The gown has a lot of give. I am a 34-24-35 and I found it almost too large, especially in the bust. However, I loved how comfortable I was all night! Even though I wore 5-inch heels, the dress was a bit too long, I'd recommend ordering the shorter size if you are under 5'8".

This dress was an absolute show-stopper. It was simple, elegant, and really beautiful on! I got so many compliments at the wedding where I wore it. I should have ordered a smaller size (I'm a 2/4 and I ordered the 4L) as it could have probably been tighter around the waist/torso area. That being said, it sure was comfortable, even into the wee hours of the night. The length was perfect (even for me and I'm tall!) and it drapes beautifully. I wish I owned this dress!

LOVED this dress. This dress is true to size and insanely comfortable. It's a safe choice if you're looking for a chic, comfy and sophisticated black tie gown. The shoulder is absolutely gorgeous. It was the replacement I selected after my original pick (the Halston black halter) was unavailable because the previous renter damaged it. SO happy that RTR allows you to select any dress when that happens.

A tiny bit small. I sized up one size from my usual. I was a model and am tall and yoga body but with boobs. A lot of draping so better to be a little big than have it tight across the stomach area. The Long length was just right. I think I rented a 10L and am usually an 8.

This was my first pick for a formal wedding and wound up wearing my back up. I did not find this to be as flattering as I had expected and wished it were lined. The thin jersey in the skirt was too thin for me. At 5'7" I really needed the Long length and based on other reviews I picked the Regular length which was a mistake. It's so pretty in the picture, I wish it had worked out.

The dress ran true to size and was beautiful, however the person who rented it before me had hemmed the Tall length so it was really short and I ended up having to wear flats (and, the hem was falling out! I had to hand-stitch it the day of the event). A few of the beads were also coming off the shoulder - I expected better quality for a $250 rental. The jersey material is flattering and, so long as RTR is able to keep up the quality of the dresses, I would recommend it.
