I rented for leadership holiday party for work. It was professional but also fun to wear. I was comfortable. It might run large as I ended up wearing the smaller size.

As others have said this does run a bit large. I have recently gained some weight and my “normal” size worked just fine. Really liked the length and felt comfortable and professional at a work event.

This is a seriously solemn dress. I wore it to work, but it would be my choice for a funeral. It's not lined but it hangs well and does not wrinkle. It's a dark navy that comes across black on Zoom -- hard to distinguish the neck bow. I like it in a conservative, no fun, kind of way.

Wore this for a promotion interview. So many compliments from my co-workers. Definitely runs large. I'm 5'3 115-120lbs athletic but slender build. Usually I'm a 2, sometimes I'm a zero. The zero still had plenty of room

I needed something with conservative neck, sleeve, and hemlines that still had style and this dress worked perfectly. I'm curvy and sometimes tight work dresses look sexier than intended, but that wasn't the case at all with this dress! It looked tailored, but not tight. I received compliments from the other women at work, highly recommend!

Y'all need to rent this for work. Fits like a glove. The little built in scarf is adorable. And the small proof of the shoulders adds feminine flair. I LOVE this dress!

I'm usually a 4 or 6, but a 4 in this dress had a little bit too much fabric. It looked good when I pulled it down and flattened the fabric but if you sit down and stand up there will be folds of fabric most likely. Really stretchy and comfy but just a bit too big for me!

Donna Morgan is always my go-to when I want a nice and forgiving fabric -- loved the high neckline and tie.

I loved the comfortable fabric - the dress was a beautiful hourglass shape without that uncomfortable squeeze I normally feel from pencil skirts. A one piece professional look.

Gave me flight attendant vibes but loved it for work. Very appropriate length and super flattering fit. Would definitely rent again. For reference I'm a 26" waist and hips are around 37"

I rented this for work and it is very well made. I'm tall, so it was nice to have a piece that hit below my knee.

This dress fit me to a T. It's cut beautifully. And I love the way the classic lines and navy color allow for fun punchy styling like the red booties I paired it with. I felt elegant and professional and tall!! This is an elegant dress. The scarf at the neck is both classic and trendy. The fabric is flattering and luxe.

I usually wear a 4 but the 2 fit. Beautiful and can be worn alone or with cardi or jacket.

This dress was perfect for work. The material is comfortable and the look is classic. The material doesn't wrinkle at all. It was the perfect length for work even though I'm a talker girl with lots of leg. Great to wear all day long. Very deep navy color almost black.

Can't say enough good things about this! It's a simple dress but great length for someone of my height (5'10). It's form fitting without being super tight, the neck detail is gorgeous. Lined, but thin material. Overall one of the better rentals I've had from RTR, will probably go purchase it!

I normally don't feel comfortable in clingy dresses but this was exceptionally flattering. Runs large; I am reliably a 10 and this 8 fit me like it was made for me. Also I am 5'5" and it was the perfect work appropriate length.

stretchy, flattering, comfortable

I wore this dress to a funeral with tall nude suede heels and it was perfect for that kind of event. It's modest and professional-looking while still being stylish and feminine. I wore a 6 but could have worn the 4 -- went with the 6 so it was less form-fitting, but I would say it runs slightly large. The fabric is not as forgiving/a bit thinner than I would have thought -- undergarment lines will show through if you're not careful about what you're wearing. This might look a little matronly if you wear flats/lower heels because of the length, but I wore high heels and it worked okay. Overall a perfect rental for my needs for this event.

I loved this dress. I am considering buying it. The material has a slight stretch which was nice and the bow at the neck made it unique for a navy dress.

I bought this dress for a work conference and it fit beautifully but it looked too traditional and almost school-marmy with the puffed shoulders, turtle neck, and neck tie. It would have worked perfectly for a funeral or church event but just wasn't the right style for my work conference.
