This fit well, true to size. I did wear Spanx to smooth out lumps and bumps, but the fabric is nice and thick and may not have really needed it. This was classy enough for a work related meeting I was leading, but the slit makes it more feminine and it could easily transition to evening. Would definitely rent this again.

I ordered the 16, but the next time I get this dress I'll get the 14. With some designers you have to go up but with this one, you don't. I was happy with this dress and it fits busty women nicely!

Great fit, great length, flattering, good quality

I wore this dress for some work meetings when I was away on business. The dress traveled very well (no ironing needed when I arrived at the hotel), was stylish yet professional for the conservative event I had to attend, and was comfortable for a long day! I usually wear a 4 and that size worked great--it ran a little large if anything.

I wore this to the symphony. Sorry I didn't get a better pic! This dress fits beautifully and is a thick enough knit that it hides figure imperfections. I felt comfortable and confident.

This dress was great, except for that it fit loose in certain areas, when it wasn't supposed too. This would be a great dress to wear in the work place or for a semi-formal dinner.

Cute dress, nice material with a slit that isn't too high but more appropriate for an evening work event. Very dark navy and nude Manolo work well with it

Fully lined, great fabric, look and perfect for daytime family bar mitzvah. Little big in the back, but was sitting most of the time. Slit is just enough and with a strapless bra, there was no tugging

Great fit but a little big in the shoulders but that’s my body type. Loved the fabric. Did not need to wear any bodyshaping undergarments with this one. Love it! Would wear it again.

It's form fitting, but the crepe material is fairly thick and the material is dark so didn't look too tight. The navy is really dark - midnight color. Below the knee for short people, but still appropriate / not dowdy with the front slit. Great work dress for transitional weather.

The fit is exactly true to size. It's a great, classic cut but the front slit adds a little oomph. Fabric has a bit of stretch, which made it amazingly comfortable. I got 2 compliments the first day I wore it to work.

The fit was spot on (I'm a size 38 D) and the dress looked very elegant. It was a bit demure for the party I was attending so I dressed it up a little with 60's-ish make-up and nice jewelry. I had comments that I looked like Joan from Mad Men.

This was a great dress. It hugged all of my curves and the sleeves were really cute. The side slit was a bit of a surprise. The dress fell about 2in below my knee, and the slit was about 3-4in above my knee. It was ok while standing, but sitting was definitely an issue. I wouldn't wear this for work again simply because of the slit, but I would wear it for an evening event. Also the bottom of the dress kept twisting, so I was tugging and pulling on the dress all day.

I am 4'11" and the hem went mid-calf, making this otherwise lovely dress look rather dowdy and matronly on me, even with the high slit. The sleeves and the bust fit pretty well though, but otherwise, I didn't end up wearing it out.

Beautiful navy color. The neckline was a little odd and I would've had to wear a strapless bra if it would've worked. Fit good throughout except extra material in the front, kind of baggy and just didn't look right.

A nice dress and practical but nothing to fall in love with.

The fabric was good and no wrinkles which is always a good thing. That said, there was nothing really special about this dress. Was pretty "meh"
