I wore this dress for my senior prom. Looking for prom dresses is challenging when you're not the usual teen body type but I felt wonderful in this dress all night long! I picked it up from the closest Rent The Runway store(Georgetown) the night before prom and found out I was between sizes. I ended up going with the smaller one, just so there wasn't fabric gaping in pictures or anything falling down. The dress is beautiful, simple but with wonderful details that made the dress stand out. The fabric of the dress is wonderful, definitely high quality, and the top of it is so interesting and flattering. I had never worn a long dress or a one-shoulder dress before but this dress was perfect!

Super comfortable dress and very flattering! It has built in bra padding. I didn't have to worry about it slipping at all. We did a ton of dancing. It's really long- I wore 4 inch heels and the hem was just right. This was my first experience renting and I already booked another dress for a wedding in a few weeks.

This dress was a great fit. If you're busty it doesn't cut your bust in an awkward way. It holds everything together and the fabric is very flattering. The zipper can be tricky but once you're in-- you're set. Definitely would buy this dress

Dress fits true to size. Great for someone big chested. Really compliments your assets and hides everything else. Would be a great bridesmaid dress!

The dress I rented was unable to be shipped, the second one was too tight and this one, picked out by a stylist was perfect!!! Was the right length. Never felt like I had to keep pulling the neckline up it was always in place. Very comfortable and was perfect! Way to go RTR. Your stylist was spot on!!

Everything about this dress was perfect. I'm normally not crazy about this type of neckline on myself, so I chose this one as a backup. But I ended up falling in love with it the moment I tried it on! The beautiful navy makes a nice alternative to your typical black dress while still remaining classy and elegant. I paired this with silver jewelry. It fit true to size and I didn't have to worry about it falling down at all.

Fits true to size. Very flattering and REALLY comfy. Also I'm 5'8 and the long was perfect with flats. If I would have worn heels it would have been a little too short. Overall I would rent this dress again!

I needed a dress for my brother's wedding and while shopping at the mall, someone told me about this site. I went home and checked it out. I was very impressed with the options available. The pictures and reviews from others were very helpful in selecting the dress. I rented this dress in an 18 long and 20 long. The only reason I selected the 20 was because I currently have a pretty large bust (40DDD) and the 18 was a little tight. The length was perfect! It is hard to find formals long enough for me but I was able to wear 3 1/2 inch heels with the long length and it was perfect! I added a broach to the mid section of the dress for a little more bling but it doesn't need it. I will definitely use this site again in the future!

I enjoyed the dress. It was very comfortable, but it was a bit big. I had to keep having someone check to make sure my bra wasn't showing.

Usually I wear anywhere between a size 12-18 depending on the cut of the dress. I have super broad shoulders and back, so with a dress like this that comes about halfway up my back I knew I had to size up a little. The dress fit beautifully, and was so comfortable! It's very light weight, so I was able to dance and eat and enjoy myself! 10/10 would definitely rent again.

I wore the 16W, I am 210lbs and have a 38C chest, the dress was flattering and comfortable. The material was lightweight and excellent quality. I will definitely be back for my next occasion.

I wore this as a bridesmaid dress and I was so happy with it. I was told I needed a navy flowy floor length dress. It fit great and I was able to wear heels without tripping.

I wore this dress to a black tie Mother's Day event that I attended with my husband over the weekend. It was actually my second choice because my first choice did not fit and I had to send it back the day before the event. With no time to spare, I picked out this dress and I am so glad that I did! It fit me perfectly. I did need my husband's assistance with zipping it up the rest of the way in the back, but once it was on, it fit as if it were tailor made for me. I am tall (5'9") so I wore the long length and it was perfect for my height; even with 3" heels on, I still had to lift it up slightly while walking. I am large busted (D cup), but the top part of the dress fit perfectly. It stayed in place and felt comfortable the whole night. I received a lot of compliments and my husband even said I looked like a goddess :-)

As soon as I began to pull it up I knew it was going to fit! It fit perfectly, in fact I had a little extra room in the bust area, loose enough so that my skin wasn't folding or hanging over the edge, but tight enough to stay up. I got the Long because it was the only size available and at 5'6 1/2 I'm on the border of Reg/Long, and it was LONG... I would have had to wear 4-5 inch heels to keep it from dragging, but I managed with 3 inch heels and stayed comfortable. GREAT FIRST EXPERIENCE!

