Fun and fitted work dress

Yes, this was definitely a tiny bit itchy on the shoulders/chest area (I think because of the inside seams) but it's all worth it. Definitely flirty but also work appropriate. The layers are also flattering for the midsection and post-partum belly. Sounds like some people couldn't figure out the wrap but the bow should go in the back if I'm not mistaken. Lots of compliments!

Runs large but super cute even if the top part is too long.

Wore this for my birthday dinner in February with tights. I loved it. Was a bit overworn but classy and flattering. Would rent again.

Loved that the waistband was adjustable so I could manipulate the dress to complicate my body shape.

I normally wear a size 4 so that's what I rented. It was so big, I returned it and rented a size 2 which fit perfectly. I couldn't grasp the correct way to tie the skirt, so I did it my own way. Everything aside, I'd wear this again.

This is such a cute dress. It has a very comfortable ease to it. The fabric is almost like a heavy linen. The sleeves are a little awkward in that the seams hit you in an awkward spot, making it hard to lift your arms.

Great dress! Wore to work on the first day that felt like fall this season - the pinstripes are a nice tailored touch but the ruffles make it trendy. Liked the belt for cinching the waist and giving the dress a bit of shape. Material is a little heavier so probably too hot for summer. I wore with booties. This dress took me from day to evening! Had a work party after 5pm followed by a date in the city. Only thing that might be tricky is pulling the dress over your head to put it on and taking off. It wasn't an issue for me but make sure to protect your makeup and hair as you're dressing.

No stretch but not a form fitting dress. Short so beware of that if you're taller. I loved it! Thought it had tons of character and the ruffles are fun. Lots of compliments! Want to buy it.

This dress made me feel glamorous! It does run large, it was baggy. Somehow it was still flattering on my hourglass figure though. If you are a busty woman, this is a great piece!

I didn't realize this dress wrapped around the front and tied on the side, but the little details really made it stand out. The ruffles on the shoulders were fun, and the length was perfect. It was a perfect work dress!

It took me ten minutes to figure out the wrap in this and in the end I chose route it in the back. It can be dressed up or down. I wore it with sock booties. It's a nice thick linen material.

I rented this for work. This dress was just ok for me. No real complaints, but the belt/tie was a little annoying and i wasn't thrilled with the sleeves. Perfect work. I went from work to dinner and drinks after with my boss and it was a perfect work to dinner dress.

I love this dress! Unfortunately, I ordered a size too large- it fit comfortably but was noticeably large in the arms and neckline- but I wore it to work anyways. If in doubt with this dress, size down. The cut and design of this dress is great! I received compliments all day! It was comfortable with surprisingly soft fabric, and I loved that the faux wrap on the front of the skirt can be tied more loose or tight depending on how you want it to feel and look, and where you want it to hit you. If you carry a lot of weight in your stomach, like I do, this can be tricky, but the dress was worth it overall. I will definitely rent this again!

This was such a great piece to wear! I loved the pinstripes, and the ruffle details in the sleeves and hem! Another great feature was that the skirt actually wraps over, making it very flattering! Although the fabric doesn't really have stretch, it ran quite true to size so that wasn't an issue. If you are unsure or between sizes, sizing up for your backup would be best. At a perfect length, this dress could be worn for multiple occasions!

I felt gorgeous in this dress! Its a dress with something like an apron in the front - like a wrap dress without the risks of a wrap dress. Fit great - felt flirty. Perfect for work!

Rented this for a work networking event. I'm usually a size small in dresses but I got an XS and it fit great. It's not the most comfortable material though. Paired with tights and booties

I wore this to a fall luncheon and loved it. It's a linen fabric so it was comfortable in so cal weather and yet had the fall vibe with dark color. The slit would be high for a work event for me, but perfect for this special occasion.

Fit great and I'm 34D top. The belt is a total mess. How are you supposed to wear that? And the answer shouldn't be 'however you want'!

Fun dress for work - rain or shine

Nice dress and looked quite flattering on. That said, it was very itchy so had to wear something underneath or it would drive me crazy all day. Also, as others said, the belt is weird (and quite frankly I think the model is wearing it wrong but still wore it the way the model did even though the belt I think was designed differently). Also as others said, the top is rather loose, big and therefore lies oddly. You would think it would be less flattering as a result but all told it was quite flattering on.

I love the material, the flairs of the skirt and sleeves, however this dress didn't quite fit right. I did receive a lot of compliments.

I rented this to wear to work on Halloween (was doing some kind of take on Jack Skellington, I suppose). It looked cute but the fit of it wasn't great in the waist (it didn't show off the waist much and looked baggy). The pattern was cute and the fabric was thick and quality.

I'm between a size 2 and 4; rented the XS based on other reviews that it runs large, and the XS fit well. It's quite short. Unlined, so it is itchy. Heavier fabric so it hangs well, irons easily. Unique cut.
