Great fit, I have a larger rear and the dress did not rise up to make it shorter like with other similar style dresses. The material was soft and buttery. Loved this dress! And it look amazing!!!

This is a cute, comfortable work dress. No wow factor but great for everyday.

I like the sleeve details most. I also like the collar. Semi fitted at the waist looser at the base. Very forgiving. I want to call this dress black but it might be super dark navy??? hard to tell- I wore black shoes. Not a lot going on otherwise but it was pretty and classy.

This dress was so comfortable-the fabrics is stretchy but still form fitting. The fit is true to size and was really flattering. I got a lot of complements on both the fit and the color. Will definitely be renting again!

This was a great dress for work, conservative with style. Also, it is fantastic for a trip because the material does not wrinkle when packed. I was very happy to wear it on a business trip.

This dress seriously fit like a glove but when I turned around it had a huuuuge rip on the seam on the back side. I was really disappointed :( so I didn't end up wearing it bc I didn't want to sew it myself. Might risk ordering it again and hoping it doesn't come ripped.

Dress is classy and comfortable. I really like it. I am losing weight so I may consider buying this dress in whatever size I end up at. One thing - it is unlined. I don't think that hurts it any because the fabric is solid, but it isn't warm and if you prefer lined clothing, you may not like this.

Loved this dress. The material was fantastic--not too thick but substantial enough that I didn't worry about lines from my undergarments. The sleeves are so cute too!! Perfect length for work. Can't wait to rent this in every other color!

This could be a staple in my work closet - navy, conservative, perfect length. Not sure I like the split on the sleeves but that really didn't matter since I covered them up with a navy wool blazer (it was cold!) Finally - I just noticed that RTR has described this dress as a sheath which I generally avoid since form-fitted dresses don't usually work for my body type or my workplace but now I'm wondering....since this dress was just fine and not too clingy.

Dress was comfy! Slit was not revealing. Good length, even though i am short. Recommend spanx or smooth underwear cause it does show your lines

I wore this to work, and it's super comfortable! However, it doesn't really show in the photos, but there's a small slit in the middle, which can make it expose too much leg if you're not careful. This would be a better business-casual dress than business-formal.

The fit has a fit slightly like a mermaid dress. Thick material and stretchy. A slight step up from regular work dress but not unique enough to be a statement dress.

I loved this dress but was a bit big, I needed a 2 instead of a 4. Also, if you wear tights with it, you need a slip underneath - otherwise fabric will stick....

I bought this for a work conference. It was too long on me and didn't fit that well. I returned it without wearing it. There is also a slit in the front middle that I didn't notice.

dress is cute, fairly simple but nice. it has a slit along the front that i hadn't noticed but isn't long and didn't make it unprofessional. I just didn't find the dress well suited for my hourglass figure. It was tight over my hips in an unflattering way but too big in the back area.
