I wore this jacket on a vacation in Europe in the early spring. It was perfect for the chilly weather in the mornings and light enough that it was easy to carry when the temperature warmed up in the afternoon. Absolutely LOVED it!!

Wore this in Italy - it was so cute and I love the texture, fit a fluffy sweater on underneath with no problem and a cute blush scarf to accentuate the pink in it! Would definitely rent again.

Brought this as my one heavy jacket as I traveled Europe. It was perfect! Light weight enough to pack in a weekend bag. Fancy + everyday attire.

I ordered this as part of my first Unlimited order so that I could have a nice peacoat for everyday wear to work and such. Originally I was looking for a nice tailored looking coat, and this definitely has a "grunge chic" feel to it, so it wasn't exactly what I had I mind. The coat has unfinished hems, with some stray strings hanging off (intentionally). However, I ended up really liking it. I wore it every single day I had it (a little over a week). It feels SO nice - you can tell the quality is super high caliber. Wouldn't recommend for any kind of formal event, but it was PERFECT for everyday!!

A bit of a bulky shape but an on trend style. Warm, well made and the color is black on tweed. All in all a great coat that is Not elegant, but very stylish.

Didn't feel special or like it made a statement. Wore it a few times and didn't feel too badly about returning it especially with the unseasonably warm fall we are having. It would normally be a great level of warmth for fall.

Style just didn't work for me, front lapels protruded, shape just kind of hung, not my cup of tea.

I love the look of this jacket. Usually I wear a size 6-8. Rented the size 10 (46) - could not even get my arms in - was like a size 2. Very disappointing.

Beautiful material will rent again.

This is just a cool jacket, and almost has a classic grunge feel. I really enjoyed it, but please don't order for a dressy event/evening because it is casual to everyday in detail. It was extremely versatile in wear and I was able to wear with a few outfits. Just a classic piece, and great fabric and texture, and actually pretty darn warm too! I wish I owned this one.

I thought given the price this would be a really well tailored and well made jacket. There was nothing wrong with it, but there was nothing special. Just an unremarkable unlined brown jacket.

Styling of this coat was very nice. Sleeves were a little tight. Excellent option for fall colder days.

This is well cut, but the 44 was too big for me. Would have been good with a heavy sweater, I suppose. Fabric was rather scratchy to be unlined.

This coat is very soft. It would be hard to dress it up, but is warm, and has a good classic cut. If you have long arms, as I do, you may find the sleeves to be a bit short. I would have liked them about an inch longer. Despite that I love this coat.

Didn't end up wearing due to weather, but quality was great, does run small. I usually wear between 6 and 8 and the 8 was snug. Would only work with a light layer underneath - but not with a sweater. Would order again next winter! Slight purple highlights woven through the jacket.

Nice coat/jacket, but too heavy for me. Had a bulky appearance that I wasn't expecting. If you want a boxy, bulky look, this one will do the job.

I usually love Derek Lam's clothing. The coat, however, was not very flattering. It was shapeless and had a frumpy look to it.

I only gave it 3 stars because I didn't feel it was super special. Just a everyday coat. It's a fairly warm coat but wouldn't recommend for super cold temperatures below 20 degrees. There is a magenta color woven into the material which gives it a nice subtle pop of color.

The colors in the threads are pretty, reds, white, black, some yellow. Nice jacket to wear for end of fall/ end of winter.