The dress fit like a glove. The only part that was hard was zipping it up at the gathered part. So have someone around to help zip you up. The feel of the dress was so comfortable. Everyone loved how I looked and I felt like a princess!

The 16 and 14 actually both fit, but I was able to get the 16 in the long so I ended up wearing that size because I thought it looked better. It was a little loose at the waist, but not enough to have to pin, and no one but me noticed. Great dress!

Much flowier in the hips than expected. The pull of the zipper and hook and eye are small and gave my boyfriend trouble as he kept dropping it, I had no problem when I tried it on though.

Great dress; I was complimented on it all night. True to size but a little large in the bust area for me and a little short on me with 3+ inch heels.

I got a back up size just in case, glad I did it runs small at the top, but its perfect for us busty women.

Loved this dress! Very comfortable and lovely too! Mine had a hole on the inside layer between the skirt and bodice. It wasn't a big visible hole in the dress that anyone could see. You could just slightly see through the skirt at that part but just barely and only if you were looking. I could tell though and contacted RTR and they gave me a refund on the dress. It was my backup dress. I was very pleased with the service RTR provided. I was able to pin the hole in the layer and the dress was just fine!

It fit well and was pretty, but I ended up not wearing it--I wore the other dress I chose.

This dress came in two sizes the 16WL and the 18WL and the 16 couldnt even zip up.... however the 18WL barely zipped up - I was really squeezed in, so much so I was hoping that after dinner I wouldnt bust out of it. Well, lets just say as a first time user of this service, for the price I paid it wasnt worth the investment. I had a total of 5 dresses and this one barely made it! The customer service was awesome, but again I was uncomfortable the entire night. One thing I have learned is that each designer uses a different metric system when creating sizes for their dresses and maybe that should be listed along with each dress here on this site. I am big chested and have a wide back so a 20WL is what I should have ordered and then for the 2nd dress a 22WL then that way I wouldnt have spent over $180 for a dress that barely made it through. #lessonlearned

The 14 fit but was a little snug in the chest so I wore the 16 which fit perfect!

Having the single strap over the shoulder was great for dancing, and still looked great with a bigger necklace. A very flattering dress, and comfortable for a long night out.

This was my back up dress and I didn't end up needing it. But it fit well, Had I chosen to wear this dress, I think I would have needed some really WOW accessories to make it pop.

Perfect fit! A little big, but I was comfortable, and could eat and sit down and dance. With heels, it came to the ground. It fit perfect, but was not super flattering. I could have gone with a size smaller.

This dress was extremely comfortable and was figure flattering. I went with the Monique Lhuillier Make Memories Sheath because I loved the lace back. However, I would rent this dress again for a more formal event. I was afraid from the image that it would look like a toga but it didn't.

Very beautiful but I just couldn't get the zipper to close on my ribcage. It was just slightly to small. I wore a different dress.

I have a large bust and this dress did not fit past my underbust area. I would suggest that if you generally wear a size 20 and have a large bust you do not get this dress.

I ordered my normal dress size and one up. The larger one would not zip at all past my waist-- it was about five inches too short around my bust. Thankfully I ordered a back up dress that I was able to wear. Great for pear shaped women, but definitely not hourglass or heavy on top.

I received this dress after the dress I originally ordered was returned damaged. I wasn't thrilled when I saw this one was chosen for me. It makes me think of a bridesmaid dress. They sent me a 16, which is my usual size but I couldn't get it zipped up over my boobs. So maybe it runs small in the chest area? I would recommend sizing up.

This dress was the best of both worlds - completely beautiful but comfortable! I felt glamorous, but didn't feel self conscious due to a complicated or ill-fitting dress! This was an easy win.

I loved this dress! I looked really great and it went really nicely at the wedding at the Aquarium. We eneded up wearing our party cloths from about 12noon to 2am and the only complaint I have is that it ended up rubbing a little under my arm but I think that was mostly because I'm between a 16 and an 18. I choose the 16 as I didn't wear a bra (i'm 40GG) and wanted it to fit snug in the chest area, so it likely rubbed a little because of that but also because of time. It wasn't a hurtful rub, just a little red. I was very happy with the fit overall. I have a bit of an pear shape because of a medical issue and it hid the area I most wanted to hide. It was very flowy and I loved it.
