Donna Morgan definitely runs large. I always size down. Super cute color and cut on the neckline which makes it different. Perfect for spring!

This dress was a beautiful color but isn't made for an hourglass figure. It was very loose in the waist. It had a fun neckline and the material was nice and stretchy.

I wanted a professional dress to wear for a video I was doing for work for a pre-recorded virtual fundraiser event. I was going for professional but also festive! I think this worked well and showed up well on the video. I got a lot of compliments - also was told it felt like a news anchor dress. I'm usually a 4 or 6, wore the 4, but was surprised by how loosely it fit at the waist- felt like an extras 2 inches of material. I suggest trying a size down instead of a size up for your back up size.

Pros: the color is amazing! More of a blue/green than in the photo. The neck detail adds visual interest to an otherwise pretty standard office shape. Dress does not wrinkle easy and is super comfortable but also very professional. Cons: a little long for my 5'4" frame. Wish it could be an inch or so shorter. Tips: For gals with thicker hips/thighs, I would size up if you're between two sizes. I am between a 12 and 14 and do not doubt the 12 would have zipped but I'd rather a slightly loose waist and a more forgiving bottom.

Donna Morgan has yet to disappoint. Love this color and the uniqueness of the neckline cutout. Great work option.

This dress was fun to wear. It fit really well, wasn't tight fitting and I was comfortable all day. The color was really nice and perfect for spring weather. You have to be careful with the bra that you wear because of the split by the neck.

Unique collar detail. 12 fit my pear shape well, I'm usually an 8 or 10 when the bottom portion of the dress isn't too fitted.

Comfortable, fun color and great length for work. Only caveat is that the arm holes show your bra a bit.

The neckline and color attracted me to rent this dress. It fit true to size, but would ride up as I walked. Nice stretchy material, but constantly needed to be smoothed out or pulled down with any movement.

This dress is gorgeous! It was slightly too big on me, but I expected that since I got a 4 and I'm usually a 2. However, it still looked great. The neckline and color are my favorite.

If I could give this dress 10 stars, I would. It's true to size plus a little stretch. I received so many compliments on the color and asymmetrical neckline. You'll have to wear strapless or just one shoulder bra because the opening in the neckline hits right at the bra strap/cup.

Love the cut of the neckline, gave an nice flare to an otherwise conservative dress for work. The fabric has give, so it was comfortable all day, though I wore shapewear with this one.

This dress was so flattering and comfortable I almost bought it, even though I didn't even end up wearing it at my event. I can't tell you how elegant the neckline is. It's super stretchy - I could pull it on over my head without unzipping it. The next time I need a good dress for business or a sort of conservative event I'll consider this one.
