The neckline was dramatic. The color was great. With nude heels, it was great.

This dress was great for work and the fit was flattering. I always wear control top pantyhose or shape wear though just to smooth out my squishy tummy area and this dress was no exception. The ruffle detail added some flair and I wore some fun black and white shoes to round out the look. I would rent this again!

This fit perfectly. I know Donna Morgan tends to run a little large (not unlike J. Crew), so I went with a 0. Great fit for me! This looked lovely and spring-ready. I wore this with nude pumps and a gray cropped collarless suit jacket for a trial day at family court. It was comfortable and professional, and made me feel powerful. Would recommend. I was happy with the midi length on my petite pear-shaped 5'2" frame.

The fit was exactly as I expected. TTS. Cap sleeve (armpits do show when arms raised). No slit in back it still comfy to walk in. Ruffle adds some pizazz to an otherwise plain dress. Would rent again/purchase.

I rented this for my medical school graduation and it was the perfect amount of professional and formal but still feminine and flattering. With my short hair I felt like Claire Underwood. Also I have been wearing a size 8 lately but the size 6 fit perfect and the fabric is stretchy and forgiving. Super flattering and easy to wear, would love to own this dress!

It was a comfortable, classic dress. Appropriate for the office and the fabric does have some stretch to it. The color is very pretty, I added a belt just to bring in the waist a bit. Nothing showstopping about this dress, but it is classic and would work well in an office.

Rented for my sons church ceremony. Wonderful quality and great fabric. I needed a 2, but wore a 4 due to availability. Very comfortable and easy to wear. It's a true cornflower blue, it photographs a little cobalt.

The fit is loose and elegant , the fabric is light but you can layer for winter purposes. It was for my 1st day at work . I wanted to look profesh and bright. The color really worked with my complexion , the fabric is easy and does not wrinkle easily.

I rented this for work. It fit true to size, maybe a little big. The color was beautiful and it was nice and conservative. I found that ran a little long. I'm 5'0" and it fell well below my knees.

I really love this dress. It was very flattering and the little bit of stretch in the material makes it very comfortable. The color is also probably universally flattering. The cut & length are a tad more conservative but once again, very flattering. I liked this dress so much, I looked up the designer.

It fit loos in the mid section and had no inner lining on the bottom. Overall it was a fine choice for work. I added a belt because it was over all it was kind of plain. Beautiful color though, perfect periwinkle.

I liked the way this fit; it runs maybe slightly large but is still flattering. I didn't love the fabric though--it's 100% polyester fabric, so it just doesn't feel as good on as many RTR dresses.

Fits a little loose in the waist/hips so if you like form-fitting dresses you may want to size down. This dress gapped a little in the back at the waist on me. The color is beautiful, not as dark in person, and it is extremely easy and comfortable to wear with plenty of forgiveness to the fabric.

I had an important daytime work event - this dress was great! It does run a touch on the bigger size but from a professional standpoint I'd rather a touch of room vs. too fitted!

This dress is a really nice balance of conservative and pretty, so it can be worn to all kinds of events. Dad's birthday dinner? Check. Graduation? Check. Work or work event? Yup. Wedding guest? Why not? The ruffle is quite feminine without being in the way or over the top. At 5'6", the hem fell to a flattering knee length. It also has a touch of stretch which made it comfortable for all day wear. And it's a lovely periwinkle - so nice for spring! I sized down 1 size based on reviews and was happy with the decision.

Runs big. I normally wear anything from a 2 to a 4. I'm glad I got the 2. Material is stretchy, but the dress well-lined and well-made, so it's forgiving.
