out there, rent the long unless you want to wear flats. It did fit like a glove and was comfortable to dance and move in, would definitely rent again.

I usually wear a size 6 and chose the LL size to wear. I could've squeezed into the ML but it wasn't as comfortable and the bottom was a little dirty/worn. I wore a strapless bra with the LL but couldn't have worn one with the ML. That said, this was probably my favorite dress I've ever rented. The lace and gold detail is gorgeous. The length was perfect at 5'11 with a 1-2in wedge heel. I would rent this again!

I loved this dress and received so many compliments throughout the night. It's the perfect dress for a summer wedding that's outside because although floor length the bottom half of the dress is sheer and keeps you cool. The dress is very comfortable for dancing the night away. The only trouble I had was finding a bra to wear. I ended up wearing an adhesive bra but the top of the bra sometimes poked out so I would readjust.

Overall, this is a wonderful dress! I teeter between a size 8 and 10, so the LR fit like a glove. The only difficulty with this dress was obviously the cleavage. Don’t bother purchasing boob tape because it didn’t work with this dress; I ended up having to pin it back some which helped a ton.

I wore the medium when I've always worn smalls from RTR. Luckily other reviews led me to size up, which was perfect. The dress was easy to wear for a summer wedding and I got many compliments. It's a little more special than your average dress for a wedding. It's very low cut, so those with smaller busts would do best. I used stick on bra cups instead of a bra and used some fashion tape to keep the bust area in place. Overall, I highly recommend this dress for any formal event, but remember to order a size up!

Before I even walked into the wedding venue I had multiple people ask me about this dress. This dress made me feel gorgeous and the fit was perfect! I wore the XSR because the XSP was not available. Length wise I would have definitely been a little better off with the petite but with 5inch heels the regular worked fine. (Definitely hit the floor with the hem but I don’t mind a floor length moment) The bodice was fitted, I never felt uncomfortable and the straps stayed put without digging into my shoulders. I’m about 5’3”, 98lbs and wore a 5” heel with this stunning dress. I didn’t want to take the dress off; and I loveeee my sweats and t-shirt so that’s saying something.

I love this dress! I got so many compliments! It is light weight and easy to move in. It is snug in the waist so I am glad I sized up. I am 5'2" so the dress was long (I ordered regular length) but with heels the dress length was perfect. I couldn't find a bra that wouldn't show so I didnt wear one. I felt supported in the dress without one. I highly recommend this dress!
