This shirt is loose and cute! Love the dramatic sleeves. The material wrinkles very easily. One of the reasons I didnt keep too long.

Great top, very comfortable but runs big. Definitely size down. Slightly see through so I did pair with a black cami for work. Loved the flared sleeves which really dresses up a casual top making it perfect for the work day.

I loved that this top is girly, but not too over-the-top or fancy. I always go for black tops that have a little something extra, so this was perfect. The fabric doesn't have any stretch, but it fits very true to size. It's comfortable and cute, so it's perfect for work, the weekend, or really anything!

extremely flattering if you have large shoulders. i get tons of complements. the top is a little retro, with hints of "Jackie O". The fabric doesn't wrinkly, even after wearing it all day into night.

I was worried after reading the reviews about this being see-through, but if you pair this with a black or nude bra you'll be fine, unless you work in a monastery. This isn't the world's most exciting top, but it was a good canvas for a statement necklace I own, easy to wear and goes well with a wide range of pants. I rented it for work but kept it for a few days to wear with jeans too.

Fit as expected. The sleeves are like wings - very fun. It's a flowy top - so it doesn't hug anywhere, but it has nice details on the shoulders and the sleeves and the pattern on the shirt is a bunch of small triangles that are semi see-through - but definitely still work appropriate (just wear a more bandeau/bralette type bra). Got many compliments at work.

Wore this for a job interview, and it was probably my favorite RTR rental yet. Hid a 20 week baby bump beautifully and was still flattering. Material is soft, and the sleeves are short enough that the bat wings do not interfere with eating or other daily activities. Will consider buying.

Drapes nicely. Leaves room in the middle, good for "mom bod" but is still tailored and refined. Has a bit of a satiny feel and appearance. Very comfortable with jeans to move around in when hosting a 40 person casual birthday party. Would rent again.

I wore this on the plane to and from a multi-day event. I got huge complements on it from several people. Fabric is Devine. Wore it with jeans and wedges. It is see-through, so I just wore a teal tank under it. Lovely.

I'm between a L and an XL and am so glad I ordered the L. The shoulders puffed a little more than I would normally like but it was trendy and I got compliments on it. Everyone asked if I had lost weight, LOL! I wore it to a holiday brunch and then Christmas at the in-laws. I will probably wear it to another brunch and then work once or twice before I return it. It was a great pick!

Fit is TTS. I love the wide, flowy sleeves. Wrinkles pretty easily though. I have a short drive to work, and by the time I got to the office it was already pretty wrinkled at the bottom.

I wear a medium in most target/old navy/everyday tops, but I tend to size up for RTR rentals. I wore the large and it fit well. I'm not sure how this brand sizes, so I could have possibly done a medium as the top is not tight fitting. Wrinkles easily.

It's on the boxy side but was perfect for the office because it was trendy yet modest. I'll probably hang on to it and wear it a few more times.

Very comfortable top that can be accessorized to be dressy or fun! Was true to size to runs a little large (let's call it forgiving). Nice length (not boxy). Sleeves add a bit of drama.

This top is adorable and fit great. It had a cropped look but wasn't too short. I didn't end up wearing it because my package from RTR got delayed due to issues with the FedEx delivery truck. I rented this for a business trip and had it shipped to my hotel so I wouldn't have to pack as much. I will rent this again.

This is really cute, there is a pattern on the fabric you have to zoom in to see on the picture but it's very subtle. Sleeves are so cute, great with a statement necklace!
