This is a great everyday work dress! The material is thick enough that I didn't need a slip underneath, but it never felt too heavy. The color is beautiful and the flare gives a nice splash of character.

I wore this one for my godchild‘s confirmation, and it was OK, but not especially flattering. Felt appropriate, but a bit frumpy.

I have only good things to say about this dress. It is well made, a beautiful color, and appropriate for a conservative work environment. There is a slit in the front, but it is cut in such a way that it's not immodest when sitting down. I plan to rewear this many times!

I was not sure I was going to like this dress bc it looked a little "old ladyish" to me in the picture, but it looks way better on. Fits like a glove and is a great spring color. I got compliments from so many people!

Lots of room for hips

This dress was a perfect fit. I wore this to a cocktail attire Fall wedding at 16 weeks pregnant and expanding. I'm 5'4", pear shaped 130ish lbs. and Size 8 pre-pregnancy. This dress could be worn for lots of occasions- from work to wedding and everywhere in between. The fabric is thick and forgiving to bodily imperfections and the color was bold. I would definitely wear this again!

Got compliments as it is a very professional and polished dress with some trendy and small details (front pleats, small slits in the front...) and the color made me stand out in a sea of black. Loved it. It's perfect for work.

Unique detail on the sleeves and a fun pop of color! Fabric is medium thickness and a bit stretchy, which made it very comfortable. There is a slit in the front middle of the dress - need to be careful when sitting!

Thick material with good stretch. Easy to wear-is more form fitting. The dress is generously sized but exposes any extra weight. Lots of compliments.

Fits perfectly, love the swingy skirt, attentively tailored seams, and little slit in the sleeves. The fabric seemed subject to pilling a bit, but it's a 90%+ grade dress. Will rent again; in all the colors in which it Donna Morgan makes it.

I really loved the material and color of the dress. It wore beautifully but it didn't really give me a shapely figure. The size 4 was just a little too tight for my hips so I ended up wearing the size 6. I got a couple of compliments on it and it worked well for a coworkers wedding.

I rented this dress for work and wasn't disappointing. The only reason I'm giving it 4 starts is because it is not entirely flattering around the hips if you're larger in that area like me. The flared skirt definitely helps disguise the fact, but I did have to switch my undergarments to accommodate for it. The color just pops and I love the sleeve details. It hits perfectly at the knee for someone who is petite (5'1") if you're taller you'll have to be mindful of the front slit to make sure it doesn't sit too high on you. Otherwise I would recommend getting this!

Nothing wrong with it per say. In fact it look polished and conservative for the office. Just felt a bit large and wasn't all that flattering or interesting.

Fits true to size but I think it's just a tad too short for my conservative law office. It has a cute slit in the front that adds some leg too. The color is beautiful though. Like a deep Robin's egg blue.

I love this brand of dresses so I knew I would love this dress-- Ordered my regular size in Donna Morgan and it fit my bump just fine. I am currently 25 weeks pregnant, 5'5" and about 165ish lbs. I did not want to send this one back. The color was beautiful.

This dress grew on me over the course of the day. It skips the body in a very flattering way even though it is unlined, and the fit is true to size. However, I found something very weird -- I've rented the yellow version of the dress before, and the yellow was at least 2-3 inches longer! I preferred that length, as I was slightly self conscious of the front slit in this color for a conservative office.

Great fun dress for work

The color is great, the length is conservative which makes it good for the office. The fabric is thick and stretchy and hugs in a good way, except my new mom belly! Even with Spanx. Oh well, it almost worked. Would recommend for the office for someone who doesn't want to hide a problem tummy

I wore this dress for the KY derby. I ordered 2 dresses but the other one was super short and it was chilly. So I opted for this one. It is a nice fabric and a pretty color. It is by no means a jaw dropping dress, but it lays nicely and is a comfortable and flattering fit. I could have gone with either size, but the 12 was a bit more forgiving than the 10 and more comfortable to wear for a long time. Overall, it is a pretty dress that I would recommend to anyone.
