This dress was gorgeous. I got nothing but compliments all night and felt beautiful! It fits true to size.

I rented the dress for my voice recital. Once I put the dress on I knew it was the perfect choice. I was singing an Italian Aria and needed to look like a soloist with the Symphony. This dress definitely did. I received so many compliments and wished RTR had sent business cards with the dress as many of my friends wanted to know where I got my dress.

We renewed our wedding vows in Vegas after 20 years of bliss, and this dress made me feel glamorous from the chapel, to the restaurant at the top of the world overlooking the strip, and afterwards partying through the night in Paris. I loved every second I spent in this dress. It was comfortable, and I ate a whole steak and danced outdoors in the desert for hours and never felt restricted or uncomfortable. I can wear a size six in some things, but in dresses I usually need an 8 for room in the bust. The 6 was my backup size, and it ended up looking better on me than the 8. My husband absolutleyy raved about the dress all night.

Fits great! Looks great! I received a lot of compliments! I was worried about getting a dress that showed too much cleavage, but this dress did not. I also was able to wear a halter bra instead of a strapless.

This dress fit perfectly. Rent the runway made the process so easy. I ordered two different dresses and this was my second choice. My second choice turned out amazing and better than the first!

This was my first RTR experience, and it was an outstanding one. I picked this dress for a USMC ball because I wanted something elegant, classic, and not black or red. Also, having had a baby, I wanted something that flattered my "curviness" and something that hid/minimized my tummy. This was the PERFECT dress. I ordered an 8 and 10; the material is stretchy so 8 fit and was comfortable, but it seemed a little snug compared to the model in the picture. The gathers looked more stretched than draping. So I went with the 10 because it draped more like the picture that way and didn't cling to me so much. Also, it flowed and moved like water. I got a regular length and found that a 3 inch heel was just right lengthwise. The compliments I received made me feel like a goddess, and my man told me over and over how proud he was to have me by his side. What feels better than that? Nothing! My ONE REGRET: I didn't get a single full length shot of me in my dress! The ones I did have were so blurry; this one "table shot" is the only one I have. Anyway, this dress will be a redo!

Rented this dress for a military ball. Absolutely true to size, this dress was comfortable, elegant and simply amazing! I was complemented on it all night, not to mention my Facebook still being blown up days later! I wore 5' heels since I am super short, and the dress say right at my feet. The rouching on the side helped "slim" me down. One downside, you can't wear a bra with this, so you'll need help keeping those babies held up! I'd totally recommend this dress!

This dress is a great fit for a full figure. The halter has good coverage, and I didn't have any "spillage" hanging over in the back. It was easy to sit (our formal affair included a dinner), and it was very comfortable all night. The only thing I had to watch for was catching the hem of the dress on the jewels on my shoes and to make sure the underslip didn't show at the hemline. There is a bit of stretch in the dress so it is body hugging without being too tight.

My first order. I was hesitant as I have gained some weight & wasn't sure of my size (ordered 12 & 14) The 12 was a perfect fit! I felt so glamorous & everyone complimented me on my gown & matching earrings (also from RTR). The event was a formal business affair & the dress was perfect for the occassion. I have given out the website to many co-workers & would definitely rent again!

I am 5'5 ordered the long and I was able to wear flat shoes. It was definitely not long. It was a little tricky to get over my hair but worth it. Also the gray lining hung down lower than the decorative part of the dress. I would rent it again bc I still loved it.

It did run small and short so I wish I had gotten the 4L, but besides that I love the color and the cut and everything about it. It is more on the gray side than the photos would have you believe. At the time I was wearing 2's.

This dress was very comfortable to dance in, and I felt like a bombshell. I love how classy it made me look.

I loved this dress. I am normaly a size 6 but when i rented this dress the only sizes avail. were a 4 and an 8 so i went with the 4 and it was perfect! The lacey material is stretchy so i suggest ordering a size smaller than your norm. Good Luck!!

I an tiny with full bust. I felt very comfortable in the chest. Showed a tiny bit of cleavage without too much.

The stretchy fabric will hug all your curves. I'm 5'6" and I ordered the 10R because I had to wear tennis shoes (due to the event theme), If I had been wearing heels I would have needed the 10L for sure. The style of the back requires a strapless bra (or none). For a formal dress, it was incredibly comfortable and the sequins didn't bunch up at the hem at all. The color is true silver.

The dress was beautiful. The fabric is very stretchy, allowing for my curvy hips to even look wonderful. They neckline appears low, but actually lays so nicely against your skin that it isn't an issue at all, even leaning over. The dress was was very comfortable and worked great for a lengthy formal event.

