Dress fit true to size and fabric was forgiving while still hugging in the right places. The event was a formal work event, where students would be present, so it was important for me to look professional in cocktail attire. The neckline stopped at the perfect stop, not showing too much cleavage. Also, loved the dark green color of this dress, very flattering color and a fun way to not wear the classic black dress.

The dress fit great, was the perfect length for my height. It was easy to wear a normal bra, no tape needed. The 4 fit, too... but I wanted to be a little more conservative. It moved really well and wasn't tight in any of the "usual" places (hips, butt & thighs). I was surprised by the detailing, I thought it was more of a pleather from the website pics... but its actually a low key, glittery fabric. The detailing ran all the way down the back and created a cute little "bustle" effect. I really loved wearing this dress and received many compliments!

The dress was true to size and very comfortable. No special undergarments required but I do advise wearing Spanx. The material stretches but is also very fitted. I added a nice choker-style necklace and matching bracelet & earrings. Extremely appropriate for a holiday wedding or any event during Christmastime. The dark green is understated and very elegant. The back of the dress is exceptionally flattering too. I would highly recommend this dress!

I actually ordered this dress as a back up for for my brother's wedding but it ended up being the winner. It's simple and elegant, and the dark green is beautiful. I love the sparkly detail. It's form fitting but a stretchy material. I wore spanx underneath just to keep everything smooth. Would definitely rent again!

I would suggest wearing Spanx underneath if you're a pear-shaped gal like me. It hit me just below the knee, which was perfect for me. I was a little loose in the shoulders, but I have narrow shoulders so most things are loose for me there. I got SO many compliments that night. This dress is legit magic and I would own it if I had $450 to spare.

This was my first rental and I was apprehensive about choosing a dress online but the reviews were so helpful. I usually wear a size 6 and that was the perfect fit in this dress (I am 5'7" and weigh around 140lbs). The fabric was so comfortable and flowing and the detail just made it that much more special. I got lots of compliments and would highly recommend it!!

I wore this dress to a wedding in Maryland. The green was a great choice- not your basic black. I got a ton of compliments and I felt great in the dress. I was able to wear a regular bra underneath and no need for spanx because overall the fabric is very flattering. I would suggest for anyone. The added detail on the front of the dress to the back is a shiny lizard like coloring. It is not as shiny as the online picture shows but a wonderful detail non the less.

Great color and fit

I originally ordered a different dress...when it didn't fit, I panicked. RTR was AMAZING. They shipped me this dress and I got in the next morning, just in time for the wedding. It is such a beautiful rich deep green and looks perfect with a nude heel. I'm a full C, and the amount of cleavage was just right. My favorite part of this dress was how great it made my butt look!

I LOVED this dress. I was so comfortable and got compliments all day and night on it. The shape and details were flattering in all the right places. The detail was more sparkly and less like the leather (pleather) I imagined.

The fit was amazing for my body type. I have an hourglass figure and it hugged my curves in all the right places.

So according to my measurements and the details about the dress including the material, I should have ordered a 14 so that's what I got. I must say, the material was more forgiving than I expected and the dress fit a bit too big. I'm an hourglass and was looking for something form fitting. I was concerned about the hips being too snug but it fit just fine. The top however, was a bit loose and I felt myself adjusting it the whole time so that my bra didn't show. In all i would have benefited from a size down. RTR didn't have a smaller back up size available at the time so this was my only option. Also liked the convenience of picking it up at the flatiron store just blocks from my job.

I rented this dress for a medical graduation event. I wanted something somewhat conservative and green, because the school colors are green and gold. I think the dress was perfect for the event. I was surprised by the dress. It is actually a very stretch jersey material. I thought the shinny part was going to look pleathery, but it was more sparkly in person and scrunchy looking. The dress was very comfortable to wear. I expected it to be more form fitting, so I opted for the size 2, as you can see it was loser than I wanted, but that ended up being a good thing because I was running around and eating and drinking a lot. If you want something conservative and comfortable, this is a great choice.

I think that this dress was a little plain. Also, if you are large up top, I think this dress would be even more flattering. Very comfortable.

I thought it was going to be more of a tailored cotton fabric, but it is actually more of a stretchy fabric. It was not tight, just a little clingy, but it is lined. The green stripes in the dress are sparkly green, which was appropriate for the holidays. I think it pictures very well and it was comfortable. Overall, I liked it. It fits true to size, I ordered one size smaller as well, but the smaller one, since I am tall, was too short and the proportions were off.

Fit was perfect, fabric was very comfortable, my bust is 36dd and it fit perfect and was still tight on my waist.

Its a bit snug in the rib area but the material and flow of the skirt made the dress move beautifully. The details made it stand out and I got a lot of compliments on it.

Fit true to size. I'm 5'8" , weigh 141 and the 6 was perfect. They only bad thing is there is a built in underlayer slip thing that didn't alway hang right under the dress.

I wasn't completely thrilled with the idea of this dress originally as it was a last minute rental, but I was pleasantly surprised with how great it looked on! The length of the dress was perfect for an outdoor wedding and was conservative enough without being too covered up. The dress has glitter embellishments along the bust, which I didn't realize from looking at pictures, but overall good rental.

I ordered this dress for my mom. When it arrived, it didn't fit. She didn't realize she had to return it within 24 hours and was a day late because of that - she called them to explain, and they were wonderful. They explained that the policy is if it doesn't fit, return it in 24 hours and you get your full refund...they gave her the full refund anyway because it was an honest mistake - Great customer service!

This dress was gorgeous! I usually wear an 8, sometimes a 10, and the 10 fit me perfectly. The dark green color was beautiful, and the shape was really flattering; it gave a lovely hourglass shape, which I don't actually have! I got lots of compliments. Also looks great with gold jewelry.

The dress is a beautiful color (particularly when photographed in natural light). The shimmery details were a nice yet understated touch, as was the slight fishtail in back. I wore it to an elegant wedding and it was perfect. I have an hourglass figure and it accentuated my curves tastefully. The dress will wrinkle and need to be steamed if you are traveling with it. I wore it with nude pumps and gold accessories.

I am typically a size 4, and the size 4 in this dress couldn't have fit me any better! It hugged my curves in all of the right places without being revealing, and the length is great - hits just above the knee so that you don't have to constantly tug it down when you sit. The detailing under the bust that runs around and down the back is a nice touch - a little sparkly without being too blingy. This was a great dress for the wedding I attended, and I got tons of compliments from everyone! I highly recommend this dress!

I LOVED this dress. It was classy yet sexy and polished. I ended up wearing a push-up bra with it and the cleave factor was on point. I wore it to a very nice dinner and felt like a million bucks. The jade color is to die for and the detail around the bust is very flattering. One thing that I wasn't crazy about was the length. It was awkward on me but I am 5'4" which is an awkward height so I guess that's my own fault :)

Loved it. I usually have a bit of a struggle with formal dresses because I am petite with a full bust and a bit of a belly. However, the cut of this dress is very flattering. It provided good support through the chest. I could wear it with a regular bra. Neckline was not too revealing. I felt that it showed off my curves but yet I looked work-appropriate. The trim drew the eye to the right places. It is a very dark green, almost black. Honestly, I loved it so much I am tempted to buy it. I'd definitely wear it again ... to a nice dinner, cocktail party, etc...
