Yes, these were heavy, but I have thick earlobes so it don’t bother me. They come with substantial backs, which helped too. They are beautiful. I was able to wear them all day at work comfortably. They would be beautiful for going out too. I could see them being bothersome for someone with a thinner earlobe or who is bothered by heavy earrings though, so proceed with caution if that is you. I loved them and bought them.

These are such a beautiful pair of earrings. They’re a little heavy but not enough that I felt like I had to take them off. Wore them for a long wedding night and received lots of compliments!

These earrings are even more beautiful in person. They're a cool take on a standard hoop earring. As other reviewers have said, these gals are HEAVY and become uncomfortable pretty quickly. I ended taking them off halfway through my birthday dinner! Still worth it for the photos.