I decided to wear this silvery gown at a relative's formal wedding party. I paired it with a navy-silver lace bolero and white gold/sapphire jewelry. The dress fit perfectly and made a great impression on those who say it. It was the epitome of old Hollywood glamour, with its sparkly fabric and elegant cut. It was also pretty comfortable to be in (the fabric is stretchy), though it proved pretty prone to snagging. I would not hesitate to wear it, again, though, at any formal event, so pleased I was with its appearance. Thank you, Rent the Runway!

Absolutely loved this dress! The fabric is just stretchy enough so it hugs your curves nicely but doesn't totally squeeze you. It was perfect for the formal I wore it too!

This was my backup dress for another rental, and it made my ultimate choice of what to wear so difficult! I ended up choosing the other dress (the one shoulder David Meister navy dress) because of the color. The color on this is kind of a grayish-silver, which I thought was really pretty, but I ended up choosing a color that was more vibrant. This dress is stunning, though, even more so in person than in the photo. The halter cut and ruching are super flattering (I'm busty and curvy). The stretch made it very comfortable. The dress has an overlay of sequins, which made it look very expensive, but it was also a little bit scratchy.

I absolutely loved this dress. The sparkle was just enough for the event I was at. The length was just right however for a taller gal it might be a little short for your liking. I wore 3inch heels and it was just right. I received many compliments throughout the evening.

This was my back up dress and I happened to love the first choice I ordered so it sadly went unloved and was returned unworn. BUT, I'd wear it in a second. It had a lot of nice sparkle but not too much and boy did it ruche and sway in all the right places. I can imagine a lot of body types really working this one out.

This dress was so pretty, but even in my bare feet there was no way this dress would be long enough for me at 5'11" and heels were completely out of the question. I wore the other dress I had ordered and like all my other RTR experiences it was amazing. Other than the length though this dress fit like a dream and made me feel like a Bond girl! A bra probably would have been challenging but not impossible.

Great looking, comfortable dress. Silhouette works for many body types - especially those of us with a full chest. Got the 10R and 12R. Went with the 12R even though the top was a little loose and length was slightly long. The 10R was the perfect length (with 3 inch heels) and the top was a perfect fit, but the dress was a bit snug around the stomach/abdomen. Had I worn a pair of spanx, I may have gone with the 10R.

This dress was selected for me by a RTR stylist after an original pick became unavailable. It has a very flattering cut, between the gathering on the side and the back design I really loved it. The only issue for me was the color- with my pale skin it was not flattering. I think this dress would look excellent on someone with a darker skin tone, for contrast. I am between a size 10 and 12, so this size 12 was a bit loose on me. The fabric has some give to it, so you could size down if you're right between sizes. It's hard to tell in the photos, but the dress has a silver/grey under layer and a second layer of mesh-like material with very small silver sequins sewn into a leafy/swirl pattern. It has more texture in-person than you can tell in the photo. Overall, if silver is your color I would recommend this dress.

This fit is on the large size. Or rather, the sizing is closer to women's 2 than a junior 2. I am 32-24-35 and it was a bit loose. I liked it so I went with it anyway. The fabric is gorgeous. I wish it came in a smaller size because I'd wear it again .

I ordered this dress as a back-up to my first choice, just in case....this (size 6R) was a little too snug & way too short for me. It is also much shinier in person...reminded me of aluminum foil. My first choice (Carmen Marc Valvo) was more elegant & appropriate for a black tie wedding in Palm Beach.

This was a backup dress. I received a 2L and a 4L. The 2 fit great but was too short and the 4 was too big in the bust area. It was a pretty dress but seemed to catch on everything. I fortunately had a backup dress of my own. I will rent again even though neither dresses worked. It was super easy and I loved all the samples that were included. Nice surprise!

This dress has a very beautiful cutout-back design, but I was overall disappointed by the front of the dress - to me, when I opened the dress, I thought that the front looked like a sports bra. The material wasn't very nice, and the hem was badly made. Overall though, it was very comfortable - but I don't think that this dress is worth $125 even to buy. The customer service was good though and the rental was very easy to receive & return.

Beautiful dress but it was saggy in the back, it didn't lay flat on my back. I picked a different dress. I do LOVE RTR tho! :)

This dress runs small and short. I usually wear a size 10 and never have an issue with length. The back up dress I got was a 10R and fit me perfectly. The 10R of this dress, however, was way too tight. The 12R fit me well but was too short. It ended at my ankles and looked pretty silly. Also, I felt that the material was somewhat cheesy. I wouldn't expect this to be a designer dress if I had seen it in the store.

I'm glad I had a second choice because this dress did not look good on at all
