this shirt is really well made and super flattering. I wore it to work with a skirt. you can wear it tied for a more conservative look or undo the bow to add some cleavage.

Fit is true to size, print is awesome, and it's so comfy! Sleeves are a bit ruffled adding a fun touch. Wore it twice...I'd keep it if I could!!! Great for multi-seasonal work wear.

This top is great for work. High quality fabric and easy to wear.

Good fitting top. Thin, so you'll need a tank top underneath if you don't like that look. But overall good.

It looks rad, and if you layer with it (cami under or cardi over work equally well), you solve the problem that the fabric is transparent. Though true to size, the fabric does not stretch, so size accurately or you'll need to send it back without getting to enjoy it. Will wear to work under a blazer.

I really love this blouse. It fits so perfectly and is extremely comfortable. Although Sheer, all you need is a nude bra. I wore this twice. Once with black business pants for a more formal look and a second time with some black on black embroidered skinny jeans from Zara. Wears great both ways.

Great feminine shirt - would definitely buy this for my closet. The shirt seemed to be a bit more fitted than depicted on the RTR model - which was nice but it does not have any give. I wore it a couple times - one time I left it untucked with skinny black pants and the other I tucked it into a pencil skirt. There is a zipper on the side and the back has seems running down each side that give it a nice fit and look from the back - the sleeves also have a slight bell shape to them. Last but not least - I loved the shirt because its EASY - once I put it on, I didn't have to mess with it again thru out my 12 hour day :)

When I first tried it on I thought it was too big on me, but after wearing it all day I ended up really liking it!

Cute blouse. Fit okay, was kind of long in the torso so I opted to tuck in a high waist pant. It is sheer so I wore a cami underneath. Didn't realize the side view until after seeing this pic

I wore this top with jeans and heels and it was a great dress-down Friday outfit. The shirt is very well made and tailored in a very flattering way. The only issue I had was that it was a bit big on the chest. I'm not flat chested and I found that it was pretty baggy up there with all the pleats. Just something to keep in mind!

The pattern and material is great but it fit me a little weird - kind of poofy toward the bottom. Decided to pair with pencil skirt and throw a black jacket over to hide the fit. Really like how it paired. Sorry not the best pic. Maybe better for bustier gals!

I've rented this blouse a handful of times and it's great! It's sheer, so I wear a black lace bra under and it looks great. Super thin and lightweight, think tissue like fabric. But it's well made with a side zipper that helps nip in the waist.

It fit, but felt like I was going to burst out of it. Loved the pattern, and standing it was very flattering with the cut, but was scared to wear it for a day and eat or breath too much

This was too tight under the rib cage, could mo close properly. Arms are a little bit snug but overall did not fit. I'm not sure if sizing up one or two would be the solution.

This blouse looks so much better in reality than it does in the pictures. The fit is perfect for me. I expected this material to make me feel itchy, but surprisingly it didn't. To give it the right fit, there is a band right under the bust which you can't see if you hold up the blouse. You'll feel it when you wear it and raise your arms up. So the blouse is a little restricting, but I don't sit with my arms in the air at work, so it works ;).

Fits well especially if larger chest and/or back. Very slimming in waist. Lovely cut. Sheerness is just right.

I really loved the print and feel. Added just the right bit of personality to a work suit.

I wore this shirt twice. It's super cute and flattering. Not as see through once it's on as the model shows.

This was a beautiful blouse but I did not get to wear it. Runs very small. It was tight at the waist and bust. The material was very light/ not stretchy and a bit sheer but no need for an undershirt. Might try in a bigger size.

This is a great blouse. The colors are beautiful--mostly cream and black with subtle hints of green and orangish/red. It makes the blouse easy to wear with a lot. The pleating in the back and around the chest is subtle but very flattering. I received a 40 (2/4?), and it was big. I actually pinned it in the back to give it a more fitted look. With a suit jacket no one was the wiser. Next time I will size down.

RTR has taught me how much I love the Derek Lam brand, and this top did not disappoint. It fits like a dream, it's very unique, and I felt so stylish wearing it all work all day. Loved it!

This is a very comfortable sheer shirt. Under the bow near the collar, there is actually a bit of a deep slit in the neck. There is a zipper on the side under the arm and no buttons. I wore it with a camisole underneath and a regular bra. Extremely stylish - wish I could keep it!

This top is lovely but I really didn't like the pleating in the back, it looked strange to me because it ended right around the rib cage

The one I received was a bit stretched out in the arms, the pleating was losing shape, overall a pretty blouse.

Easy breezy top that flatters most body types. The only con is the long sleeves.

Really beautiful fabric and fit, with a defined waist band and zipper on the side. I wore for work with a nude bra and it was fine. Runs TTS or even big. I'm an athletic size 4/6, 34 DD, and this size was definitely too roomy through the shoulders, chest and back, but worked okay for a few days of work. Tons of compliments and very flattering.

I've loved everything else I've texted from Derek Lam, but this was just not quite up to his usual par. The material felt cheap, and the seams were fraying a bit. The bust fit weirdly blousy with a waist that hit right under my chest. The front v was a lot lower than I was expecting. I layered a black tank underneath and tied the bow tight and long enough that I covered most of it. Fit well and looked better under a blazer.

Sleeves were too long and just had an awkward fit.

I've typically had great luck with Derek Lam items. This is my least favorite item from this designer. The fabric pattern makes it very muddled-looking. Additionally, the shirt bunches up the bust area that makes me look top heavy.
