The dress is perfect for an hour glass figure and is tight in all the right places but has enough fabric that problem areas are hidden. My boob looked great but the dress comes with a built in padding that is placed very strange (too high) so it makes it super easy to see onto your chest. I removed the padding but still felt a little self conscious about the super boobage all night. I'm also very petite so I used hem tape to shorten the length. Super sexy but a little hard to wear!

The slit in the front doesn't connect to the skirt part of the dress. I couldn't sit or take long steps the entire night. When I sat down, the skirt was completely open to close to my belly button. There are pads in the cup part of the dress that pushes the fabric - you can completely see the breasts from the side. If I wasn't taking a picture (which I had to stand sideways to do), I had to wear a shawl. I wouldn't have worn it if I had a back up plan.

Great dress with a sexy but classy fit. The color is even more beautiful in person. The pads were unstitched and the padding removed but nothing some thread and a trip to the sewing store won't fix.

This fit like a dream - don't think I've ever worn a dress that was more flattering in the bust. My one gripe is the front slit - there is nothing stopping it from opening all the way up to your crotch! I managed to get one safety pin in that didn't make the fabric pull strangely, but I still had to be on my guard all night for things like sitting down, walking up/down stairs, etc.

This color was divine. Warm, not too pinkish. The top was extremely flattering and secure for your chest. The bottom half was sort of baggy and hung a little too loose. PRobably best for someone with a bit more curves around the hips and booty. I'm surprised other reviews are bad though. Fabric felt nice and the top half looks amazing. Classy length if you're attending something a little more formal.

This dress, and the color, is beautiful. My husband loved it on me, and it hugged my curves in all the right places. That said, I didn't love it. The fabric had no give, so it tended to fold up strangely when I sat down, and be a little tight after eating. My least favorite part, though, was that the slit goes straight up to the waist. While it could be sexy, one gust of wind had me scrambling to find a safety pin to keep it together at least past my thigh. Then it just folded even more strangely. I'd recommend this dress as a summer night dress if you are NOT meeting his parents. The slit makes it pretty risqué.

This was a backup dress selected by a stylist due to an issue with another dress. Problem was resolved with excellent service and I did not wear this dress but figured I would write a review. The fabric is appropriate for daytime more than night. I generally fit into every designer size 4 or 40, but this dress would not zip over my back, around bra height. I am a pretty slender person, and haven't had this issue before. The bottom half of the dress was gaping open- that slit goes almost waist high and will show everything if you aren't careful. I think this would fit best on someone with a full bust to fill out the top, and a narrow ribcage. On the bright side, the bodice is flattering and the color is pretty.

Tried to rent this for a wedding, and based on picture, thought it would be suitable for my body type. The top fit well, but the bottom was just odd. The material was stiff, so the skirt jutted out forming a triangle. The hem line was also odd, falling below my knee (I'm 5'6"). This may work for someone 5'9" or taller with a narrow physique. If you have any hips the bottom will probably not fall correctly.

I wanted this dress to work - when I was told my second size wasn't available I ordered a backup dress which is what I ended up wearing. I liked the style and fabric - but it should be noted that the slit in the dress goes way up - and I imagine that my Spanx would have been showing had I worn it. Nice style but they should reconsider the slit.

Maybe for someone with absolutely no curves this will work. But even you order a size or two bigger, you can't have a chest or hips and wear this well.

Fits very true to size. May need some double sided tape on the chest area :)

The slit is kind of high and it rides. The material is a bit thicker than I expected also. The color really popped though!
